Absolutely shocking! Farah wants to look at his staffing! What an amazing cook but brought down by his front of house team!

I was expecting great things after reading the reviews but now absolutely shocked. Don’t know where to start? The belly pork starter was in-trimmed so you got a mouth full of fat, the fillet was tough and chewy, no way was it a fillet! I have fillet at least weekly and this was the texture of sirloin. I find it impossible no matter how well you cook a fillet to make it tough as boot leather. The chicken main my partner had was covered in olives(no mention on menu) and a chicken leg! £13 for a leg! Never have I ever known a chicken dish NOT to be chicken breast unless mentioned on the menu, it’s even STATED ON THE MENU CHICKEN BREAST NOT A MENTION OF OLIVES!! Dishes were 1/4 eaten then asked for the bill, waitress asked all right? No, wasn’t expecting a chicken leg(which she smirked) and the fillet was no way fillet. Her reply” you should of sent it back” If there was any customer service she would of raised the issue with management? This is common practice. Would never return😟

My parents had a disaster with their Christmas dinner after their turkey turned out to be rotten. I asked on a Facebook group for advice and Zucca was suggested by a couple of people. I rang them at 11:55am on Christmas Day and they said they'd have the food delivered by 1pm. They then called back a couple of minutes later to say that they had too many deliveries at 1pm and my heart sank a bit but they then asked if they could deliver it at 12:30pm instead! Absolutely amazing service and my parents said that the food was delicious and given the amount of food they got, it was ridiculous reasonably priced. Thank you everyone at Zucca, you helped to save my parents' Christmas.

Had a fantastic Sunday lunch delivered today, it was excellent. I have had several meals delivered over recent months from this Italian restaurant and they have always been really nice and piping hot The staff on the phone and the delivery driver was really professional and very friendly and courteous Thanks I will be back again

First impressions weren’t great. I stood at door until they told us which table abruptly to sit on that hadn’t been cleaned. Cutlery was chucked onto table in middle with napkins. Prawns were over cooked in shell. When I get prawns in sauce they’re normally removed from shell. It’s a shame because the sauce was so tasty. Meet and greet needs some attention. Tables should be set like a Restraunt.

Excellent quality of food, all fresh ingredients. All our meals cooked to perfection. Amazing service. The place had a lovely relaxed atmosphere and vibe. The venue was extremely busy, however the staff were attentive and professional. We will definitely be returning.

Great staff and good food, however it was very busy which meant there was quite a wait but I would still return steak and pepper corn sauce was delicious

Very disappointed with customer service when ordering a takeaway had to repeat order 4 times then to be told I have wait as there is a customer in front of her she has to serve came repeated my order again then to receive a call to be told I will have to wait another 30 minutes after waiting 45 minutes. Now I understand delays but to receive the wrong order for my hubby who is terminal ill and was so looking forward to it I am really not happy to say the least. On a positive note the quality of the food we did receive was very tasty

Went with my partner and daughter for food this evening Food was fantastic 10/10 Was a slight wait for food but we were informed upon arrival they even gave us a free cheesy garlic bread Blue cheese sauce was too die for Booked in again next week

Ordered the family deal tonight, 2 starters and 2 mains pizza or pasta plus 2 kids meals and 4 cans of pop for £20 can’t fault any of the food was absolutely amazing great deal for family’s wanting to save some money and brilliant customer service will definitely return thanks Zucca for a great meal!

We had the bbq munch box,compliments to the chef. Meat was cooked fantastic and there was plenty for a family of four 😍
