i visited this cafe on a sunday. and purchased 2 bacon and egg baps which i found to be cooked very well. i also had 2 cappuccinos which was also very nice. i was served by two very friendly and helpful lady members of staff, and went the extra mile even though it seemed extra busy . i was offered a loyalty card which took me by surprise as i wouldn't have expected for this type of establishment.would come back for sure when passing .

Nice place for lunch, brunch or just coffee & cake. Reasonable prices and good quality food, presented well by friendly staff.

Fantastic meal, the best dinner my wife and I have had in northampton, ever. Great setting, waitress was excellent, the quality of the food was just fabulous and great value for money, thank you chef, wish we had found this place before now. We will absolutely be coming back, and very soon, we'll done 10/10

I met my amazing husband at the Melbourne Arms on a cold night in October 1993. We went back for our 30th anniversary drink recently & it was such a delight! Lovely friendly bar staff, & great atmosphere. A perfect locals pub & we will be returning very soon.

Had a zingy burger. Great taste, right amount of kick and superb value for money as came with plenty of chips too. Can’t wait to try more of the menu.

My son absolutely loved the 30 Piece Maki Sushi Set from SunSushi Northampton. Unfortunately, I didn't get to sample any - as he wolfed them all down whilst gaming 🚉 (How is that even possible ???) 🤯 I was pleasantly surprised when I visited the premises this on this occasion - as the whole shopfront has been 'opened up' with the removal of dark window stickers . . so there is a new 'spacious, clean and fresh feel to the establishment.' A special 'Thank You' to Katia . . who is really pleasant and a great business manager.

This pub is now under new management. Fabulous place to go. So clean fresh and the staff are brilliant! They will also be selling food over the next three weeks. We had a sample and it’s to die for, make your next visit soon, you’ll be amazed at the changes

First time ive ordered from here. Popped in this afternoon to pick up a menu and the staff couldnt have been more helpful and polite. Just had lamb kebeb and sutlac (for dessert) delivered. I dont live far from the restaurant, but the food was delivered faster than predicted. The food was hot and cold in all tje right places and I love the containers that it all comes in. The delivery guy was friendly and polite and we had a joke at the door. Every part of my meal was super tasty and I will definitely be ordering from there again.

Smoke a bag of stardawg and munch on this stuffed crust -DAMNNNNN- Badman Pizza, tasty as a mf. I was on one my g, I'd sunk a few down cordy, had to head back to my ends so shot down to Welly, side tracked by growing sensation in mans tummy- 'tis this strange feeling' I pondered, for mine intake of sweet beverage earlier has resulted in a momentary lapse in my cognitive function, the light switches on, of course this familiar feeling tis hunger. - Back to Welly road, I see 15 inch pizza 7.99 and a few quid for a stuffed crust. I dart back to yard, pizza box in hand and bung a zoot then dive into that sweet stuffed crust, my g you don't even know, next, this crust is next. Don't even mention that garlic and herb, this s is like falling in love in the summer time. Anyway shout out to man at back cooking this stuff up, holding it down for the Welly road Pizza, gang gang, peace!

Mag’s cookhouse is one of our favourites . Good choices. Very tasty food. Great portion size all delivered to your door and always on time. We love it!

This small out-of-the-way cafe is run by the 6th form students from Billing Brook School, Northampton. The menu offered is light meals, e.g. jacket potatoes, sandwiches, baguettes etc. with a good variety of fillings including vegetarian options. The coffee is delicious and the home-made cakes looked good, but I resisted. The atmosphere is inviting, with a lovely outdoor area, and the whole place is spotlessly clean, The staff and their tutors are really nice, and very attentive. Would definitely recommend if you are local or visiting Northampton and would like a quiet out of the town centre (Eastern District) bite to eat. I look forward to my next visit. Open Mon-Thurs 9.30-14.30.

Popped in here for lunch and loved it. The lady who served was very friendly and prompt. I had a tasty sandwich which came with loads of chips. The price was excellent too.
