We visited on possibly one of the busiest Saturday nights in September, the evening of the Anthony Joshua fight at Wembley stadium. We had a theatre booking, and were going round and round looking for a place to have a very quick dinner. With 96,000 people at Wembley that night, everywhere was packed. Luckily we were welcomed into the restaurant, and our orders were taken very quickly. The drinks arrived swiftly, and the food was hot and tasty. I think the lady who served us was possibly Olga, forgive me if I have got that wrong. So thank you Zizzi for your great service and friendly welcome.

Lovely food, service, and atmosphere. Went after doing shopping in Wembley outlet. Super friendly customer service from Martin and Anita. I recommend the rustica Sofia pizza. Will save room for desert next time I visit. Will definitely be coming back.

Writing review to convey appreciation for kind staff. We arrived at end of v hectic day due to gig in Wembley. We had pre booked click and collect and expected to grab the food and go and find bench or other to eat. However, staff were v welcoming and gladly found us a table and plates etc so we could eat in the restaurant. This was most welcome and unexpected. Food was fine - an order we have had at other branches of zizzi before. I often opt for zizzi because they have a good range of gluten free options.

Very disappointed with our visit to Zizzis at Wembley Outlet. We had not booked, but the waitress found us a table. However we waited ages for her to take our drink and food order. The drinks arrived promptly but we waited for the food and when it did arrive only two out of three came at the same time. The restaurant was never full but just as well as only two staff serving. The food was ok, but not as good as had previously had at other Zizzi restaurants. Whole restaurant lacked atmosphere and although not full customers arriving later were turned away. Will not be returning! By 8pm the place was almost empty. Also waiter was smoking outside when we left the restaurant even though LDO have a no smoking policy!

Our first time visiting a zizzi restaurant. Visited on a Tuesday evening, the restaurant was quiet but the food and staff were lovely. Downloaded the app on arrival and got a free garlic bread which was lovely. All our food was lovely, really enjoyed it and would certainly return. Many thanks.

As always perfect food & service, maybe £11+ for a cocktail a bit pricey. Would recommend to visitors to wembley. calazone is my favourite

Before concert we come to eat. The pizza rustics was delicious and aperol spritz just add to the meal Italian style. Staff was very helpful with the menu as this was our first time in Zizzi but definitely not the last one. Absolutely grey food.

Really mixed experience. We arrived at 1130 before the Community Shield. Unable to book so came early. No need until perhaps 1pm. Poor marketing decision as the place was only half full - definitely put people off coming when they knew it wasn’t bookable . . At one stage there was a queue and yet we counted 5 empty tables🙄 Good sharing starters but the mains were disappointing. . Pizzas were poor and two of our group ordered the same chicken schnitzel meal and so different. My special tagliatelle mixed seafood had solid pasta. The manager deducted from the bill but the meal should never have been served like that. I cut off the terrible rock hard pasta and the rest was good but my meal was spoilt. Our original server was great but I think she went for a break and the others were slow.

So the place wasn't that busy everyone had left for a concert. Ordered Arancini and chicken milanese. Sparking water asell so not too much of a test well so I thought. First to arrive water lemon and ice in glass large bottle of water at room temperature which meant more ice needed maybe no fridges. Then to arrive arrancini we'll I was shocked they were smaller than I've ever and tasteless would not recommend those. Then the chicken milanese which eas served with fries carrots and bay leafs. I was amazed I thought it look liked a findus meal and most probably the latter would of been better. So £36.00 spent on a meal for one would be better to have gone to Mcds. Come on Zizzis .

Went for a meal with some friends the staff was amazing and welcoming. One of our party had an allergy and our waiter Anita was so helpful and informative of the allergen process

We order pizza ans salmon salad with side of garlic bread with mozzarella. All meal was delicious and the atmosphere was great. Good service and splendid staff

It all started well with the shared platter which was delicious however when the main pizzas came the waitress gave us back our used knife and fork and serviettes and said we could use them again ! then when we asked for a jug of water we were given two glasses - held around the rim - my pizza - pepperoni and mushroom had 7 slices of small pepperoni and 3 mushroom slices - a hole in the centre - my husbands which was little piggy was so over cooked the pork had become crackling - the manager ?? and staff were no where to be seen or to complain to - when we got the bill they had added the 10% service and when I asked to take it off I was questioned why !! They did not like my answer of health and hygiene and walked away

Went to have dinner today to use a £50 gift card and was told can’t use it on an event day, the only event on was at the arena not even an event and the restaurant was less then half full

Very dissatisfied with the service. There was a fairly large group of us so you would normally expect the service to be a bit slower. But the server asked if we would like our mains and starters to come together and we said yes and they did not. Secondly one girl ordered a salad which came ten minutes after the rest of us had our food. Many people in the restaurant had their food before us. And we had to go to great length to get the attention of the server. The service charge was £16 and normally we would not mind paying but we were very unhappy and when someone brought this up, the manager came over and started screaming at us and asking why we did not want to pay. That was not the correct way to handle the situation. Everyone at our table and the rest of the restaurant were shocked that this had happened. Will not be going here again.

We dined here after a day out in London. Although the restaurant wasn’t even half full, service seemed slow due to too few waiting staff. Food was good but drinks were a let down. Ordered a cocktail but if it did contain alcohol, it was such a small measure that you couldn’t tell. Disappointing for what it cost.

Booked for a preshow dinner. As we had an allergy we were told to order on the app. Which was fine I'm computer savy so was easy for me but can imagine been harder for others. The drinks were delicious and quick to arrive but the food was not. The starters came out staggered, and the little souls breads were over cooked. The starters plates were not cleared and the mains started to arrive again staggered which was not good. I'm under the tradition that you wait till everyone has food till you start but the gap between 1st dish arriving and last was over 10minutes. Our allergy dish had pesto on which on the starter they had missed off so the member of our party with the allergy had to wait for the manager to check the allergy book to reasure us it was nut free. Our meal was taking up with us talking about the service rather than enjoying our meal and having other conversations.

I had lunch with my family, se had pizza rustica. Our meal was delicious and really tasty. Great atmosphere and service

we took our nephews for a meal of their choice!!! They were so excited. The first issue they had no staters for the kids menu and would not swap for a side of fries even though it was their issue. The cutlery was dirty the colouring pens didn’t work. the food was lukewarm. one of the little one nearly chocked on a hair on their pizza. Even though they took that pizza off the bill it was a terrible meal which cost over £100. We took them straight to McDonalds afterward and spent another £20 should have gone there in the first place.

We often visit Zizzi in Wembley, as we have family here, and they never have enough staff! Although it’s generally quiet in there, they cannot cope with just a few tables, there were 3 tables in there when we arrived, the app wasn’t working so we had to beckon someone over, and when they did arrive, the drinks took forever, our starters then came and before they’d even cleared the starters they were bringing the main course. The service was poor and after visiting here in numerous occasions, we won’t be going again. The food was poor too, the lasagne was basically a pot of mozzarella and my son couldn’t eat it. Also we didn’t know it was an event day which meant you couldn’t use any offers

We had a Lovely experience today. Ola & Ricardo they took great care of us. Food was very delicious and I’m talking from experience of working in the industry. We will definitely come back when we are here for shopping. Will recommend this place, we ate in few zizzis in London and in Wembley we had the best experience. Many thanks.

We often visit Zizzi’s and consistently have a good meal and service. Recommend it for a quick meal, haven’t visited on an event day so not sure how busy it is then.

Starter: The worst calamari we tasted ever. Was like plastic. Didn’t finish. Main: We ordered Pizza Rusticca Piccante and Pasta Ravioli Di Carpa. Both were good and delicious. Ravioli portion was small imo. Side: Rosemary Chips, crispy and good Service: Normal, staff with fake smiles!

I went to visit Zizzis today and we waited outside and no one came. So I tried to open the door to get staff attention and a member of staff rudely said we have no tables look outside there are 3 people ahead of you, 40 min wait. He then closed the door in our face. We could not see any queue and there were no customers inside. Beyond rude! We did not mind waiting but his manner was unacceptable. Thankfully we went to an amazing Italian restaurant 'Ecco'la Café and Pizzeria' just around the corner who know how to treat a customer right! Safe to say we will not return to Zizzis again. Definitely reccomend shop local to businesses who appreciate you!

I attended zizzi on Saturday for lunch. We waited outside for about 20 minutes and then after another 20 minute wait inside were acknowledged by the staff it was very cold in the hallway. The restaurant was not busy as it was around 3pm.No apology for the delay in speaking with us. We were taken to our table. A girl came and took our order. Food came fairly quickly without my granddaughters chips again no apology. Eere nit offered black pepper and cheese....we had to ask. It was a very miserable experience. Food was OK.Will not be returning

Food was fantastic, service brilliant. It was really busy but I had booked a table in advance so didn't have to wait. The waitress let us know that there would be a 40 min wait for the food to be cooked, so we ordered pretty quickly. I don't actually know how long it took for the food to arrive because the atmosphere was fantastic so we were having a great time, it flew by. The meal was delicious, already planning in going back.

Have been dining at the 'Zizi' ever since it opened. They serve the best Pizza at teh Outlet and we always make apoint of eating here when ever we visit the cinema or for that matter come down for the shopping.

Visited Zizzi’s on Tuesday evening after having a long day at work. Upon arrival, I was told that there would be a slight delay on my food due to the kitchen being busy. I was welcomed by the staff and asked if I have any food allergies, something that many restaurants forget to do. The manager (?) went above and beyond to make sure that I get my food on time and made my starter/main by herself! Even though the restaurant was busy, service was very attentive and food was even better. Keep up the good work guys!!

We love the food this restraunt serves at all it's locations hence we book there often.Again food was great but service not what we normally get!We ordered drinks, starters and mains all at the same time as wasn't busy with other customers.We ended up having starters before our drinks which has never happened to us before?But, that said the food was great as always. :)

The staff were absolutely wonderful - one young lady was an ACTUAL Italian, another young guy was just SO much fun, Manager even helped out the festitivites! They also know their wines, surprisingly well for a chain restaurant. Food - superb, the garlic bread was just outstanding!! Portion sizes pretty generous, but as we were totally ravenous we still finished it !Location - pretty cool, like a piece of the West End in NW London - small nit, a little chilly but you don't notice after a glass of their great wines - I recommend their Shiraz!! Return? Looking forward to it already!!

This is a nice branch but quiet compared to the other restaurants here. Not sure why. Staff are pleasant and friendly. The restaurant is clean. It's very big. Located near the cinema entrance. They have a big menu of pasta, pizza, salads, desserts and lot's of other things. I had a spaghetti bolognese with a coke and a ruby plum and amaretti crumble with a one shot black americano. The food was delicious and came out quick. Fresh and piping hot. The dessert was not as good. It lacked crumble and the ruby plum was watery. There needed to be more crumble. The americano was very strong despite asking for one shot. Their food is good but desserts not so much. Caters well for vegan's. Staff are friendly and nice.

This is the second time we have visited Zizzis ( the first time was the one in Sheffield) and it is the second time we have walked out without bothering to eat. The service is appalling. A waitress asked if we wanted a table for two which we said yes to. She then waived us in the general direction of a table. We sat and waited while she was chatting to friends . After 10 minutes we walked out. Slovenly lazy staff not impressed.

Came for a meal with partner, our previous evening meal in a different restaurant was awful. So tonight it was lovely to have such a pleasurable and enjoyable evening meal.

What a lovely experience , we visited zizzi as a bit of a memory trip ( different branch ) as we had , had our first date meal at one in 2012 , now we were not two star struck kids as we first met 40+ yrs before and had made our separate ‘ life journeys ‘ in different directions .

Came here before a concert. Food was lovely was given the wrong drink but was still a nice cocktail. In cold weather some of the tables are seated near the door and can be cold so we asked to move tables because of this.

Zizzi is my favourite chain restaurant for a decent no fuss meal. This branch in Wembley was exceptional and the food tasted for some reasons much better than other branches. The staff was friendly and effective and the location excellent being very close to Wembley stadium

1st time in Zizzis Wembley, on a very cold evening. We were warmly welcomed by Deep and Monica. Nothing was too much trouble, we weren’t put under pressure to finish quickly. They offered to move us to a warmer part of the restaurant, respectful and friendly, incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Passionate about giving the best customer service possible, as we teach customer service skills for a living, we would use these individuals as role models. One of many restaurants in the center. Rather quiet on a Tuesday, but good service. I had risotto with chicken and mushroom and a glass of Italian wine. All good. Advice: Do not sit close to the entrance door when it is cold outside, you will feel the cold every time someone enters. Typical chain food, but service was pleasant

My family and I went here for some dinner in the late afternoon after some shopping. I think we got there before the evening rush as the place was rather empty at the time.
