A really lovely restaurant. Went there Friday lunch for an early bday meal. Food and service was spot on. Absolutely loved it as did my partner and friend. I would 100% recommend trying this restaurant if you haven't done so already. You won't be disappointed. Pic is of their mixed grill with me adding some sauce in it. Fantastic!

Ordered the chicken kofta, which came with two skewers, rice, salad and complimentary bread. There was a mix up with language translation. I told them I was very hungry and to describe the rice portion. I then agreed to order more rice after the meal arrives and may order it. The meal came with extra rice and was charged £3.50. Anyways, great flavour, freshly made, and they brought more bread during my meal. Very nice staff. Nice interiors and comfortable seats. Went a 2nd time and equally as good. Complimentary Turkish tea or coffee after your meal. Mixed grill for the 2nd visit. Great Turkish screesaver1

I cannot say anything else apart from just how outstanding everything was about this lovely restaurant. Parking maybe a bit of an issue and there are a few spaces immediately to the front, we got lucky however the multistory car park is a short distance away. We visited a couple of Fridays ago and had lunch. The service was very efficient and friendly and the decor was nice too, we liked the water feature as we entered. Service was very quick, I liked my mixed grill, all the meats were cooked to perfection and our bread starter was lovely with the dips. Overall highly recommended and reasonably priced too. I would not hesitate to visit again very soon.

It was a short notice booking as the Turkish restaurant in Northampton was closed, We had a lovely surprise to find out that Zara Turkish Restaurant had parking spaces available for customers and it is so beautiful inside 😍 The food was absolutely delicious 😋,great portions. We had a great time! The price isn't bad at all,we had 2 starters,2 mains ,1 glass of wine,3 j2 O,1 large still water and 2 Turkish tea. All that for only £75,not bad at all. We will definitely recommend this restaurant 100%👌🏾 The service is brilliant 👏🏾 Thank you! Plus card payments is accepted 😀

This restaurant serves the best coffee in Wellingborough. Simple as that. The Babaganoush is beautiful too! I visit from another town it’s that worth it. Always a lovely reception and welcome and we love to sit outside. A taste of Turkey!

Came here recently as part of a small group. It was a week night so the restaurant wasn’t busy and we didn’t need to book. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the quality of the food was brilliant. The portion sizes were generous and we all walked out like penguins. The bill was better than we expected so overall it was good value for money. Would recommend and I would return if I am ever in the area again.

We visited at 12pm today and were quickly seated after parking in the small car park directly out front. I'm not going to go on and on about everything in detail but our 3 courses were fantastic, well cooked and extremely tasty. I had the mixed grill... 10/10. Service was even better than the food, never had better anywhere..... Friendly efficient and not overbearing in any way. Fantastic food. Visited 13th September 2024.

Just had our first meal at Zara’s and it won’t be our last. The staff are really friendly, the service was great and the food was amazing. We had the sharing platter for 2 and the chicken was so succulent. Can’t wait to try more dishes.

I love Zara for a wonderful night out, was there last night with my husband, sister and brother in law. The food is just amazing, doesn’t take long to arrive, and is always hot. The service is fantastic and staff are always friendly and happy to help. You simply have to go and try it for yourself, the only thing that can be a bit of a nuisance is the parking as there isn’t much.. don’t let that put you off ☺️

I recently visited Zara after their renovation, and I must say, the restaurant looks incredibly beautiful inside. The stunning new decor truly reflects the care and dedication of the staff. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The food was amazing, and every dish exceeded our expectations.A huge thank you to everyone who served us; your hard work and friendly demeanor made our visit truly memorable. Even after we move out of Wellingborough, we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Super good restaurant, super delicious food and super nice staff!

This was very different from my last time. It was VERY greasy- so much so it was dripping through lids and into bag- then all over my table. Still enjoyed the rice and lamb wrap with yogurt. But starter was swimming in grease (like a cm of oil/grease on top of sauce) and was poor quality prawns (not like last time) Very off putting. Still I will try again as the first time was excellent.

Very friendly staff and the place was clean, but most importthe food was actually really good. Normally we prepare ourselves for disappointment when we visit a new place, but Zara does their food really well and we'll definitely go there again.

Food was so good as soon as I finish I had to leave a review!!! We ordered a takeaway. We live 20 mins away from the restaurant. We had a family platter and ordered via Just Eat. The food was amazing!!! I am a massive fan of Turkish food. This has been the best Turkish food we have had in Northampton. The quality even as a takeaway with delivery service was amazing. The food was still warm and the bread at the bottom with all those meat juices absolutely sensational. Please ZARA TURKISH RESTAURANT hands down the best Turkish restaurant in Northampton. Please keep up the quality. We will definitely be returning customers over and over again!!!!

The staff members are very sweet and nice to kids. The food is incredible and thousands of different flavours tried were amazing. I love this cuisine. Also, the drinks are tasty but a bit expensive (the alcohol).

I went with my family 3 days ago. Everything was lovely, we were greeted by the owner at the door. They were super friendly especially with my 2 year old niece when she was getting a little loud, they entertained her. I had chicken wings and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Felt like I was in Türkiye again with the food and the atmosphere! They also celebrated my mum’s 45 birthday and they were brilliant with all arrangements. If you go here you will have a smashing time. Thank you so much Zara Turkish restaurant!!!

What a lovely restaurant this is. We booked for the five of us before going to the Castle Theatre. The meal was supurb as was the service. We felt valued and the atmosphere and decor added to the overall experience. We would happily recommend Zara for a great meal and experience.

Amazing food lovely staff I’m come back again

The bread and 2 sauces that were brought to the table at the start was fantastic and after that the starter and main course were average , chewy cheap cuts of lamb , lots off unnecessary oil in the sauce , some flavours were good some rather bland , hence an average rating.

It's not our first time here. Everytime coming in, we are blessed having a nice customer service, nice ambience, quiet, clean and very delicious food. I just enjoy every moment. Menu variable and the portions are really big. When about choosing a turkish restaurant, then it's only Zara.

Found this place by accident but I have to say it was the most delicious food and lovely atmosphere. We had a mixed shisha and it was tasty, well cooked and came with 2 dips that were very nice. Staff were also lovely and chatty and there was free parking. I will definitely be eating here again.

I ordered the wrong meal as I hate soggy bread, but in saying that the quality of the food was good. We didn't get the icecream that we paid for. Not sure if I'd use this restaurant again

On mother's day my daughter ordered food from here for me. The order took from order being placed to delivery and hour & a half. Uber kept promptung us to contact restaurant due to non delivery & basically slow service, this was in evening. We rang 4:5tumes to be told was in its way. We told them I was a diabetic & needed to eat, again we waited they stopped answering phone in the end. I couldn't wait I had to eat, I had some crumpets instead. When order finally arrived delivery guy who works for restaurant said he had several orders and was given orders 45mibs prior to delivery. The restaurant had told us order had left over an hour ago! It ruined my evening meal as it was cold when arrived. Trouble is if we refused it Uber only give you a quarter of bill refund...which is a joke! So I will never order from here again, we were lied to, and delivery should never take that long with hold food. And they were aware I was diabetic and still we waited another 15 mins when lady on phone said it would be less than 5 mins. Totally disgusting service, my daughter spent nearly £30 for my cold dinner, that is now in fridge for tomorrow!!! Not happy. **Thank you for apology. It was the service that was bad, not the food. I did eat it the following day and it was delicious. I accept that you were busy. I will in future make sure at point of order make the restaurant aware I am diabetic, so I can't do long waits, that was a lesson learned. But I did make you aware on the first phone call re diabetes. You don't need to refund, but I would accept a credit so I could have another meal at some point as it was a lovely meal. Thank you.

I have to say that the lamb here was the most tender piece of meat I have eaten in my life. Wow. The food was very nice, well presented. The resturant was clean and staff were welcoming and attentive. Baklava and Turkish tea to finish was a treat indeed. Food was very fresh and you can tell this resturant takes pride in food flavour. Portions were generous and both my partner and I left feeling very full indeed. Prices are reasonable, both my partner and I had 3 courses and drinks and bill was about £70. A lovely evening, thanks guys.

We have had a food delivery from Zara a few times now and every time the food has been outstanding. The freshness, the flavours! Wonderful! We have tried different kebabs, turkish sausage, calamari, hummus, flat breads, rice, salads.. all delicious! This is now mine and my husbands favourite takeout/delivery place. We want to come and have a meal at the actual restaurant at some point. So I can't really comment on the atmosphere. But we are looking forward to when we can.
