Best pizza I’ve had in a long time!

Had Donner Kebab meat and fries, and 2 subs. The meat was nice and tender, the chips were hot and crispy, and the subs had plenty on and were cooked to perfection imo. will keep this restaurant as my 1st go-to eatery. The prices were fair also. Thank you Guys.

Order mixed up and to top that , a t-shirt button found in my pizza. Made a complain 2 days ago and still not heard anything ..

always been good and usually half hour early

Delivery estimated 60-75 minutes but delivered in 45 mins. Unfortunately wrong items received. Phoned immediately to report and correct kebab came 20 minutes later, but was not up to the normal quality I expect from ZaZa. By then however, the first part of the order was cold, so all in all quite disappointing for the family. Usually my husband orders and have had some great meals so not sure what went wrong tonight?

Food quality was appauling it was inedible and it came all in the same box pizza ,side and desert all put in one box i also only got one cookie and bc it was put on the pizza it was covered in pizza grease

The pizza was like card board and had no taste to it. You phone them up and you get a arrogant, rude, bad attitude man at the other end of the phone. Not ordering from them again. They should learn their staff customer service

No cheese, chicken is dry and the chips look and taste like they’ve been sat in the fryer for awhile!! They was not fresh at all. Always order from here and never had a problem until today

I ordered food to be delivered at 18.05 and it came at 16.55 so I sent it back to the shop and when they redelivered it it was not fresh it was the original order just reheated .

I usually rate these guys 5s all round as the many times I've ordered from them everything has been 110%, but today one of the pizzas was not what I ordered. We enjoyed the pizzas as we were hungry and didn't want long drawn out process and further wait for our dinner. The pizza that was incorrect had green chilli instead of mushroom and the chillies were too hot for my son. So still enjoyable but guys you should pay more care and attention to what's been ordered as to what you a really deliver.

Just popped in here on way home thought I’d try it. I really wish I’d looked at the reviews first. Ordered a special kebab the bloke walked off half way through ordering then came back was really dismissive and as for the food it was absolutely atrocious. Naan was inedible rock hard, chicken was rubbery and had a minty taste hardly any meat was fowl!! Never again revolting.

The pizza was lovely but the chips were cold an soggy and the kebab was far to spicy so both the chips and kebab were thrown away ...very disappointing

First time using Zaza and was very impressed! Our order was half an hour earlier than expected and the food was piping hot and very tasty!! 😋

Don’t even want to put 1 star but it’s the lowest you can give, the ham on my pizza tasted foul felt like I was eating dog food, and the naan bread from the kebab was mouldy DO NOT GET FOOD FROM THERE!!!

Shocking just picked up mixed kebab and the naan came with mould on it very poor!!! Do not buy

It's been a while since I've ordered from these guys and as usual the food was hot, fresh and delicious with wonderful friendly service. I had a kebab to today and have had their pizzas in the past which were always first class. Another plus. the chips are always hot and crunchy. 5/5...well done crew!

One of the tastiest pizzas I’ve had this year! Piping hot, delicious and cooked to perfection! The cookie dough was warm and gooey too, exactly as it should be! I will definitely be ordering from here in a regular basis! 👌

they delivered wrong items and inedible chips -their mistake - when called to sort they tell me its too far to come back and will do free correct item next order. if its too far then why offer delivery? and why not put it right while people are hungry (and poorly hence why using a takeaway) who's to say they will deliver what we asked for if its too far today it would be too far then! ... very disappointed.. ended call as not well to argue - please stop calling m e refund request tp justeat

Too much kebab meat not enough salad chicken ok

I’m not happy!! I pay 6.99 for a large kebab and I got hardly any meat no salad or sauce what so ever same on my burger, I ring up and he shouting at me saying I make it my self and I’m not doing anything about we’re to busy, continues to not listen to me and puts the phone down one me,awful customer service, I won’t ordering from there again not worth the money!!

Ordered kebab and chips which my son had he say wasn't any problems with that . But the cookie dough and ice cream, please do not waiste your money . It was £3.99 for 3 tiny small pancake size raw I'm the middle and burnt round the edges , with the tiniest pot of running ice cream . My poor son if devastated, even the dogs didn't eat it haha . Although they licked the ice cream as it was like water .Will Never order that again!!!! Worst desert ever

Order didn’t arrive. Guy on phone very rude, eventually started shouting at me and saying “f you” - “f British people” - “f my order”. I only asked him to ring his driver and find out. Will be going to Just Eat and reporting to trading standards.

Well, what can I say apart from it be in 35 minutes late and stone cold. Made a phone call to the restaurant and they said it would be 6 minutes 25 minutes later it turns up. The delivery driver said if it’s cold to ring the restaurant and they will send a new one out. But there is no way I’m waiting another hour and a half that’s 3 hours in total for another Kebab 🤣 even my 3 year old son wasn’t impressed and as you all know kids eat anything but even he was saying he don’t like it 🤦🏻‍♂️ just a sha
