The best restaurants in Chopwell and Rowlands Gill Gateshead North East

Ordered food in person and was told it would be 30 minutes. I was offered free delivery as I was local. 40 minutes passed so I went in. Food hadn't even been started! Stood almost 20 minutes before food came out. It was embarrassing listening to them arguing whilst in the kitchen! Food was greasy, messy and had so much spice in it we couldn't even taste the meat. First time here and definitely our last.

Cafe at the rear of the garden centre, went with 2 friends we had a jacket potato, toasted tuna sandwich and a soup with a scone. The food was all warm just not hot and ok the soup was bland the scone ok. You can’t really get a jacket potato and a toasted sandwich wrong can you, tea came well before the food so it wasn’t hot when the food came.
