We stayed for one night in a very comfortable and clean chalet. We had an evening meal which was good reasonably priced with good service. We had a lovely breakfast with super service from Debbie. We would definitely return

Great food and even better service, every time.

Myself and a group of friends visited this lovely place for the second time this year. The garden and house is compact but each visit gave us something new to discover. The staff are very friendly and so informative; some specialise in the historical aspects and others the gardens and horticultural. Tea/coffee shop has light lunches and delicious cakes too. Plenty of places to sit and eat or just wander round the gardens. I won’t single out any one member of staff to thank, because you were all so friendly and helpful. Also bought some lovely plants to take home too. Thanks again for a lovely day out and will be back again soon.
