The best restaurants in Wheelton and Withnell Chorley North West

We visited here for a family birthday, it was very busy due to the vouchers, we had to wait a while but was told this at the start it wasn’t a long wait , the food was lovely and the service was good, we will visit again but not when vouchers are on .

This place is what it is . Cheap and cheerful . But the service is better than most other places like it . Food is always ok served quickly after ordering . The staff are always friendly and ready to serve you . Overall it’s fine .

Honestly, this is how a pub should be! Cracking (honestly priced) food. Engaging and knowledgeable staff. Great community atmosphere. My small child, dog and even wife were made to feel very welcome. If you’re in the area, pop by and sample some great northern food, or if you feel the need for change then there is also a fine selection of traditional German food, cooked authentically by the lovely German proprietor. Highly recommend!!!
