Staff were very friendly and attentive. Food was great.. only thjng that could have been better was the sauce on the mac and cheese side could have been a little thicker... but that's more of a preference.

Gluten free food was a bit of a let down, looked burnt and felt greasy, was also way smaller than my partners normal food for the same price. Other than that service was great, thank you Parul :)

Went for a friend birthday it was really fun.

Visiting Zizi at night after visiting the Christmas Market in Southampton. Nothing too much trouble. A very friendly and warm welcoming service. They served a drink with a bowl of spicy twisted chips for complimentary, thanks. Ordered the Garlic Bomb with Chorizo and my favourite King Prawns Linguine. All in all, a very enjoyable meal with prompt service. Thank you.

These guys blew us away with the service! We booked for 16 x 10yr olds to celebrate a birthday. I'd arranged a pre order and the meal went so smoothly, they couldn't have done anything more. They treated the young people so well. I'd given them a cake and they added candles and served it to the birthday girl. They were just brilliant. We were a big group in a full restaurant. Hats off to the team, a brilliant experience.

We had a very nice work dinner here on Monday. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Leti was incredibly helpful, she assisted us with all the queries and the booking process in the week leading up to the event, which made everything so much easier. On the night, Dani and Georgia provided excellent service at both the table and the bar, and Leti was fantastic with the table service as well. Thank you all for making our evening such a success!😊

Angharad served us this time and was helpful and friendly. The food was great and everything was served in a timely manner with a smile. The whole team working this evening were attentive and friendly. We actually got seated in Osteria, looked at the menu and decided Zizzi had a better choice, so we walked out! I'm glad we did!

Such friendly service and delicious foods. She also remembered my partners order from a month ago! ten out of ten 5 stars honestly? top notch food, service out the wazoo! Been coming by for a few months be it date night or a quick bite before popping home on the way out of town. special shout outs to Danielle, Amos and his incredible knowledge lf dietary requirements, Chef Gianfranco!!!! All absolute stars, if you can catch all three right before it gets busy you might have the meal of your life!

We went in got sat at a table then got moved as a bigger table came in. Then I got my drink and the glass had a lipstick stain on the side of it. When I asked the lady for a new glass she looked at me funny and inspected the glass. Our server was quite blunt and rude. With the food the pasta with the meatballs was very cold and rubbery, also the fudge cake was cold even though it’s meant to be a warm pudding.

The service and food is outstanding. Our server, Cat, was exceptional. This was her first day and she nailed it. Management was attentive as well.

Food was good but got refused a student discount at the end of the meal and said they don’t do them, which they do as we use the Uni Days discount with the Winchester one!

Ordered bogof classic pizza. Took 45 minutes to arrive ...both are rustic style which i hate the texture of and under cooked & stone cold. Can't get help it seems either. Wasted 20.00 second time too they've done this. Edit reply: I'm not sure what you need me to send detail wise as i ordered in the app and cannot seem to get assistance with the order.

But what truly elevated our evening was the incredible service from Kam, our waiter. Kam was the perfect blend of friendly, attentive, and professional. He greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel like honored guests. Throughout the evening, he was always one step ahead—refilling our drinks before we even noticed they were low, making stellar recommendations, and ensuring everything from appetizers to dessert was flawless. It’s clear that Kam has a passion for hospitality; he treated each table like family, creating an atmosphere that felt both relaxed and elegant. Now, let’s talk food—wow! The pasta dishes were perfection. We ordered the handmade mushroom with truffle cream sauce, which was rich yet delicately balanced, and the classic spaghetti prosciutto carbonara, which was a masterclass in simplicity and taste. Every bite of pasta was cooked al dente, just as it should be. As if that weren’t enough, the pizza stole the show. Thin, crisp crust with the perfect amount of chew, topped with vibrant San Marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and basil—pure bliss! Kam’s recommendations also extended to the wine list, where he suggested a bottle of Montepulciano that paired beautifully with both our pasta and pizza. He even surprised us with a complimentary dessert to finish the evening—a creamy tiramisu that melted in our mouths. Dining here wasn’t just about the food (although it was incredible); it was about the experience. Kam’s kindness and thoughtful service made us feel like we were dining at a friend’s home, not just at a restaurant. It’s rare to find a place where the food and the hospitality are equally exceptional, but this restaurant nails it. We’ll definitely be back—and next time, we’re bringing more friends. If you visit, ask for Kam. You’ll thank me later!

It’s always lovely to eat at Zizzi’s in Southampton. I come here often when the ships docks and Lienite is always friendly with very good customer service skills. I recommend this place to all my friends and guests onboard the ships as well.

Excellent venue, great food and service. We'll be back.
