Food arrived cold and got soggy in the wrappers and there was a wrong item as well.

Unfortunately when the food arrived it was all very cold. The taste of the Sujuk was not very nice at all, very dry and had a funny taste to it. It was a shame as the food looked really nice.

Today, I had the pleasure of visiting a beautiful place called Zouk. The ambiance was impeccable, with spotless glass surfaces and no trace of fingerprints. The customer service was exceptional, particularly the young lady who greeted me with a warm and friendly smile. Her service was truly outstanding. I ordered a dish, not realizing that it contained turkey. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, she promptly consulted with the owner, Kais. He immediately came over to explain that the dish usually comes with beef, but the substitute in this case was turkey. The menu didn’t specify turkey or chicken, and I had mistakenly assumed it contained chicken, which was entirely my fault. Without any hesitation, Kais graciously offered me an alternative dish of my choice. Although he informed me that the dish would take 20 minutes to prepare, I was perfectly fine with that, as my friend was already eating her meal. Impressively, the chef had the new dish ready within the promised time, and I absolutely loved it – my plate was spotless by the end. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Zouk. The service was truly 100 out of 100, and Kais, the owner, was exceptional. I would highly recommend visiting this place – it’s well worth it.

Ate at Zouk Lounge with my family. The food was outstanding and the waitress was great.

Delicious food, we had the mixed grill platter and pan fried sea bass, one of the salads (can't remember the name now), and a ferrero milkshake. Huge portion sizes (so very reasonably priced) and beautifully presented. Cosy atmosphere but spacious seating. Excellent service (Zainab was very polite and helpful). Easy parking in front of the restaurant on the street, and if that is full, the area is all residential. There is space to pray in the Shisha lounge area. No alcohol served (there is a regular customer, a woman, who they allow to bring her own bottle, but they don't serve any). Free tap-water available with your meal. Overall, very impressed and would definitely come again. Sure their other dishes are delicious as well.

Hosted at Zouk Lounge twice for family get-togethers. The service, food and arrangements both times were stellar. Zainab was particularly helpful both times with booking, menu recommendations and arrangements. Zouk Lounge will definitely be my go-to next time I plan to eat out with family.

This place is nice one for me. As i went there yesterday and the food of this is as good as home and the service of this place is very fast and the nature of the receptionist of this restaurant is very politeee.

Cozy place, tasty food and a lovely host ‘Ana’. My partner was angry at me that we didn’t come here earlier. Now she wants us to visit them every month. So we will be back very soon. Highly recommend for a nice shisha experience with your friends.

We recently celebrated our daughter's second birthday and Eid with family here, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff (Zainab) was incredibly welcoming, She went above and beyond to ensure our little one's birthday was special. Ordered food for delivery came in a reasonable time and was hot. Falafel wrap was delicious, turkish bread gorgeous, nice chips also had veg moussaka which was lovely.

Whilst the food might be good, I’ve been put off ordering because of how shocking the delivery time is! I’ve never written a bad review for them however, after another evening of waiting nearly 2 hours after ordering, it’s just not good enough. Such a shame

We have eaten at Zouk Lounge many times now and on each occasion the food has been amazing, absolutely perfect. Today we were served by Zainab who was very attentive and polite 🙏🏻

Positive stuff: mix shish was good, baba ganoush and hummus was good. Negative stuff: Empty restaurant, we were the only people there and the mains took more than an hour to arrive, mussaka was extremely oily and my partner couldn't eat more than half of it, vine leaves were dreadful like they been in the fridge for a good month, kitchen chatting loudly and just an unfriendly atmosphere Won't recommend this place

Came here yesterday, the food was delicious and the staff were lovely and very accommodating. For four people we spent just over £100 (about £25 per head) and that included the food, drinks and shisha. Definitely recommend!!

Dreadful. Took 2 hours to deliver, when it arrived the order was incomplete and it was cold. When heated was horrible - don't go near this place.

A really lovely experience buying some lunch here. You can tell that the owner really puts a lot of thought into everything, from the home made falafel, to the homemade sauces. Even the olive that was placed on the plate, one can tell that he has out his mind into all aspects. Will definitely be heading back when next on the area.

Clean Halal restaurant. The staff were cautious and friendly. We arrived close to closing time, and we were still welcomed and not rushed. The food was fantastic in taste, and the portion sizes were generous. Food prices are reasonable. One thing that would have been nice would be to have high chairs for toddlers to use. It was quite difficult and messy as toddler struggled on the regular chairs. Overall, I would recommend this place for nice tasting, good price halal dining.

I have been to this restaurant 3rd time, it's one of the best Mediterranean restaurant I have ever been. Food is always amazing, nice staff and the price is not expensive compared to other restaurants

One of the gems in Wolverton MK. Their food is always delicious and the new look is fantastic. Try the lamb ribs :) or the shish taouk. There has never been a time that we were let down and both our children and us enjoy our meals there.

Been meaning to try this place out so had a family get together here and it didn't disappoint. 4 of the family ordered the 'family platter' for £60 and you really couldn't go wrong. It included starters, mains and sides. We had Arice and Chicken Wings to start 😋 King Prawns and Lamb mains which were delicious. A big hit with all of us so will go back to sample more of their menu. Thank you Team Zouk 😃

Superb tasting middle eastern cuisine. Had the veg mousakka with rice and kofte with rice and chips. Five stars for food and pleasant service. Restaurant itself really needs an upgrade especially the toilets which aren't in the best condition. I will most probably come back again.

Takeaway - This was dire. It wasn't warm and a lot of the food was bland. The lamb tagine had a single lamb shank in some watery sauce? Joke.

I ordered my food through Uber eat and I received help from Gabriella so thank you for your service. The food is nice but the salad was not really washed and the rice was cold and dry. The Kofta was delicious even though I received chicken kofta but I ordered mixed Kofta.

I would say it was an amazing Chicken Shawarma at a great Price. for 3 Chicken Shawarma meals and a Falafel Wrap it was under £30 the hostess was very nice and friendly, it's a nice atmosphere in the restaurant. I will be going for a meal in next time.

The wraps were lovely, however the sauces were leaking all over everything, the mozzarella cheese sticks I paid £3.50 for were empty, no cheese literally just breaded sticks. Chips were little soggy.

Poor food quality at high prices

This is one place that took me back to Al- Bake Delhi.. I ordered chicken shawarma wrap and this is so good that I could stop me from relishing every bite of it. Friendly atmosphere and Amazing food.. must visit place..

This is probably the worst Lebanese restaurant in the UK. Bruh its not even Lebanese, and I personally wont even call it a restaurant. Almost the entire menu was either frozen or canned. The pictures were deceiving along with the rating. The Shawarma had lettuce in, in what universe are we living? Kebab tasted indian and was probably seasoned with sainsbury ready mix

Food was cold! The Chicken Shish asks if you want rice and then chips, I ordered 2 both with rice and chips but both arrived missing items and my drinks never even arrived. The delivery driver was less than helpful, claiming to work for the restaurant but refusing to go back to collect our drinks and missing food. I had to ring the restaurant back but we was never given our items or offered a refund! I will NEVER be ordering from here again!

Ordered a delivery via Uber Eats based on the reviews of the restaurant. Ordered a Mixed Shish and a Tabbouleh. I must admit the food was appalling. The Mixed Shish was supposed to be "one skewer of chicken, and one skewer of lamb with salad and dressing". I received, a few pieces of chicken and few pieces of lamb - that's surely not a skewer - and no salad at all for£16.50! (see picture). Tabbouleh was full of onions, no tomatoes at all (see picture)... I honestly don't understand where the good reviews are coming from - I gave 1 star, and I think I was very generous!

Great food but not always as warm as it could be on arrival.

I ordered the Mixed Grill and Chicken Shawarma. I found it very bland, however - that is probably because I'm used to flavour overload being an Asian. I'm sure there are people who love this type of food though!! Even though I didn't enjoy the meal, the meat was tender and the service was lovely, so I can't be giving such a low rating.
