Always a delicious takeaway from Zaytoun. We always use it whenever we fancy Indian food. Delicious flavours and really reasonably priced!

First time that I have visited and I wasn’t disappointed! Quick service, friendly staff and most importantly excellent food!

I've always ordered from 2 chefs or Nowka as have always been top quality. Decided to try this place as its local to where I live and I have to say I was very very impressed, food all fresh, hot and extremely tasty. Price can't be beat on collection orders too. I will 100% be back.

We always use Zaytoun Spice and always tell everyone its the best Indian meal ever! Tonight the food was very different to the usual standard. Hoping this was just a stand in chef or something.

We had prawn purée. Not nice at all. Chips ok. Rice smelt nasty so didn’t eat it. Salad was not fresh. Didn’t eat it. Aloo Gobi had a strange smell tasted like yesterday’s. My partner didn’t even look at his chicken madras after the prawn purée. He eats anything usually. Popadoms stale. Didn’t eat those. Nan bread was cold and again had a strange smell so that didn’t get eaten either. All in the bin. It has been quite a while since we last ordered from this place and it had always been tasty. The kitchen needs cleaning and clean apron and tea towels wouldn’t go a miss. We arrived there at 17.30 when they opened. Oh and they couldn’t take a card. On reflection I should have left at that point. Won’t be going back. Lots of water for us now. Hopefully the sickness feeling will go away.

Just excellent food! We’ve been eating here regularly for years and their food really is fantastic - Really authentic and freshly cooked every time. Excellent quality meat in everything. Also friendly service and if you go in it’s an open kitchen so you can watch them cook it all - my personal favourite is the Kasia Lamb it’s incredible

This was the first time we had used this place so we were a bit sceptical. But wow the food was absolutely amazing, starters, mains and sides were all so fresh and beautifully cooked. They even catered for my allergy which was also fantastic. Will definitely use again and can highly recommend !!

Ordered 2 meals nan bread meals come no sauce rang said send straight out 15 min later turned up opened bag guess 1 sauce phoned to say only 1 they going to send another 1 out . Thing is nann cold disgusted doubt order again

Amazing food best one I've tried in lichfield

liked the food,however, it wasn't gluten free as I was told :/. shame,as its our local and the food wasn't very tasty!

At 22:50 we called Zaytoun and all though it was close to closing they said “yes we are open, what would you like” they took the order and within 35 minutes it was delivered, however, they’d forgotten the naan breads, this is where great service shines, I phoned back after the time they close and they apologised and within 5 minutes the naans were delivered with complimentary poppadoms, very impressed with the food and service, will definitely use again as the other Indian restaurants in Lichfield would not have even taken the call, thank you Zaytoun.

Beautiful tasting curries, would like a bit more rice. Would also be nice if you could pay by card.

Quite disappointed by tonight’s meal. A very long wait time and quality wasn’t particularly good. A shame, maybe we picked a busy night as previous reviews looked promising.

I will not be going to order anymore meals from there. I was very disappointed, waited 1 & half for it . Would not recommend them .

Fantastic curry I cannot recommend this place enough we have been going for last 12 months and never had a bad meal.

Recently moved to Lichfield and after trying a few Indian takeaways I found this one by far the best. Everything I've tried has been great without that false food colouring look. But also compared to most the prices are reasonable to. Wont use anywhere else now.

Very good place to order from and for collection never had a bad meal or anything to complain about except for on a Friday night if you order for delivery you are looking at about an hour to an hour and a half but other than that like I say very nice place

I am asian and I know how asian food taste like. They are not running resturant. They are running CON place to make people fool in thr name of asian and bangladeshi dish. Dont even think of going there. It waste of money . Keep yourself away and save your money. Cheaters

I had a takeaway from here with my parents who live nearby. We had chicken tikka masala, chicken madras balti and garlic chilli chicken balti with pilau rice and naans. The food was amazing. They use good quality chicken which is hard to find in curry houses these days. The tikka was perfect creamy sauce without the fake red colouring, it was finished nicely with a few sliced almonds sprinkled on top and nicely tandooried meat. The madras was hot and spicy as it should be and the other curry was also delicious. I ate too much and thoroughly enjoyed it. Luckily I live a long way from here otherwise I might get rather fat! I was so impressed I felt it deserved a review. Big thumbs up!!
