Excellent every time we order.Kebabs are great and pizzas among the best around.Faultless service from delivery people.Personal fav is chicken kebab in bbq sauce.Portions very filling and service never late.

Great value for money. Staff friendly. Fantastic for our family with 2 young children. They could eat inside the play area so once they’d finished we could sit and eat our meals while they went off to play. We wanted to visit to have a meal and use the play area. Gutted they have closed to the public. I can’t fathom why brewers have made the decision to open to premier inn customers only. Surely they will lose a lot of money by doing this. We’ve visited many a time for the breakfasts dinners and carvery’s. Talked to many of the other guests that have said the visit regularly every week and now loyal locals are not welcome. I personally think this is a disgusting decision to have made and can’t understand the logic of it at all!!!

The room was very comfortable with a late check out time of midday. I had some good quality and reasonably priced fish and chips at the restaurant attached - I arrived very close to closing time but regardless, Jannine the waitress was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Great service, thank you! I would stay again.

Such a shame this place has closed down (YOU SHOULD HAVE CLOSED CLEETHORPES) it was always busy good food such a shame

It was our 1st time using willows Chinese and was impressed with the lady who took our order from the delivery lady and the chef who gave us an amazing meal it was absolutely delicious .the spare ribs had so much meat and proper Chinese chips like the old days.10 out 10 thank you.

do not order from here needs shutting down ordered 2 platters and got 2 awful looking pizzas delivered, handed back to the delivery person because they looked inedible, she said this happens all the time because the food is vile. rang the place to resolve/refund and the owner shouted at me down the phone with abuse and got told to shove it because he is busy. Awful food, awful customer service
