The best restaurants in North West

Chef Rob Owen Brown runs this unique street food operation from Easter weekend to the end of October each year, Thurs -Sunday 4-9pm or thereabouts. It's situated in the grounds of a lovely marina in rural Cheshire, there are moored narrowboat here and wide open spaces for a long walk through the fields if that takes your fancy. The mainstay of the food that Rob cooks here is pizzas, but oh what pizzas they are! Thin crusts, charred and full of flavour with loads of different topping to choose from, believe me I've tried them they are delicious. He also offers a changing specials menu which could be almost anything. I've seen game offered, katsu chicken wraps, half a roast chicken with rosemary and garlic and loads of other things too. There's always puddings, waffles sometimes and cheesecakes. You never quite know what's going to be going to be on, but it will be worth a visit and be delicious. This evening I had roasted sea bream with Mediterranean vegetables and garlic potatoes, it was fabulous. This is such an unusual venue, it's hard to give a realistic view of it. The food is amazing and next to the food cart is a re-purposed narrowboat ( out of the water) which serves as a mini pub. Loads of wines, beers on tap and bottled too, spirits and a comprensive range of alcohol free drinks. If that isn't enough there's glamping, camping and a lovely onsite cafe. Just come, it's amazing xx

So I’ve walked passed Stacks countless times and always said I must try this place sometime. Anyway finally I did tonight. The lads were quite busy when I went to pick up. I ordered the salt and pepper steak box and a side of halloumi. I got home and opened my food and well let’s just say plenty of it. The taste was amazing. Every bite was just so good. Why haven’t i visited sooner I don’t know!! Whatever you’re doing it’s just right. Keep up the good work. Think you will be my new weekly go to. Well done. Oh and I’ve put this review on other sites to😀😀

4 of us visited for bottomless brunch, we had a great time. There is a really good variety of cocktails and drinks included, and the food was good too. They were really attentive when asking us if we would like more drinks and brought a few rounds of shots round too. We would definitely recommend and will be visiting again ourselves, thank you!

I was in John Lennon Airport bright and early to catch a 06.10am flight to Tenerife to start a week's holiday in that beautiful sun drenched resort and dropped into this Starbucks outlet departure side . It's quite a large Starbucks, neat and tidy, modern decor and furnishings and plenty of seating options, it's a nice cafe . We ordered a flat white coffee each, coffee was served steaming hot, we grabbed a table were we just kicked back, chilled out and looked forward to our holiday in the sun. I am a big fan of Starbucks coffee, its consistant in all their outlets, their flat white coffee is a particular favourite of mine, the only negative is the airport price . We really enjoyed our coffee's before we moved on to catch our flight and for a first time visit to this particular Starbucks we were impressed.

Tuvimos un gran desayuno aquí el domingo recién salido. Fue por el grande. .. hay uno más grande pero hubiera sido demasiado para mí. Buena relación calidad-precio también.

Looking for an al fresco coffee? Quirky setting? Sunny aspect? Then look no further. The Platform Pedaller is located on the platform of the former Hadlow Road station in Willaston. The station has been preserved as it was in the 1950's with old metal advertisements. The cafe is currently outdoor but the proprietors are due to open the station masters house soon. Yesterday, our cycling group of 27 called in for coffee. Our customer experience was exceptional. I'll start with the coffee - superb blend dreamed up by Emily, who served us all quickly, efficiently and smilingly. The sunny aspect and traffic free location make this a great pace for a break. Easy access toilets in the old waiting room. Ideal for cyclists, walkers, dog walkers, runners and equestrians. Free car parking too. We will certainly be back!

I am only giving this shop one star I am affraid due to the lack of respect to me after applying for the job role I was looking forward to and how dare you remove my cv from your system it's disgraceful the way I was treated by the way not pleased at all thanks

Great atmosphere fantastic selection of beers wines and cocktails food is amazing and the staff are very friendly highly recomend a visit
