Caspian Fast Food in Fife

Les menus sont masqués de ruban, car les prix on changé et sont affichés ailleurs. L'état général des lieux fait même douter de la qualité du nettoyage.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Caspian Fast Food Cardenden. Furthermore, the restaurant forgot several toppings for which I was charged. This is absolutely unacceptable. Why should I pay for something I didn't receive? I expected a fully topped pizza according to my order, but I was completely disregarded.

They forgot the rice but sent it right away after I phoned love caspian

I was quite disappointed with the kebab this time as the pitta just stick to the paper in places so kebab couldn't be picked up without the whole thing just falling apart.

Food came really quickly so I can’t complain about that! However, I asked for 2 different rices and got 2 booked rides instead. The biggest thing for me was my ‘lamb’ korma… it was beef. My partner is a butcher so there is no contest that it was beef and not lamb. Concerning as a beef curry isn’t even on the menu! Wouldn’t order again.

Great Kebabs, really great, only complaint is the Chilli Sauce, this needs work.

Ordered pizza and chips, pizza was great, but the chips were disgusting. It was like they used rotten potatoes, and it's not the first time the chips have been rotten.

It says a lot that the food can be great quality and also delivered on time if not early. Will definitely be using this place again

Paid £4.50 for large chips. Got 45 chips of poor quality. Calzone's were fine, but not the quality I had come to expect from Caspians.

Food was absolutely horrible. Didn’t get the full portion of chips I paid for and all of the chips in the meals were undercooked and rotten. How you can deliver food like that is beyond me, do better please.

Korma was excellent as was the rice however the nan was stodgy and undercooked so will not order it again

Ordered some food for myself and 2 girls, family of 3. We like a piece of chicken & chips with a salad. 3 drumsticks & 3 thighs with chips in the meal. Trying new foods off the menu, yes its all good. I Like the rainbow colours in the rice interesting to eat, and pakora great, and also like the tandoori style real nice. Thankyou for the nice food in our orders from Caspian. Also the chips are like real potato pieces which enjoyed.

Was out for delivery for 40 mins the shop worker was totally rude to me told me the driver was an old man he drives slow (a max of 15 journey” and because I was “a woman I don’t know” my partner rang after ask why items where missing and we had a BRIGHT GREEN NAN bread agin rude put phone down on us so rang back again rude and laugh saying that’s how the naan is GREEN wish I could post photo here.

onion bhajis were basically sliced onions dipped in fry batter, good size portion but utterly flavorless "big" bottles for £3.50 are 1.5l bottles now, last time i ordered here they were 2l bottles there is no need for any of that.

Quick delivery Food was very good

Chip oil not been changed, chips tasted awful. All chips spilt up between individuals and all separately brought back saying they tasted bad. Shame, normally very very good.

I ordered a pizza, which was hot, and really nice. I also ordered a kebab, costing nearly £9.00. The meat itself was nice, I was given a nan bread too, but there was very very little salad. I struggled to find it. The whole kebab could have easily fitted on a tea plate. Really disappointing

Good burgers as always but only got 1 patty on the 1/2 lb cheeseburger. Was too hungry too call to get it corrected

Food was awesome. Delivery guy was great. It arrived on time but went to the wrong address due to JustEat having my address wrong. They were kind enough to come back again to the correct address so thank you.

Received the wrong pizza, but was still tasty. Didn’t call to complain so didn’t give them the opportunity to fix mistake.

Food was inedible, chips weren't cooked, Donner meat wasn't lamb and the pizza could,be used as a weapon it was that burnt... They've refused a refund too even though I couldn't eat it. Stay well clear!

This order was never received i did make a complia t but my request for a refund was not put through as just eat were having trouble with their website

Kebab just tasted so bland, there was no taste to it…. It was dry, chilli sauce was definitely not to my liking & for the price of £16.30….. ridiculous for what actually got. I’ve had it once…… certainly won’t either have it again or recommend it to anyone.

My grandson is a picky eater but loves the wraps from Caspian's they are good value for money and no leftovers although they are generous portions

Colour of donner meat was horrendous, don’t know what it was made from, foods standard agency involved to test the meat samples.

Yesterday at 2122 I ordered a takeaway. The order arrived early, after just 20 minutes which is very, very, very fast. I have ordered from here before but tonight was not good. I ordered a 12 inch pizza with Cheese, Tomatoes, Pepperoni, and Green Chilli's. Ordered a tub of spiced onions, and a portion of Spring Rolls. My worst pizza topping is Pineapple, and yet this is what was on this pizza. I had to pick it all off and eat the pizza as i was starving by this point. Spiced onions were fine. The Spring Rolls were going to be for lunch the next day but they were SSSSOOOO small, I ate them too. 3 very tiny Spring Rolls for £2.50, WOW. I would rather the order took longer and was correct.

Rapid delivery but that's where it ends. Nan kebab barely had chicken on it and the chicken that was on it was bland. Nan bread tasteless and chilli sauce was awful. Basically binned my order it was that poor, will never order again

Jumbo munchie box wasn’t even half full, the food was freezing cold, the garlic sauce had been watered down and was still covered in water from doing so. Chicken pakora was stale and chewy like it was left over from the previous day, onion rings that were soggy and chips that were so inedible the dogs wouldn’t even go near them.

Brilliant quality of food and excellent delivery time

The garlic bread came burnt therefore unedible and the pizza wasn't very tasty... not the normal great standard we usually get so disappointed this time

Got a Turkish burger had nae donner meat

That lamb bhuna was absolutely amazing, enjoyed all the food but the lamb was fantastic. Food was hot when it arrived and honestly can't fault anything at all

Chips were undercooked and couldn’t be eaten

The fish was good batter was crispy sadly didn’t get the brown sauce I requested . Now the mushroom pakora made me laugh it wasn’t mushroom pakora it was battered mushrooms which were soggy with being in a paper bag accompanied by a tub of sauce so the order was a little disappointing for those reasons other than that would of been a great order

Chips were black and hard and delivery says £3.50 but was charged £4.50

Haddock very poor with uncooked liquid batter between batter casing and fish and scampi burnt

I ordered for delivery scampi for my wife and haddock for myself. Delivery was very fast. The scampi was burnt and my wife removed some from the casing but could not finish it all. My haddock had raw liquid batter between the fish and the outer batter casing. I phoned the shop to complain and the guy on the phone said sorry about that we will do better next time. We have had good service from Caspian many times and although this was an abberation I do not think there will be a next time given the shops attitude when I complained!

Really enjoying our selection of meals at the moment. A little too much sauce in the tub last time as it was overflowing. But delicious non the less, it’s fast becoming a weekly staple. Thanks

Kebab had virtually no salad. Pitta was all broken in bits . Filling very dry. Won’t order again!

Do not recommend and will not order again. Delivery driver did not leave order at my door, instead they left it outside in the neighbours garden without even knocking the door. I called after 1 hour waiting and was told the food was outside by this time freezing. I had to drive to the shop to then argue back and forth with staff. I returned my order in full and was told to take it up with just water. Avoid ordering from here

Ordered a prosciutto pizza, got a pizza with tiny chunks of processed ham. Surely just call it a ham pizza, that's not at all the same thing 🤣 other than that, quick, hot and pretty tasty.

Madras pizza was excellent. Delivery was quick specially since it was a bit of a trek for them

10/10 arrived within 30 minutes to kirkcaldy, always get from this caspian the templehall one does not compare

Lots of black bits in the chips and the coating on my supreme burger was more spicy than I like but otherwise a good meal

Just eat doesn’t state which store this is via search or ordering page. Ordered on app for something quick. Called the number for this store to be answered with only a “hello” - Not stating who I’ve called or which location. I had to ask if I was calling Caspian. Not a great experience. Collection not collected.

Always as good as ever.. Southern fried chicken & proper chips, not frozen.. So yummy.

My pizzas base was very hard and burnt which as a result caused me to be disappointed and unable to eat this. The pakora didnt have sauce with it and the chips were cold.

Delivery was great. Pizza was okay. No tartar sauce for fish, otherwise fish would have been okay. Chips with hot coleslaw was not enticing at all. Wanted to like this, but couldn't. Hope restaurant can improve and do very well.

Love this place, but tonight our order was missing a pita bread and it wasn’t worth phoning for a replacement as it would take to long. Won’t stop us ordering again

We had rogan Josh, chicken korma pizza and a donner wrap that came with chips. Everything was delicious big portion sizes and hot when it arrived, And was about 5 minutes earlier than expected will definitely be back again 🤤

Tub of Garlic sauce had burst in the bag over everything and the grease from the burger had leaked over the other food but other than that it was good

The pizza I had orders tasted like the chef dropped half a bottle of soap on it before cooking and it was not nice atal

I normally have a great service from here, but this order was one of the worst. I asked for plain chicken in my order was this to arrive with chicken tikka ( I always ask for plain chicken and never once had an issue with it). When I called and spoke to someone he said all they do is chicken tikka which is incorrect. Took make 5 minutes on the phone and speaking with 2/3 people for them to listen to me and remake my order. Delivery was speedy with both parts, but poor customer service.

Wasn’t very nice Tikka Masala curry, garlic naan or chicken pakora. I have had kebabs and pizzas from them before and they were really nice but definitely not impressed with their Indian food. Would be better sticking to what you do best.

The chips were dry and tasted as if they had been cooked twice. The burger was also dry and had no taste. Genuinely believe it was a microwave burger although they probably have more flavour. Won’t be back❌

The food was delivered quick as always but I wasn't aware of how ordering was set up. After selecting sauce and salad for my kebab, I then selected the option for it to be separate - what wasn't made clear was that I was ordering a separate portion of sauce and salad so my kebab turned up with sauce and salad mixed in with another portion of each on the side. I don't do soggy bread (hence the separate request) so the pitta went in the bin....as did the exceptionally overcooked chicken So salad and sauce for dinner it was then.

Food was really good mixed grill was amazing chicken was lovely pizzas & chicken madras went down a treat with everyone not to mention there Donna wrap good value for the money
