They do the best fried chicken in bradford. Super crispy and not oily at all. Made fresh when ordered. Lovely shop.

Food was hot and there was a big portion, staff were professional and I even got offered a free drink for my first time coming there!

Driving pass felt alittle pekish and wow chicken grilled burger was absolutely stunning..

Outstanding Food and Amazing Pakora Curry! ZFC never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. It was a snowy day that we went to order a cheeseburger and the guy behind the counter with the glasses is very unprofessional. He kept pushing for us to buy the same again rather than a chicken burger due to him not being bothered to make a fresh fillet for the chicken burger. He then didn’t put any salad and had to ask twice. £9.00 for two single burgers and they weren’t even tasty, the cheeseburger was burnt and tasted smokey. And the chicken fillet was so salty, I’m sure the oil must have been extremely old. RFC is 2 mins away, it is the best and always on point, only went to ZFC as RFC was closed. Never again!

Ordered their Full Chicken Karahi made fresh on order everytime. It took about 30mins as it was not pre made karahi cooked from scratch. Believe me every second was worth waited. Taste was amazing & highly recommended. New owners are smashing.

Poor customer service very rude behavior and food was really oily and cold and I found the the chicken was raw from inside and the guy who was wearing glasses took my order was very rude and for two persons meal he was trying to push me a jumbo family box and I told him twice that I don’t need jumbo family box just for two persons and seems not happy so never gonna come back and not recommend to anyone.

The customer service are friendly and they got great food. I come here everyday and they treat me like family

New owners since July. Food is still nice but the service is pants. The old owners were organised and quick. The new owners especially the one on the front counter wearing glasses is piss poor doesn’t take down orders properly, he doesn’t even start cooking food until you ask him is my order ready? He always looks confused. And 3x now he’s made me wait over 30 mins for my order that shouldn’t have taken more than 15 mins to make. Unfortunately I won’t be back again.

They have started doing curries again and there spot on. The tawa box was delicious and there new website is easier to use.

Such a shame! Went to zains the food was absolutely disgusting l ordered chicken fillet rap they had no chicken breast they put chicken wings instead without me noticing l open the wrap it had a lot of bones in it aboustly disgusting

Absolutely disgusted by the service! Asked for a tub of peri salt which i offerd to pay for and was refused because apparently they are not allowed to provide it in a tub and u must sprinkle it on your chips whilst u are in the shop. What nonsense! I told him that iv had a tub of peri salt from them plenty of times… to which he replied ‘no you shouldn’t have’. Just lost themselves a regular customer for being so rude and unhelpful! I explained my daughter likes the peri salt seperate as my other child does not like it sprinkled on the chips, to which he just shrugged his shoulders. No manners at all! Such ashame to have to deal with idiots when the location is convenient and so close to home.
