We’ve been here twice recently. The food and service have been fantastic. The restaurant has been quiet. We will be coming again.

The Toby carvery is going down hill, for the past 3-4wks there hasn't been any lamb. The staff serving the meat all hide in the kitchen, all staff look like that they don't want to be there. Asked for our cutley only to be ignored so we helped ourselves. This is our local Toby carvery but looks like we will have to find somewhere else.

Delivery order via UBER. Recalled previous excellent quality over 25 years, I was not impressed but assumed the gross food was a one off. ‘Roast beef dinners ordered again and hard overcooked burnt roast potatoes, hard inedible yorkies, enormous lump of mash on runny cauliflower cheese, carrots, peas and lumps of course meat. ALSO a family member went for lunch last week and was disgusted at the change in quality and Toby tradition.. Has Toby changed hands? A lost opportunity to serve a wide area with traditional British roast meat meals. Will not be ordering from Toby again or visiting the ree we dtaursnt.
