Possibly the worst pizza I have had for a while. The crust was brittle, the pizza was cold, the toppings were sparse and clearly placed without any care. Shocking, I'll never get pizza from here again. If you are going to run a restaurant, at least take some pride in your food.

The vibes have potential to be incredible, the building is STUNNING but the loudness and the chaos inside makes for an unrelaxing experience. My group and I were all struggling to hear each other speak which wasn’t fab. Very crowed space with little space between tables (am a wheelchair user)

We came as part of a large group (25 people) and we were so well looked after. Food came quickly and was so tasty. Joe looked after us all night and was very knowledgeable about food and drink. And the rainbow lasagne is one of my absolute favourite vegetarian/vegan meals in the whole city.

Went to celebrate a good friends birthday with a large party of people, the service (from Joe), was excellent and the food came out pretty quickly considering the number of people! Food was good quality, standard zizzi fare, vibes were on point, would recommend for large groups!

Joe was a great server!! We had a big party and he did a great job!

Very good food (from an italian) - would recommend the pizzas over anything. We came at a quieter time but it was still brilliant service from Kam. Highly recommend !!

The food was good, especially the mozzarella garlic bread and the salmon salad. The service there was also very great, especially our server Jen who was pretty friendly and quick with our order.

Mary served us and was a new member of staff. We all just wanted to let her know how amazing her service was. She was cheery, friendly, nothing was to much (even though I'm sure it all felt a bit much considering the size of our party!) Thank you!

Went with my family for a meal, really nice place, the Waitrose was exceptional, very professional and helpful. I would give 10 stars just for the service!!

Went with a friend to Zizzi's for the 1st time yesterday, was served by Lienite, she was Amazing, really funny as professional. The food was OK, not what I was expecting for an Italian restaurant.

Very nice venue, the staff are so helpful and really will go out of their way to make it a great experience for you. The food was lovely, wasn't to keen on the garlic bomb starter for summer but not going to hold that against the place as that is my opinion on tast. The drinks are brilliant and always served with a smile. I'd recommend dining here if you have anyone in your party with an allergy, the staff are brilliant at sorting out the menu to be suitable to the needs. Fantastic place!!

I ordered two pizzas today and they both were over done and were totally black on all the sides. So, had to take the outer crust off the pizza because they were burnt and was left with nothing much to eat. Really disappointed.

Out of hot chocolate and mocha. This wouldn’t be any problem if it weren’t for the surly manner in which the news was delivered. Food greasy and bolognese cold. Second choice of drink took ages to come and syrup shot missing. Was then told after paying the bill that payment hadn’t gone through. It had. 🤦‍♀️

Visited this Zizzis a few times and the staff are always helpful and polite even when busy. The food is always delicious.

Kam was our server this morning for lunch, me and my mum went for a birthday treat and he was efficient with our orders yet was cheery and warm around us and spoke to us like equals. We had the wagu and prawn pizzas and it was quick, tasty and not oily or heavy. Well worth it.

the food was perfectly cooked and the service was impeccable.

Food good and good value as currently doing 3 courses for £50. Service varies from too quick between starter and main to non - existant after waiting 40 mins for our dessert. Had to ask 3 times for tap water. Not impressed. Just as well service is optional as we didn't pay the service charge. Doesn't help that Zizzi is difficult to find as it's only accessible via the shopping centre walkway.

We had a brilliant service from Jen. She was so cheerful, helpful and efficient. The manager was very accommodating and dealt with a little issue swiftly and fairly.

26.06.24: Able to accommodate really easily our dietary requirements (one gluten free and another dairy free) Jen was really attentive, able to sit outside on a sunny day…happy days UPDATE 24.07.24 what a shame, less than a month after leaving a glowing review we experienced poor service this evening which left a sour taste about this place. We had an obnoxious waitress, then another that didn’t know how to serve us with our intolerances, and had to wait 15mins to get some beers which in the end we cancelled because we finished our pizza…the manager which served us was nice, pity we couldn’t say the same about the rest of the team on this occasion…was it a one-off??

We had a great meal in Zizzi in West Quay in Southampton last night. The manager kindly seated the five of us even though we hadn't had time to book beforehand. We were looked after by Jen and she was friendly & professional. The whole dining experience was excellent!

Our food was delicious, we ordered the 3 course meal - what a super great deal! My espresso martini was delicious - bartender Kamran did a superb job! His attention to customers is impressive. The highlight of our meal was our interaction with Jen and the service that she provided. She made us feel so welcome. I would recommend this restaurant and the delicious and plentiful food.

My wife and I came in a Day early for our 2 Week Mediterranean Cruise. We stayed in Southampton. For dinner we decided to eat at Zizzi. What a great choice. From the moment we sat down we were treated to exceptional service from everyone we interacted with. The food was over the top good, but in the end it was the combination of exceptional service and food that made the dinner very special. Jen ended up being the person who served us and it could not have been any better. At the end of dinner my wife and I felt like we had a new friend. We also sat next to the bar which didn’t hurt our Bar Service at all!! Kamran was perfect in all his interaction, and his ability to react to what we needed only enhanced the dinning experience. Food, Beverage service was top notch. Looking for a great dining experience in Southampton, put Zizzi on your list. Thanks again to Jen and Kamran for the exceptional dinning experience.

Lovely place to eat near West Quay. We were served by Kam and had some fantastic vegan pizza and beer!

Looked after extremely well by Jen. Very friendly and attentive. Food really tasty and value for money as always. The only issue were some hard potatoes, but that was resolved quickly and without fuss. One of our favourite Southampton restaurants.

Recently had a meal at this Southampton branch. Food was fresh and hot, but unfortunately I found the calamari to be quite pale and bland. The prawn pizza was delicious though and lower in calories than most! Our waiter was also attentive to our large booking and he was great. This Zizzi branch was good despite the above.

Really lovely service from Jen and amazing food. Bartender also went out of his way to find a straw for my girlfriend.

The manager here is the most feeble minded/pathetic version of humanity. Ordered our food and drinks, when our drinks arrived I asked for a straw (I'm seriously disabled and can't hold a glass). He said he didn't have any until next Tuesday. When I pointed out that this meant I couldn't have a drink with my meal he literally shrugged his shoulders. This place is in the centre of Southampton. He could have got a straw if he'd wanted to. We left and went to a super friendly place nearby. See you next Tuesday, mate.

Excellent environment, friendly service, great menu choices and great food. I had pork and garlic meatballs and my wife had pan fried sea bass which was delicious. Jennifer was a great waitress who helped with my wife's gluten free brownie which was so good.

Sunday afternoon, 23/06. Food was atrocious. They should remove all reference to Italy and Italian. They should know, carbonara souse has no cream nor chorizo (Spanish or Portuguese perhaps) in it, just egg, guanciale (pancetta at least), garlic and cheese (not cheddar by the way). Pasta arrabiata dish has no meatballs. But hey, I was promised wagyu beef! Meatballs cooked who knows when and reheated in microwave, souse could have been from Lidl. Pasta was overcooked, probably cooked beforehand and reheated by dipping into boiling water how they do it in airports. Pan fried sea bass came deep fried! Make up your mind people! I guess it could have been pan fried beforehand as well and then reheated in deep fryer. On the other hand, potatoes that came with the fish were... undercooked. Well done! Service... Waitress was vague, could have been on something. In that case at least she was enjoying herself. Otherwise, I'm not sure if she knows what she's doing there. I have asked for a receipt and she disappeared only to be seen sitting by another table browsing a menu 5 minutes later. Probably was too hungry to remember... I'm sure service charge (for lack of it) was included, but how do I know without a receipt. Shock and horror!
