Excellent night of entertainment, Irish band were great, atmosphere was fantastic as always. Such a good friendly pub, Tracey and Rob are great people and put so much time effort and energy in, making all their customers feel happy.

First time here. Food was excellent & good service by very pleasant staff. You couldn’t ask for anything more.

Very good meal. All enjoyed it. Will go again.

Went for a lovely walk in woods opposite and were looking forward to a coffee on our return as sign said open for food to be greeted by a rather unfriendly “owner” who abruptly informed us we couldn’t just park in his empty car park! Explained that we had hoped to be popping in for a drink as sign said open and his response: well we’re not open and you can’t park here! Rather rude and if this is the level of customer service certainly won’t be trying the food. Happy Sunday

Poor customer service by a girl called Amaiyah. Another store had made a mistake which does happen now and again when using reusable cups with the extra bean (1/10th of a free drink). Another store made the error and I simply asked could you make up for their error. Other stores do this. She made out i was lying, asked for a receipt which she could have looked at the app I was showing her the history, a receipt would not prove the mistake as it wouldn't include the additional reward then she LIED to me by saying they cannot do this. Wish I just walked out sooner and didn't buy a new coffee was just gobsmacked. Just give the customer a bean and accept errors happen putting stress on the customers and making them argue for a little thing when they are paying over the odds for coffee anyway is terrible. Won't return to this store again
