Food was delicious and Jim our server was fab. Friendly, efficient and super smiley.

Our waitress was Alex, very nice, very helpful would give 5 stars.

Great food and even better service from Alex!!

Waiters were very patient with our kids. Lasagne was a bit on the small side - not as filling as some of the other meals.

Alex was lovely and looked after us brilliantly despite the restaurant being incredibly busy.

Short staffed on the night but Alex provided great service & stayed calm & professional throughout the evening.

I love the food, but they are so slow to attend to you. We were there 5 minutes before even being asked if we wanted a drink,. Food great, be more attentive to customers.

Alex waited my table this evening. She is an exemplary waitress. Nothing too much trouble. She took the time to help a couple at a nearby table with qr codes. Was discreetly observant and was on hand with a take out box without us having to ask. I hope you have the good fortune to be waited on by Alex.

Came in for food with my partner and son. We were looked after by Jimmy who was very attentive and polite. Our food arrived promptly and we were even given a little fork for the child. Ally also took our dessert order and was super lovely. Fab time thank you!

Upon entering the stablishment the night presented to be with warm and welcoming atmosphere. My wife and I were shortly greeted by a memeber of the front house later known as Matthew. We have asked to be placed somewhere further into the retaurant. Mathew's deminor was polite and friendly. Our orders were Calzone, Carbonara and we shared a side of garlic bread. We were satisfied by the food quality, texture and seasoning. Matthew was very helpful in chosing or side orders as we were torn between the two at the start of our evening. Overall, really pleased with food quality, service and big tick to Mathew for being a great host.

Served by a lovely women called Alex, bloody great customer service. Never met someone so joyful and pleasant. Will 100% be back

Absolutely amazing food and service, can’t recommend this place more. Every time we’ve been we have never been let down on quality and portion sizes. If you have David as a waiter just know you’re in good hands.

Go here often and usually no problems. Food was lovely however the timings were terrible. My partners pizza came out and our garlic bread and was told it won’t be long til my food came out, 11 minutes from that point to me being served and by now my partners pizza was cold. We had been walked past and told 3 times that our food was being grabbed for us to still be left waiting. Won’t be returning for a while.

I've been to many Zizzi around the country but the service here set the standard not just for Zizzi but for restaurants everywhere. We had a large birthday party of children plenty of noise. The gentleman who served us was funny helpful, and worked hard and made sure we were aware of the orders progress. Made sure we always had drinks. Fantastic! Addition. Popped back and everyhting was excellent again. Our server Alex was attentive and friendly. Service was quick despite things being busy.

Our server, Jimmy was an absolute delight, from opening the door to delivery our food. What an asset to the business. Jimmy, however he wouldnt divulge his boss's telephone number, which I'd quite like because he's very very attractive. But Jimmy's service is second to none.

What an absolutely fantastic evening we had as a family of 4, gorgeous food and brilliant staff. An extra special shout out to Alex what a brilliant employee of zizzi, from the moment we walked in the door, all the way to the end of our meal, she was attentive and couldn’t do enough for us, what a lovely, helpful, friendly lady… she explained that they were bit short of staff so thanked us in advance for being patient but there was no need as she had everything under control… food was gorgeous and plentiful. Will definitely be back in the future. Zizzi keep hold of Alex what an amazing lady with great customer service knowledge, she made the whole evening very enjoyable ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👏🏻
