Zeera Indian Takeaway in Caerphilly

Ordered from Uber Eats apparently they just delivered to another house. Didnt even resemble my address. They do their own deliveries after contacting uber eats. I would avoid if you want a guaranted delivery on a weekend . Sorry I cant comment on the food only the service, but they both go hand in hand. A very dissapointed family on a Friday night. Please dont make teh same mistake we did. I wont ever be ordering from them again.

Brilliant food , mixed starter is spot on , tikka massala is lovely , will order again

Had Indian tonight absolutely awful worst chicken tikka masala I have ever had.Its suppose to be marinated and red it was just plain chicken in normal curry said chicken tikka on container so didn't get it wrong , mint sauce was like Water never waste our money there again

I like to support local businesses, but what I don't like is wasting money. I had a meal tonight from this Indian takeaway and it went straight in the bin. Tasteless,Very disappointing. Unfortunately the chef is the owner, so probably deluded that he can cook.'or maybe just an off day' I must say the delivery guy was very prompt. Kudos to him 👏 Opinion is all my own.

Absolutely rank. Worst indian ever tasted, I've had a few bad 1s but this by far is the worst. Portion size is a rip off compared with others . Don't bother if I was you. Hardly no chicken in my curry. Keema nann, no meat Hardly. Mint sauce, is flavoured water. WORST EVER.

Since this place as had its new owners I must say the food quality as improved ten fold,the Curry's resemble a curry not a Tin of soup like the previous owners.The pricing is around the best in the area our new Indian place to eat again!

Will never order from here again, ordered two keema nans not one had a piece of meat and the special Biryani had 1 prawn in it and 3 pieces of beef no chicken, the curries weren't that great either,,,very disappointing

Delivery is longer than normal but the food is perfectly cooked! Had no complaints, this was our second order and for us to have no complaints is a good sign. Think this is gonna be our favourite Indian now considering how fussy we are.

Food is great, really tasty. However, delivery is very hit and miss. Sometimes deliveries come within 30 mins, sometimes they are way in excess of an hour after the stated times. Such a shame they can't get the delivery right as we'd be regulars then

Ordered on 19:30 never delivered after phoned 15 times one guy picked up the phone he was rude Rude staff Never use this place just waste of time and money

Very disappointed ordered through uber eats and over an hour later rang and was told its on its way but was not because it didnt turned up. don't even wast your time with these guys

Ordered at 19:12 on Uber Eats, estimated time of arrival was 19:45 - 20:05 It's now 22:55 and no food has been delivered. I've called them several times to be told it's on it's way , blaming 3 flakes of snow for the late delivery. I'm trying to get a refund through Uber as these jokers claim they cannot process a refund. If you want loads of lies and no food this is the place to order from.

Absolutely shocking... Ordered at 5pm for delivery at 8.30pm. Delivery cancelled at 8.30pm. Rung shop not delivering to our area, 1 mile away, yet happily took our order and money!!! Will never, ever use again appalling customer service.

Ordered on Uber Eats at 7:30, now 11:00 and food never turned up. Avoid!!! Liars

Absolutely a shambolic experience ordering here on just eat. Kept increasing my delivery times. Had a update to say order was on its way and never arrived. Please avoid this place at all costs . Ripped me off in over £25 and no apologies. Will be buying my Indian from pengam!!! A proper place

Had food delivered from here several times & has always been good & plenty of it & I've always paid cash , I paid on they're new app tonight & 2 hours later I'm still waiting for delivery , apparently they are cooking it right now 🤔

Yesterday we purchased our first Indian takeaway here as we rarely have take away meals . The food was delicious, cooked to perfection and tasted lovely . Would highly recommend and will defo return 👍🏼

Great tasting food bit disappointed some items were missing but phoned them up and was granted a discount and replacement items on next order will use again I hope you stay as many have come and gone from this takeaway as they've not been upto standard

Arrived late, meat dishes had next to no meat and vegetable curry had hardly any veg Curries were watery and bland Will not be ordering from here again

first experience and sadly not a good one.arrived 35 mins late. food luke warm and tasteless. very little meat and veg in curries and small portion sizes.

i cannot and have never had cause to complain about the meals i have had from here top class i have used this take away for a number of years

1st time buying - thought it changed owners from keera - absolutely awful korma 2 sweet yuck and i mean 2 much sugar even my 6 year old said 2 much sugar 😣- tikka no flavour at all no spice - best bit was chicken was cooked lush and plain nann was nice and egg fried rice lush - i added my own paprika 2 both but still awful 25 quid in bin when we cant afford it 😣

Masala has been operating since July 2019. Any comments before this belongs to previous place. However this place is is beautiful.

This place was good, but now sadly we think the food has gone downhill. We travel the extra few miles for our Indian now. Sorry avoid

Ordered food online, the money was taken out of my bank account but no food delivered, disgusted in the customer service

Called in late one evening. Ordered chicken madras and chips. The chips were just ok but the madras was just hot liquid with cubes or rubbery textured chicken. Will not be visiting again.

Small portions. Onion bahji tiny. Curry under a cm of oil. (Both bhuna and jalfreizi). Lacking flavour. Hardly any meat in curry.

Always a cracking meal very satisfied just give it a try I fussy and I find it good .

Ive had something missing both times recently naans missing . Curry and starters always superb so missing bread i can live with......give them a try guys good food

Really good food have collected meals and had them delivered. Food always boiling hot and really good quality. Don't eat Indian food as much as I used to (mostly due to an expanding waistline) but would certainly order again and reccomend to others.

Firstly I have not bought from here for a few years as the food was awful. However under new management from 19th dec decided to give them a try tonight. Ordered chicken tikka jalfrazie mushroom fried rice and sag bhaji. The jalfrazie was very average ( wasn’t proper tikka chicken) the rice was over cooked to the point that the grains went to mush and tasted of nothing,the sag didn’t arrive at all instead I had what I can only describe as sliced mushrooms in a brown watery gravy. So lesson learnt stick to my normal local Indian that has been consistently good for years. When will we ever get a decent Indian take away in Newbridge!!!

By the numbers curry. Not bad but not excellent either. Sauces too runny. Not enough meat in the meat samosas. Inconsistent meat quality in main dishes (last 3 orders I've made) i.e. - some nice pieces, some tough pieces. Good naans & onion bhajis. With more care and effort from the chefs it could be great, but my opinion is they need to improve.

We use Zeera loads because they deliver promptly and the food is good and always hot on arrival. The takeaway has a wide menu and there is something to suit every taste and preference.

Food watery and bland don't know how they still have customers, The portions are minuscule, proberbly the most expensive food in gwent!

Orderd chik tikka massala and garlic chicken. Both watery and hardly no chic ken and no taste. Will neva visit again. Now cooking my own food!

We used to have takeaway from here and loved it but its gone dredfull now portion sizes declined massive. We pay on average 30-40 pounds when we have an idian which is alot of money to us so we expect to have our value for money which we definately did not!!! And we did complain but all they said was take ur custom elsewhere which is not the attitude to have!
