Tommy Lee the legend, retiring 24th March 2024, so only tonight & tomorrow to sample a gifted cook of mainly Chinese cuisine. Very very busy so get your order in early.
Room ( which we had to pay for ) (15 a head ) was damp food was like children’s party and no bar service access was a nightmare only saving grace was the effort family put into it nice staff
This place is never busy when i go , the food is ok but its not very tasty the difference in taste between fish and chips at whitby, to here are night and day but its probably the fat or the quality of fish who knows but its just not great.
Booked on a Saturday afternoon for a large party of us and to be fair it was good.
The pub is looking a little tired around the edges but it’s comfortable, well run, good service and the food is decent especially for the prices
