The best restaurants in St Austell Poltair Cornwall, Isles of Scilly South West

Another great evening. Guy Owen and the St Enodoc team returned to St Austell college and spent the day with the students culminating in another stunning dinner. The food was fabulous, I wish I had photographic evidence but I devoured it without thought of reviews. This years students are fairly early in their 2nd year. Dare I say I think the front of house were more accomplished than last years students at this stage? I can't fault them in any way. The commitment to come in to college for 9 am and leave at 9pm, some with 90 minute journeys to and from home isn't lost on us. The future of Cornish restaurants is in good hands with this team. We love coming here to eat. Thank you!

This local eatery is ideal for a light bite, freshly made with a smile. Wonderful welcoming owner who gives the personal touch. Highly recommend it.

Great food, excellent service, and surprisingly good place to eat. We will definitely go back.

We were 2 couples and all of us throughly enjoyed the tour.Baz our guide was knowledgeable and funny and bought the tour alive. The brewers took time to explain the process and took time to answer all our questions. We were also treated to a great beer tasting at the end, sampling and learning more about the beers. It really felt like a place where everyone one was happy to be working there and enjoyed their jobs .Would recommend this to anyone visiting the area.

We each had a Sunday Roast and enjoyed it....only slight criticism is that the gravy was too salty for our taste. The meats we had were very good quality, very tender and delicious. We shall definitely be back and try other things from the menu.

Went a few times during our week in Cornwall Had no issues at all Tea always hot Hot chocolate always hot Cakes , scones and tea cake Alwaus lovely Service : no issues Toilets : clean Parking : no issues although I have issue with people parked over 2 bays : inconsiderate and selfish comes to mind
