Absolutely unreal , little bit more pricey than most Indians but I see why as that was by far the best one me and my boyfriend have ever had so can see why his mum and dad have been going there for years, the naan bread was a lot bigger and nicer than usual, every curry was made the perfect and the lamb just fell apart in your mouth , even the chips were nice which you don’t usually expect from an Indian so in all really happy.

Best Indian takeaway locally. Consistent quality, food always arrives in good time even though they're Sandiacre and we're Long Eaton, prices are good too for the quality. Recently started ordering kebabs from there too (I'm not a big kebab fan) and they're better than the usual.

Indian food to go is one of the best Indians we have had, we had the chicken tikka biryani and I can say it did not disappoint can not wait to order again

I have been ordering from India for over 5 years and the service and food is outstanding. One of our personal favourites is the chicken and lamb tikka kebab which comes with a wonderful fresh naan, mix salad and a lovely mint sauce, one of the best I’ve ever had so moreish and compliments the dish very well. Whether collecting or delivery it is always on time. The manager really looks after you and the delivery driver Anthony is a pleasure to speak to. I can’t say enough about this wonderful takeaway, if you haven’t tried it already please do.

Worst experienced with their food spend 31 pounds for one curry and 2 nan bread and one biryani. Received my order without salad and sauce. Nan used to be very good bt today I couldn’t even eat. They charged me 7 pounds for 2 nan. Same food i can get in 12 pounds frm hyson green

This place is filthy I would not eat here if you paid me !!! Just go look round the back of the shop and look how they store your food !!!! The hygiene is very poor at best Why do they not display a hygiene rating??? They buy ingredients from the coop!!! Lying little man !! I’ve never eaten here and never will Good luck with court !!! The tenant in the flat above has had mice and rats because you don’t even have pest control!!!

This place is a rip off! £50 down the Drain! Curry is so watery reck the rest of my food! No one was happy to help didn’t even get my money back! I have pictures to prove as well! The chicken was black in the middle nothing was nice and it was not Edible. All they kept telling me they have cctv witch doesn’t make since as it hasn’t solved the problem.

So tonight I had a Kashmiri lamb ghost from india and I have never in all my curry eating years tried anything as good as this absolutely fantastic well done guys

I've ordered from this restaurant 3 times now and each time i've had a really bad experience with customer service. The first time i ordered it told me my order was accepted and i waited and waited, still the screen saying its cooking and then i get a text saying its cancelled! A few months go by and i decide to give them another chance, I place a small order and waited over 1 hour and 55 mins, Not only that but he took a tip and didn't give me change! (Seems to be popular in delivery drivers these days) And the third and FINAL time, today i ordered a chicken korma with a cheese naan and a popadom. I'm also pregnant so super hungry and eating for 2! i ordered at 4:45 with a 55 min estimate wait. it didn't arrive until 6:10 PM! after i had been munching on snacks to help with my hunger, the driver arrived and the order came to £15.10, We only had £20 and this guy didn't have any change?! He took TIP even though he was late. Maybe sort your drivers out and the HORRIBLE bloody customer service and them ill consider re ordering again.Good food though.

Not Ordering from here after the way, what I assume the manager, spoke to a member of staff in front of potential customers when a delivery went wrong and was delivered to the wrong people. With no menu there was no way to contact the takeaway to say a mistake had happened. Over 45 minutes later they came back the manager was rude to who it was misdeliverd to, other neighbours as well as the member of staff. Very poor display that made everyone uncomfortable and if they are rude to potential customers then how do they treat their customers. Wilma not be Ordering from there again.

Sent me the wrong order, and all I got was a sorry, went hungry, didnt get my money back. Would just avoid the place tbh, only disappointment.

I went to a party over Christmas and my friends ordered food from here. I warned them not to but they proceeded to. Guess what - they forgot to include one of the main courses. How they forget stuff all the time is beyond me - they even supplied a receipt with everything ticked off. Useless.

Wouldn't even give this place a star waited over two hours couldn't get in touch tried ringing no one picked up two hours later we get a message saying our order has been cancelled on a Saturday night meaning we had no time to order from anywhere else.. useless company obviously would never use again

My husband and I eat here at least once a week! I know-excessive however, because it is home cooking, without the lashes of oil, it doesn’t feel gluttonous! My dish of choice is the home style lamb that tastes just like my dad’s-rich, not too much sauce and mutton that falls off the bone. When we are being good, we opt for the chicken tikka main where the breast is so tender, it melts. The service is OUTSTANDING-they’re so kind to us when they bring our order and I cannot say enough good things. Thank you for the beautiful food and keeping my husband eating when his tired wife is too knackered to cook! Thank you

I have been let down so many times by this establishment and it is a real shame as the food quality is good. You will wait for your delivery for anything up to 2 hours regularly and 2 out of the last 5 deliveries we have had they forgot the rice. Sooooo frustrating - last time we waited nearly 45 mins for them to deliver the rice, what a shambles.

Unimpressed with the food. The food wasn't spiced well, my curry was way too salty and my wife's was swimming in oil. I wont bother with them again.

WORST takeaway experience, please read this review before ordering. Received a vegetable rice rather than garlic; lots of veg, onion, peppers inside (I’m allergic to peppers). Called restaurant. Repeated order 6 times, told she can’t hear me because I’ve called the wrong number; despite it being on their Just Eat page. Asked 3 times to describe what was in the garlic rice to ensure I was right about the rice. She told me ‘garlic’ is in the garlic rice, in a rude sarcastic voice. She started taking other phone calls whilst on the phone with me whilst I was trying to explain the issue. She said ‘I HAVE ORDER TO TAKE, I WILL CALL YOU BACK’. She (the manager) didn’t call back. Called again; 10 mins later agreed to a send a new rice, however at this point the food was cold, I asked for a replacement meal. She screamed it will ‘COME OUT HER WAGES’ and she ‘COULDN’T DO IT’ & that the owner would call. Opened the garlic naan & korma and found the naan to be underdone & doughy, korma was awful & missing lentils. 15 mins later I missed the call from the owner due to being on the phone with Just Eat. Called and was told my phone number ‘didn’t exist’, ‘we will send a replacement’, I asked for an est. on the delivery and she screamed ‘I AM NOT THE CHEF’. I quickly explained the other issues; she rudely said ‘I WILL ASK CHEF TO OVERCOOK NAAN! Asked for a refund. 6x after asking she said ‘your food has just left’. ‘When they arrive, ask for refund & they will call me’. They are 2 miles away, 40 mins later no food, refund or person arrived. Called Just Eat, they called the owner who tried to ‘bribe’ Just Ear. Was told owner said ‘refund if I don’t leave a review’. Just Eat informed me that they declined this as it was against their policy. I called the restaurant back shortly after to confirm and the person insisted Just Eat had never spoken to them! I reiterated my concerns and asked for a refund. It was agreed I would receive a refund by 10pm. I was refunded. Ruined night, strongly advise you go elsewhere.

Just got home from holiday and had nothing in and decided on a curry. This indian is local to us and we always order from here if we fancy a curry. The onion bhajis are amazing and are an essential item for me! Food is really good, everytime.

Been here several times when I am in the long Eaton area and it is the best Indian meal I have had anywhere and I have had many. It is exceptional value for money far outperforming more places I have sampled. A little gem of a place . One of Sandiacre's best kept secrets.

Hadn't ordered in a while after being put off by missing items from delivery but heard that improvements had been made. Firstly waiting time for delivery was 1 hour (which I don't mind if I am going to receive good quality). When the order arrived the popadums were stale and nearly inedible with an inexpensive pickle tray. The starter was the best bit! The mixed kebab was spot on. Onto the main the chips were too large and uncooked verging on raw, I had a mixed karahi expecting different meats... it contained 2 large chunks of chicken and 1 piece of lamb. The naan lacked flavour and tasted like a supermarket home made 1. Will not be ordering again.

Este lugar era sumamente en Facebook pero no te dejes engañar. Me recogieron la comida. Cuando llegué a casa la comida estaba fría. Masala era asquerosa y la empalagoso de arroz. Los panes Nan al salir de un calentador y son horribles son como goma. Nunca más.

Won't stop harassing with texts even 2 years after I moved out of the county. Called several times demanding to be taken off the phone list, but they keep on texting. Can't block them, because they don't come from a phone number, but an online system. Going to complain everywhere I can until the next text, after which I report to the police. He tenido unas cuantas comidas ahora desde la India y tengo que decir que la comida siempre ha sido buena, entrega a veces es lento, así que elegí para recoger esta noche. Si lo pides miré el precio, que tendríamos que contra el menú (una cosa a mi padre me) y no era correcto. Me desafiaron esto en el un control del menú en la mesa y luego una manipulada por mí. Seguro que lo suficientemente cobraron demasiado. Él entonces nos registramos en el sitio web. Lo y contemplar algunos de los platos son más caros. Ahora ya que todos los menús disponibles en la tienda y a través de mi puerta acordado a un precio más bajo que pueda pensar en el espíritu de servicio al cliente que puede honrar el precio propuesto? No un poco de que, si hubiera tiempo para decirles dónde poner su curry falsamente acusada precio me hubiera caminado. Insto a cualquiera que vaya allí, consulte los precios porque hay un verdadero toque de deshonestidad en su precio. La guinda era el 10% de descuento que sólo £2 en un orden 29 libras!
