Nice pub, lovely staff. Food was good and pleasant environment with a nice beer garden and great views of the hills.

Greasy and vile. Chicken pakoras were strips of chicken with tiny bits of batter mixed in instead of the chicken coated. Madras more of a Balti dish. Chips were soggy. Poppadoms were swimming in greas

Food is ok but prices are ridiculous

Great night at the North Star for the Dr Kershaws charity event. Excellent ales and good cheese and onion pie.

Terrible greasy food, low quality pork especially bad

Good food and service every time

My advice don’t bother food is overpriced and service very poor. We won’t be going back. Waited from 6.15 and left at 07.40 only had poppadom and starter. Had to take main to go.
