The best restaurants in Northern Ireland

No much space in dine in even though they say you can sit in.

I couldn't recommend the Pod enough! I arranged a dinner for my friend's Halloween hen and Ronan couldn't have been more accommodating, we had the top floor of the bus to ourselves and the service & food was amazing. It's such a cool venue, definitely a must try!

Nice food, staff were friendly and it was lively for a Tuesday evening, best one I've been to in Northern Ireland yet.

We where there today 18th December 2024. Ordered burgers and chips for 3 people. Food was not good at all. The burgers smelled not good and we all felt sick after. The worst place I have ever been too. Very disappointed. I don't know how they have some good reviews. The burgers were something like you would find at a cheap burger joint. 17 pounds we paid for each burger and they were not worth that by no means. Very poor to say the least.

This is a take out place but I ate in the small table they had to the side. Fantastic. Best fish and chips I had in a week of touring Ireland

Visited picnic yesterday for breakfast with family over from Scotland. Knew it had changed hands and it was always a good spot for breakfast and coffee. What a change from the Picnic of old, poor menu choice and very expensive for what it is, very poor atmosphere, just not great. We went for the breakfast bagel which at over £9 didn’t even come with a side salad. Food was good but not enough to warrant the price.

Fantastic food, great atmosphere and very friendly service. Definitely will be back. Highly recommend.

After hearing so much about the Guinness servings here. I just have to visit. Am only about ten miles away so not far, haven't been here before. Well where do I start. Firstly the barman was on top of his game, friendly, helpful and informative without being overwhelming 👍... had three pints of lovely Guinness, each one with its personalised (Owens) touch of class flavour and history, can't remember getting anything like it before, amazing place and brilliant stout ✨️✨️

Great traditional fish and chips, lovely service. A really working old style chippy and it's very reasonably priced to boot!
