Every item was stone cold and there was sauces missing

Food was made and packaged and hour before either was delivered so it was cold when it eventually arrived

much appreciated and thanks to the delivery driver who was so kind

All the food was Luke warm at best

Delivery driver was on phone talking and chucked my food at me, then just walked away.

Driver spilled drink when handing over order. Ruined carpet, door mat and floor.

I got somebody else’s COLLECT order which is of no use to me and costs far less.

Just put the fries in the bag bro

freezing cold, juice spilled everywhere. unacceptable

asked for crispy, got grilled, drier than Ben Shapiro's wife

the cola had spilled in the bag and went all over my doorstep

However my food was missing I ordered two boxes of chicken selects one came I would like refund as this unacceptable

Cannot be called fast food if it takes an hour and a half to turn up. I could have walked there, ordered, eaten the food and walked home in the time it took the food to arrive.

Was late and genuinely was given a "Nicola t" burger instead of a "cheeseburger". This is the third complaint I've put in. Won't order from here again.

Nearly every single time they never put sauces in the bags like your meant to especially when it’s paid for! I can forgive the first 10 times over the last 6 months or whatever but recently I’ve had enough it’s infuriating paying money for a meal you expect comes with sauce and it NEVER does!!!

Our order was delivered with juice pouring from the bags onto our carpet and our food soaking. The driver blamed the restaurant, claiming the juice cup was simply placed in a bag with no drink holder and the journey caused the spilliage.

Usually this place doesn't give you any sauces with your nuggets - this time I got the sauces, but no nuggets. I don't know how you can consistently get this wrong.

Almost 1 hour to deliver a small order just over 1 mile away. 4 items missing out of 9. Zero sauces in bag despite asking for 4. Forced to pay a service charge which is a joke, especially when the service is so poor. Will never use this again.

Delivery driver took the juice bag out of the just eat carry bag and it fell out of his hands and it went all over the floor and soaked the food bag. Everything was soaked and inedible. He just shrugged his shoulders and said sorry you will have to just get intouch with just eat and walked away. Waste of money and food.

There is no point delivering convenient food when we have a busy evening ahead and the order was wrong and only offered a refund not what we needed tonight food was required before leaving at 4.30

It hit and miss if they remember to put your dips in the bag, and its usually miss

food is ice cold and my order is missing 3 items and no straw or napkins again and if my food not cold on other deliveries there either missing food items and or sending the wrong frozen drinks. hoe hard is it to double check the order before sending it.

I order 2 burgers and only one came and I asked for extra pickle and onion and the one burger that did come came plain

I was told to remember and give the delivery driver my 4 digit code but he didn’t know what the code was?? He said “no code tonight mate”, it was 7014

Everything that was delivered was stone cold. The mozzarella sticks had solid cheese inside it was so cold. On top of that 1 item was missing from the order.

I ordered a double quarter pounder without onion I have then received the burger with onion although the sticker says that there isn’t any could of easily of had an allergic reaction if I hadn’t of noticed!!

The food was freezing cold every single thing and the driver must have been hammering it because the 3 drinks that were in the bag were on there side with most of it pouring out in the paper bag causing it to burst when my daughter took it off the driver
