WOW, couldn’t be happier with our Sunday lunch to celebrate our engagement with our families. The team set up a beautiful table, complete with a banner, table decorations and flowers and threw in two bottles of complimentary wine - absolutely blown away by this service and never had anything like it before. Completely unprompted and honestly absolutely made my day - thank you. Service was amazing as always and the food was incredible- massive portions full of delicious flavour. Some of my family had travelled 1.5 hours and were super impressed! The team were attentive throughout and happy to help with cutting up the cake that we brought along which was so helpful. They even didn’t charge us for one dish that seemed to have been missed off the order - on reflection, I think this was our fault rather than the server but no time was wasted in offering this for no cost, which was definitely not warranted but really appreciated.
