Tommy Lee the legend, retiring 24th March 2024, so only tonight & tomorrow to sample a gifted cook of mainly Chinese cuisine. Very very busy so get your order in early.

Room ( which we had to pay for ) (15 a head ) was damp food was like children’s party and no bar service access was a nightmare only saving grace was the effort family put into it nice staff

This place is never busy when i go , the food is ok but its not very tasty the difference in taste between fish and chips at whitby, to here are night and day but its probably the fat or the quality of fish who knows but its just not great.

We had a lovely family meal here, great food and fab service from Chris and other members of the team. We booked a table and were a couple of minutes late but that wasn’t a problem for them. The order via QR code works well and the drinks arrived promptly and we didn’t have to wait too long for food despite the pub being busy on a Sunday tea time. The food was tasty, hot and priced decently, with good sized portions. We found something for us all on the menu and the recommendation for dessert was welcomed (and as nice as was promised!). The pub was clean and plates were cleared away timely. Our daughter enjoyed her waitress training (thanks Chris!) which was a lovely touch even though the place was busy.
