Food and experience was great but it was very expensive!! Then they snuck a gratuity charge on which was over £16 without saying anything about it onto the bill. The service was great but realistically not above and beyond or worth that much!!

I’ve been here a bunch of times, the staff are friendly and welcoming as soon as you arrive. They are polite & make my drink exactly how I want it and it’s super delicious! My new obsession! I always get the strawberry and banana milkshake it’s so good! :-)

Stumbled across this great little place while wandering around Bournemouth. Coffee was top class. We also had a bagel each and cake. The bagels were generously filled, I had the vegan one with houmous, sun dried tomato and olive. Not a filling I would have chosen but worked really well. The almond croissant was the best I have ever had. There was marzipan inside and topping it. Best of all it wasn’t particularly expensive. Definitely no more than the inferior chains nearby. If you love your coffee, worth a visit. Theres a few seats downstairs and more upstairs.

Fuimos a cenar temprano antes de un espectáculo en el teatro Pavilion. Bonito restaurante, no ocupado en ese momento. Personal muy amable. Tuvimos el calamar para compartir como entrada y dos platos de pasta para principal. Buena comida. Tan sabroso, perfectamente dividido. Lo recomendaría encarecidamente. El vino también era genial. Clientes muy contentos 😊

Mi pareja y yo disfrutamos de una comida excepcional en este encantador restaurante de gestión familiar. Cócteles bellamente elaborados en el bar para empezar, una deliciosa botella de vino a un precio razonable, dos entrantes excepcionales, servicio principal y un postre compartido, a £ 60 por persona. Servicio personalizado y atento de las dos amigables damas de la casa. Una velada perfecta. ¡Si alguna vez volvemos a Bournemouth, seguro que volveremos!

The food is exquisite, over flowing with variety of sushi of my likings, Chef is humble and hard worker. Recommend to bring family as they offer good size of food. Satisfied customer.

We tried this restaurant after walking past a couple of times recently, and we are so glad we did! We were seated whilst the restaurant was fairly quiet, and were pleased to find homemade pastas that were a little different to most average Italian restaurants, we had spaghetti with clams, perfect pasta with huge clams, seasoned beautifully, and truffle tagliatelle served at the table in a Parmesan wheel, which was quite possibly the nicest thing I have eaten in a long time! Perfect portion sizes and small but very decent wine list. We also tried the homemade tiramisu which was fantastic too! Service was friendly even though the young lady serving us was on her own with 20+ customers! We will definitely be returning and recommending to family and friends! Thanks for a lovely evening!

Que significa 'Pez de amor' en japonés. El menú es una mezcla de platos fríos y calientes. Le ofrece la opción de pedir platos dependiendo de su apetito. Menús más pequeños significa que la comida se cocinará fresca por encargo. Pero no estamos aquí por las ostras. En su lugar elegimos Vieiras. Vieiras de miel de Miso Cocinado en mantequilla de ajo casera, servido con masa madre. Luego tuvimos langostinos al estilo asiático. Cocinado en una mantequilla de ajo casera y servido con masa madre. Estos eran tan frescos y suculentos. Se puede decir que todos los mariscos se obtienen localmente. Termidor de cangrejo, cocinado en una salsa de queso cremoso y resistente. Servido con pan y crostini. Esto era tan morisco que casi pedimos otro. El Wagyu británico antorchado es un plato obligatorio. Tiras de wagyu sopleteadas servidas con sal, mantequilla de ajo y mayonesa wasabi. Este plato era absolutamente increíble. La carne estaba tan tierna y se derrite en la boca. Es genial ver a Dan preparar y cocinar los platos desde su cocina abierta. Esta visita conocimos a Charlotte, la encantadora novia de Dan. We had such a lovely night last night with live music by Hugh Budden and Mo Thomas and danced to a few numbers. Lovely venue with good food and great service. Sadly they’re closing down as the new premise lease won’t be renewed. Let’s support this amazing venue as much as we can in the coming weeks before it all becomes a memory!
