Great food and good service all super, except they did not react to a report that the toilet was broken. Getting even more popular now so expect to park a little way away. 2024 Downgraded service to 3 star Since that review, management changed and we have had a few bad experiences and gone to other places.

I have just left the Barnett Hill hotel, I'm currently still in the car park and I just had to leave a review right away. We came today to have a champagne afternoon tea to celebrate my birthday. The food was lovely the deserts were festive, creative and delicious but the show stopper to the whole experience was without a doubt the staff! Every single staff member we spoke to was happy, polite, fun and couldn't do enough to help in any way. Afternoon tea at the Barnett Hill is an absolute delight, we will definitely be back and recommending.

4 of us attended the cocktail masterclass last night hosted by the wonderful James. Not only did he teach us how to make some classic cocktails but he was very knowledgeable on how and why they were made which was really interesting. We then created our own cocktails which we all got to sample. We all left feeling very merry after a fantastic evening. Thank you James x
