Booked for 7pm still sat there at 8-15 waiting for someone to take our order,had to go tell them,people were coming in after us and getting served straight away Didn't leave till nearly 10pm,was longest wait we ever had,was not happy. Won't be going back

Excellent food and service reasonable prices. Loved the onion bhaji's and chicken madras.

Hardly worth a review as the restaurant has closed without warning. Food average, service like Monty Python crossed with Benny Hill.

Travelled from Scotland to visit friend living locally to Zanco's. Welcomed with a smile on arrival. Service attentive and friendly. The menu contains something for everyone. Each of our meals was mouth-watering and hot. Value for money excellent. What more can one ask for. Full marks and we will be back on our next visit to Burley.

2nd time delivery - placed same order on each occasion. First delivery was fantastic 2 chicken skewers with a light homemade naan and fresh salad. So good I ordered again at the next opportunity. Second order only had 1 chicken skewer and a supermarket naan which was disappointing. Not sure if it's usually hit and miss but will definitely try again.

Amazing food especially the king prawn starter! Would be great if they did a main meal with the prawns, maybe a prawn skewer, chips and salad. Service is always great.

Our family recently dined at Zanco, a restaurant that boasts a modern and vibrant atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, enhancing our overall experience. The standout dish of the evening was the delicious lamb kebabs. We look forward to returning and supporting this restaurant in our village.

The delivery time was the best bit about this order. I had the chicken burger with rodeo fries, all in all not good. The chicken burger had little effort put into it with a dollop of ranch mayo and a strand of lettuce. The chicken didn't seem like good quality chicken (possibly frozen) so had an unusual texture. There were three pots of sauce that all tested peculiar (especially the brown one) overall for £15 I was totally underwhelmed by my first experience of Zanco and will not be having their takeaway again. I will however, keep an open mind and try eating in one day as it is often a different story when dining in. Maybe ditch the delivery 🤔

Our first visit, and it won't be our last. A quiet Sunday evening, which is reflected in the Atmosphere rating, but which was compensated by the personal attention of the delightful young lady who dealt with us in such a charming and efficient manner. The food was delicious and, as mentioned by others, the portions are very generous. We had a splendid evening and look forward to a return visit before long.

AMAZING! I came here for a birthday dinner and it was so good! We all ordered completely different things and everything was so delicious. It was good portion size. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They even allowed us to bring a cake and lit the candle and sang happy birthday. Cannot recommend it enough. We will be back! I had the spaghetti bolognese which was delish 😋 The cocktail selection was very good. I would recommend the bramble cocktail!

So glad to have found this lovely restaurant. The food is very good and locally sourced, which is a bonus. The decoration and atmosphere are lovely with perfect lighting. Very attentive service without being pushy. Highly recommend you visit!

The staff at Zanco's try hard to make your visit a pleasure and this is paying off. Service is quick, friendly and attentive and the food is great too. Very pleased to have this restaurant in the village.

The menu was a bit misleading about what was vegan but after figuring it out the chef said he'll make amends to the menu to make it clearer. The waiter we had was fantastic! Nothing was too much to ask for and she was very helpful and super friendly, shout out to Modjeh, thank you so much.

Went for my birthday meal. Fabulous food, the aubergine starter was to die for. Huge portions of lovely food. Surprise at the end of ice cream and a chorus of happy birthday. Couldn't fault anything. Will be back soon

Very cold in there.. no fish main course so i opted for starter of sea bass with mashed potato which was awful just a sloppy mess. Nobody asked us if we wanted a dessert so we paid up and left.

Exceptionally friendly and attentive staff, great food, good decor :-) AND a really good range of mocktails that were delicious. We’ll be back! (That sounds threatening - I didn’t mean it like that…)

I had a burger and my girlfriend had a salad. The food was so so lovely and portion sizes were perfect. Starters were gorgeous especially the stuffed jalapeños. P.s There was also some Bradford city artwork that we spotted on the way out!

The food was incredible!! Very fast delivery and the buffalo chicken burger was the best I've had in years. The only thing I could possibly complain about is the steak chips, while understandably from frozen, would definitely benefit from seasoning or being homemade.

Had a great experience here, the decor is very stylish, food was exceptionally tasty and good value for money. The staff were all really friendly in particular our waiter Saf who was very attentive ensuring everything was ok for us.

Excellent, efficient service from Shubh, our waiter. Great choice of food for all the family, my teenage son loved his burger. My husband and I opted for the kebabs with rice, which were lovely. Portion sizes were very big so good value too. The restaurant is clean and modern with a good ambience. On street parking outside.

Our first time at Zancos and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious and the staff attentive but not intrusive. Particularly recommend the Special Chicken burger and lamb chops. Excellent Kirkstall Brewery beer too. Will definitely be back regularly.

At last, Burley has another restaurant. And it's super! Decor is gorgeous, it's not too big and has a lovely bar area for drinks. The staff are so helpful and kind. Great menu, something for everyone, steaks, sea bass, burgers, pasta, pizza, chicken. And great value for money. Saturday night they were full so advise to book. Hugely recommend, we'll be back ⭐️

Staff was friendly and had a nice atmosphere when arrived.We ordered two steaks, one medium rare and one rare they came to us well done, spoke to waiter and was told it was rare but it wasnt. Also on the menu the steak is meant to come with steak chips but came with mash potato. Would not recommend steak from here, not sure about the rest of the menu.

Went along on a Sunday afternoon not quite sure what to expect in terms of the menu. Zanco had only opened recently so we thought we would give it a try. I have to say that the food was very very good. The biggest mistake we made was to order starters followed by a sharing platter! Just could not eat it all. Mind you our dog was very grateful! Definitely be going back and try something else from what is an interesting menu.

I can honestly say this is one of the best meals I have! The food was delicious. The wine was fantastic. And the staff were incredible! Highly recommend the lamb chops. They are amazing!!!!! You have to get to Zancos!!

Visited last night for the first time. We were running late but the restaurant was very accommodating. Nice table. Nice restaurant. Plenty to choose from. Starters of prawns, garlic bread and the aubergine dish were all very nice. Large mixed grill was lovely too. Kids ordered the t bone steak to share. We sent it back once as it tasted off. It had a sour taste. They obliged and cooked another. The second one was just as bad. It did t have a t bone running through the middle and the tiniest portion of fillet. It stilled didn’t taste right and looked a weird grey colour. Again the restaurant was friendly. They apologised. Offered other dishes but we said it was fine and they removed it from the bill. The staff were all lovely so couldn’t fault the service. Good beer and drinks selection too.

Absolutely fantastic meal! We had steaks cooked amazingly and a chicken steak, portions sizes are great. Nachos to start were lovely. We had a bottle of rose and some cocktails 10/10 recommend trying the amaretto sour! Really lovely and accommodating staff, they were happy to make something to accommodate my disabled sisters needs. You won’t be disappointed coming here!

Came here for Dinner, staff were lovely and very attentive, the king prawns and special wings for appetisers were amazing, the cocktails were outstanding for the price, the burgers were lovely, nothing to fault at all, the price considering the quality of food, drink and location is cheap !! Had a lovely meal there last Sunday. They have a great selection of cocktails, including alcohol free ones. The food was really good, and I would definitely recommend finishing off with some very authentic and super tasty baclava. Staff and management super caring and friendly, seemed to be really keen on giving us a great experience. Hope this great vibe continues. I am definitely going back.

Came here with a friend as we'd been wanting to have a nice night out without having to travel too far. Ended up having one of the best nights out ever! The lovely staff introduced themselves to us and made us feel very welcome. I came back just two days later as I just had to show it to more people. Delicious food with a mixture of Persian and British influences was suitably priced. I especially recommend the mixed starter deal where you get 3 starters for £15. The atmosphere is calm and the decor is beautiful. Will be back again.

Visited the restaurant last night with my husband and baby. It was absolutely brilliant, the food was delicious, we tried the steak & pasta and rate it a 10/10. The staff were super attentive and nothing was too much trouble.we finished the meal with coffees and desserts, again very good quality. Cant wait to come back next week and try the burgers as they looked amazing.

My friend suggested Zanco when we were looking for a new local bar to try, and I didn’t know what to expect initially. The menu looked good and I ordered the mixed starter and my friend got the vegetarian burger. The food was incredible! It has a range of english and persian dishes which I hadn’t heard of but were lovely to try. The staff were attentive and friendly, with the owner taking time to talk us and introduce himself. The bar also seemed very well stocked! I can’t wait to come here again, thanks for a lovely evening!

Upon arrival I was greeted by Omar and his team who made me and my son Harry (12) feel so welcome great selection of food and drinks on offer portions were perfect. Atmosphere spot on really clean and tidy. The food was amazing from starter to desert. Hopefully now the bars set high it will continue to thrive in the village.
