Taken to this gem by our friends, fantastic and plentiful food, beautiful setting, first class service, only wished we lived nearer

This was a special treat for my Mum. It is a lovely, peaceful location and I can imagine the garden are stunning in the spring. Out afternoon tea was nice but nothing overly special. The service we received was poor, little service at all to be honest. No one asked if we needed more drinks, or anything from the bar to celebrate our special occasion! I had to hunt down a staff member at the end of our afternoon to ask for our coats and to ask them if they would like our gift voucher! I’d also Like to add that the vase of dead daffodils on our table didn’t really add to the ambience of the room which already lacked atmosphere. Very disappointing.

Brilluant pub, so much going on every week Held a 60th there last Saturday and it went brilliantly, staff so helpful and friendly, they couldn't do enough Well worth a vist
