Booked for this evening 14 June had it confirmed got there only to find it closed, looked through the window the room was completely empty.

Booked through there website for a table at 6pm on Sunday 17th march. When we got there restaurant was shut. 🤦🏼‍♂️. Very disappointed.

It's truly amazing food. I cannot fault it. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options. Made me want to eat meat!!!

Lovely dinner, Geanina was very helpful and friendly. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the desserts which sadly were underwhelming

Stunning food, out server Ruqayya was amazing. Kind and courteous, nothing was too much. The only reason I put 4 for atmosphere was that it was a little cold for us two old biddies so some warm curtains or warm lighting would help. Overall would definitely be coming back and we'll done on hiring that wonderful server managers!

Yesterday i participated in a Christening event of some close friends of mine.Thank you for the effort, for the atmosphere created, you are an extraordinarily good band, everyone was happy to listen and dance to your songs. The boys were great. Thank you to the boss for the professionalism with which he organized the event. The food was delicious and the service impeccable. We will definitely come to spend time at your place again at the first opportunity. I advertised both the restaurant and the band FORMULA 9 and recommended you to all my friends.

On 02.03.2024 I participated in an event there and everything was wonderful. I came as a guest with my family. Wonderful decor, very attentive and empathetic staff. Not only did they serve us impeccably, but the kindness of the boss and the humanity of the employees helped us feel wonderful. Congratulations to the chefs for the well-prepared and tasty food that was true to our taste. The decor, the hygiene, the professionalism - all these define them! The restaurant can host 100 people for sure. 5🌟 I recommend it for organizing any event

If this place could be rated zero stars it would get it! Vile and Disgusting food service is poor the facilities are in a Disgusting state. The owner has no respect for customers and takes no responsibility for staff attitude. The good served was inedible raw chicken, the lamb overcooked. The kitchen couldn't advise of an allergies when asked waitresse. Owner was rude and aggressive to more than 1 customer!

Worse place to eat out in Aylesbury! Avoid this venue! arrogant manager, awful food the chicken was raw, toilets absolutely filthy especially the disabled and baby changing 1. Awful drinks very very unhappy customers on our visit wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I think a call to the food standards and environmental health is much needed for this restaurant

Fantastic new lunch menu ! .. friendly staff and great service

If 0 stars was an option, even a paid option, I would rate it so. Do Not Go To Zena Kitchen! We booked a table for a large group (16 of us including 3 children and 2 infants) at 7pm for a family members birthday. On arrival, the staff advised they didn’t have our booking but could seat us anyway. The service was awful, food was dreadful and toilets were blocked, dirty and disgusting. Our drinks were taken bit by bit as members of our party arrived separately but the ordered drinks either took 30 minutes to arrive, arrived wrong or didn’t arrive at all. Upon chasing up our order, we were met with hostility from the young members of staff who all had long hair that was out and being played with. It took for us to go up to the bar various times and speak to the manager to simply get a Coca Cola to the table within the hour. Baring in mind it took over an hour to even take our food order, we noticed other tables leaving due to the service levels but due to our group size, we decided (incorrectly) to try and stick it out as we assumed we would hopefully get our food sooner. This was not the case. It took an hour and 45 minutes to get starters and “complimentary bread” which all tasted Awful. In the process of this being served, one of the younger members of staff tried to pass bubbling hot cheese over my 11 month old baby’s head to which we stopped her and she, instead of apologies, argued with us, her parents, that the board it was on wasn’t hot. This was really the final straw and we decided to leave. While gathering our things, I spoke with the manager to notify him of the latest occurrence and our departure where I was met with further hostility and aggression. We left, paying a percentage of our drinks bill and were forced to find a meal for our hungry children at almost 9pm. I can confidentially say that it was the worst experience I’ve had and if you want this kind of food in Aylesbury, there are plenty of other places

What a lovely management team, and I must say some of the best coffee I’ve tasted locally! I recently attended a local business networking event by #BusinessBuzz which brings local and regional local business entrepreneurs together once a month. Great atmosphere, ample parking nearby Great idea by the owners to utilise an otherwise unused area during 10am to Noon! Will I be going back to eat hell yes!

Great restaurant, nice atmosphere and good food but i thought the portions are quite small. That's the only thing otherwise great place.

Had a table pre booked here for a Friday night for 18 people, they had 2 weeks notice of the booking so well aware of the size of the party and the time we were coming. We walked out 90 minutes later when we were still waiting to order any food. The drinks were ordered when we came in and some of the party still hadn’t got theirs. The drinks were coming out in dribs and drabs over the course of the 90 mins we were in there. We spoke to the manager before we left and he was basically very rude telling us we just had to wait cause he was busy. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. We paid for what drinks we had, insisting they remove the service charge on the bill as there was no service and walked into Kuzzu nearby who couldn’t have been nicer and we all had a fantastic meal.

Really horrible food. Chicken wings were raw and staff was confused about why we wanted to take it off the bill. For the price to food tastes bad and had no flavour. Would avoid

Zena kitchen, great food, friendly staff and great service. The restaurant is kept clean and it has a great atmosphere. I would like to say thank you to Idir, who ensured we had everything we needed and looked after us.

Food was very average, the chicken in the tagine was very dry and bland with lack of flavour. The calamari was so chewy and tough to eat. The restaurant itself is nice inside and friendly enough service but took a while for food to come out. Overall, we found the food overpriced and had a disappointing experience.

I had to wait an hour for my food and it wasn’t that busy. I only ordered a platter for me and my wife. The food come extremely dry and tasteless & cold. I would definitely not come here again. Waiters were lovely but the food is terrible.

Food was average at most, we found it to be quite dry and tough with the chicken wings having a small amount of meat. The interior is nice inside but music was quite loud at points with adverts playing in-between songs. Despite the restaurant being quite empty service was fairly slow. Free bread and hummus was a plus as it was nice. Overall, we found the food to be not worth the price and no one was satisfied after the meal. We went to Mcdonalds after.

Fantastic food and very hospitable towards us as walk ins. Extensive menu and more than generous portions left us having to take extras home! We will definitely be coming back just for the cocktails produced by Peter! Thank you for being so welcoming and friendly on a busy Saturday evening Guys do not hesitate visiting this little gem! Absoultey shocking really bad food we went for x mas party it was not cooked. The owner izimir was not nice and wouldn’t take any responsibility please don’t go their anyone reading my review he was absolutely rude to us on the phone he cut the phone off. I tried calling them again and he was just not having it please anyone reading this. Do not enter this restaurant. My wife is in hospital beacuse of this food

This place was initially reviewed as Kuzzu Steakhouse. They've changed it to a lebanese restaurant. I wasn't too impressed with the food. I ordered online, and when i arrived to collect, they said their website was not working, so I ended up waiting 30mins for food. However, they kindly gave me a free drink. The restaurant itself is very nice but isn't busy and so if you are after a quiet vibe, then it's totally got that.

A lovely restaurant, the first Lebanese restaurant in the town I think, it's large, bright and roomy. The staff were really friendly and helpful explaining how the meal is prepared and cooked. We had a beautiful meal and the waiter went above and beyond in the service he gave us. I also had a chance to speak to the chef and we exchanged notes, well more like he gave me advice on how to cook. Lovely experience and definitely going back

I won't be returning. The food was not good. Broccoli was like wooden sticks. Coffee was luke warm. Menu was different prices than were on the website.

Worts experience ever! Sometimes food could be good or bad. On this occasion food has never arrived, considering our table was the only occupied table at the restaurant! We've been waiting for 1.5 hour! When I asked the waiter what is causing delay, the reply was: Deliveries! ))) They prioritising deliveries over the customers in the cafe! As I don't drink, I got bored from sipping water for 1.5 hour and left! It is literary a joke and will be never coming back! Why would I?

First time visiting Zena Kitchen early evening all the way from Birmingham. Had the whole place to ourselves, table for 2 as it was midweek. Lovely decor, atmosphere and service was friendly and on point. A little pricey but the quality of the food is great and tasty with a varied menu so something for everyone. Definitely Recommend and will be back to try some other things on the menu. Thanks Zena Kitchen. 😃

terrible food and 1.5hr+ waiting time for it (with literally no customers there). highly overpriced. i think there is new management, lack of staff and a current change in the menu - so a bad time to go get food here. the only good things were the look of the place and the service by the waitress.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I was really impressed with Zena. The restaurant is so modern and fresh and the food was of a very high quality and very tasty. Staff was very attentive. It felt like being in a high class restaurant which is not what gets offered in any of the other Turkish restaurants I’ve been too. Finally a decent restaurant in Aylesbury. We’ll be back again. Don’t hesitate to try it. After 4 months… I have been to Zena one more time and have also ordered for delivery. So impressed. Today I could cry. So disappointed. The previous owners have left and the restaurant has got new owners and a confused menu, stuff and food taste. I couldn’t think of a better restaurant then Zena in Aylesbury and now it’s ruined. Such a shame.

My 4 year old daughter needed to use the bathroom and so we went in to see if she could use the facilities there. The man that greeted us was so welcoming and said we could use the facilities. Once my daughter had finished we were just leaving and the same man brought me daughter some baklava - we didn’t purchase anything but he wanted her to have it. Such a nice gesture and it was really good baklava, would now like to go back. Fantastic customer service and exceeded expectations! Thank you

My fiance and I came to Zena on a tuesday evening to try something different, and we are so glad we did. We had starters and mains with a bottle of wine; everything was fantastic, especially the prawns and the lamb. The service was professional and we will definitely be returning soon.

Such a great find in Aylesbury. The food was fantastic and the platter was more than enough food for 2 people. Chips were seasoned an cooked well. Although there are other Turkish places in Aylesbury the food is nice, the restaurant is decorated nicely and its good value for money. Service was also great, waiters and waitresses went out of there way. A must try. Will be our new local for Turkish food.

Absolutely incredible Turkish food. I’ve tried a lot and this was definitely one of the best. The staff are also amazing. The lamb kleftiko was amazingly tender, and we loved the ali nazik, too. The mixed hot mezze was also lovely- every bit on the board was well cooked

This is a lovely Turkish restaurant in the same building where Prezzo's used to be. The staff and service are great. They are very friendly and helpful. The food is really superb. Everything is very clean and fresh looking. Decor is new and nic and modern but still has a Turkish feel to the place.

We tried this restaurant purely by chance as we were in Aylesbury on a Friday evening with an hour to kill. Very glad that we did. Delicious food, attentive servers and lovely ambience! Hope this restaurant does well!

Amazing! We all agreed this is the best meal we have eaten in a long while. The food was delicious, fresh and well presented. I'd definitely say it tasted authentic as well. Noticeably superior to generic Mediterranean food. Great selection of cocktails with and without alcohol and they were a decent size, not just a glass filled 3/4 with ice like many places. Decor is good, nice space between tables. We were particularly impressed with the service. Everyone was attentive and seemed genuinely keen to ensure we enjoyed ourselves. So nice to see the team proud of what they have created and wanting to make guests happy. This restaurant is a great edition to Aylesbury and I highly recommend you visit.
