Closed on a Friday night end of May, looked deserted and may have closed down!?

Atmosphere was three stars that’s because it wasn’t that busy. Beautiful food, lovely people running the pub. Didn’t take any photos myself as we had a late dinner very relaxing.

What a fantastic venue with great service, friendly helpful staff & blooming good food too. We are a cycling club based in Watton & we rode 25 miles out just to visit the Grumpy Goat today, and it was well worth while. I had booked a table for 6 originally, I increased that to 10 the night before & then 12 of us in total actually turned up on the day. The staff gave us a warm welcome and were more than happy to accommodate all of us. One extra bonus was the fact that they served Fish Finger Babs, which were simply to die for, and a childhood favourite too. Definitely worth a visit & we will certainly be returning soon.
