Never experienced anything so bad ever...felt really sorry for new waitress. 2 hours for food and ended up packing own food up

Absolutely phemonal! Customer service was top tier and the food was next level. This was an absolute delight and i would love to come again and again !! Everyone has to try this delightful place's food ❤

Had a booking online for this evening, arrived to the restaurant closed!! 10 people and now we have to all find somewhere else. Shocking

Came here with my family for dinner, they have beautiful decor and friendly staff. We were recommended the Mix Grill which had a huge variety and everything tasted amazing. We ordered lemon and mint mocktail which were refreshing and went great with the food. Definitely would recommend this place!

My husband and I have visited this restaurant a number of times over the past year and we have enjoyed every visit until now. There seems to have been a staffing change to the detriment of the restaurant. The food is still very good and I would have previously rated this restaurant 4 or 5 stars each time but now the service is lacking. Unfortunately it’s unlikely we will be returning.

Food was amazing and what made it even better was the waitress Ashalina. Fab food great customer service what more can you ask for.

Very nice and unique menu. Ashalina provided excellent service. I had 3 starters which was plenty. I recommend the baba Gaby she. The decor and furnishings were very authentic

A wonderful restaurant, customer service is 10/10 and so is the food. The food comes swiftly and the portions are on point. Takeout boxes are available for any extra food you want to take home but I don't think you'll be needing them as the food is delicious. Not spicy nor bland, everything is balanced and fresh. Would definitely recommend visiting.

Great service, great food and great mocktails. The atmosphere at the restaurant is also amazing... Takes you back to the Middle East. Special out to Ashalina who always looks after us and goes above and beyond to make us our tailor-made mocktails 👌👍

Enjoyed the Taylor made mocktail. And the waitress ashalina did an amazing job of making them. No cup holders so tempted to deduct one star 😉

Delicious Authentic Syrian cuisine, relaxed atmosphere with very friendly customer service. I would very much recommend this place and hope to visit again soon.

We came here on Bank Holiday Monday for a change and with no expectations. Its a lot bigger than it looks from the outside. We ordered the mixed grill for 2 with a salad on the side. Every item was delicious. It made a nice change for chicken shawarma to be included. We didn't finish our meal so had it packed up to take away. Equally as delicious the next day. This will be my go to restaurant now and my colleagues have already booked a visit. BYOB too. What more could you want

What a great place the food is amazing at a really good price and the service is really good. The waiter didn’t want to accept our tip but it really was worth tipping. Great food at great prices with great service.

Such a pretty restaurant with a very calm and serene ambiance. The food and service was equally amazing. We loved the mint/lemon and strawberry mojitos and especially the succulent chicken breast with rice! Portion sizes are very generous. Staff were very attentive and even served us complimentary mint tea! Thank you so much and we will definitely return soon.

Were welcomed on arrival, staff were lovely food was fantastic, food arrived fast, gave naan and hummus on the house, staff came to check if food was fine and if we needed anything, also gave tea on the house, RECOMMENDED definitely will be going back.

Found this place and tiktok and wasn’t sure if it would meet the hype but must say the service was 10/10 and the food was great, higly recommend the strawberry mocktail. Didn’t get the managers name but he’s really helpful in choosing dishes and explaining what each one is.

Visited last night after a film at Pictureville. The waiting staff were enthusiastic and attentive and the food was beyond delicious. The portions were generous and very authentic tasting. Not too pricey either. We'll definitely be back.

Lovely meal tonight... Very quick, friendly service, delicious Syrian tea, moutabel dip and mixed grill with succulent meat, pickles, herbs, sauces and rice... Also chips but no room for those 😃

My husband and I popped in our way home from the cinema. I had heard great things from friends about Tadmur, so we decided on the spur of the moment to stay in town and eat. We were not disappointed. The service was attentive, friendly and helpful. Food was tasty and plentiful (took a takeaway box home with us). We both said we'd definitely go back and try more things from the menu.

We had an excellent meal today at Tadmur, choosing from a delicious range of delightfully presented vegetarian food. Everything we had was absolutely beautifully tasty. The staff were extremely polite and attentive, we'll certainly be coming back!

It was our first time dining here in this cozy nice place. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing, the staff was very friendly and helpful and service with a smile, the restaurant was extremely busy and even though served our food on time. Food was very fresh and testy. Highly recommended

Honestly speaking, there are better alternatives, I just wanted to try this place out. Went at approximately 2:45pm, we were the only customers there (4 people), it took 45 minutes for the food to come out and not ask together. It’s expensive for what it was, the food was nice but when I it compare to other similar restaurants in Bradford, it’s disappointing.

We had a table booked at 8pm on Saturday night for four people. Staff were friendly and showed us quickly to a table, but we were left waiting for menus and drinks for sometime. We ordered main courses only and waited for over an hour for our food to arrive. The staff were apologetic and offered us soup and fresh bread after about 40 minutes of waiting. The Mixed Grill and Chicken Wings were very nice, although the Laham Meshwi was a little disappointing. We enjoyed the food but sadly the poor service did spoil our first visit.

Good service, but a little slow. The lemon and lime mocktail was amazing🤤. The dips were very nice. The lentil soup(which you must ask for) is tasty. Everything was nice. Chicken was soft and tender.

An inviting place and a warm and friendly welcome. A well laid out restaurant which is bright and spotless. A great choice of food, for both meat eaters and veggies. The food was plentiful, well presented and smelt delish. Lovely flavours and combinations. A nice leisurely meal and great prices.

Had a lovely meal after going to the Alhambra. Plentiful and tasty. So much so we couldn't eat everything so took what was left home. Staff were very welcoming, attentive and smiley. Couldn't and wouldn't want to fault them. We'll certainly be back and have no problem telling everyone about the lovely time we had.

Stumbled upon this place as my partner has work over here, the customer service is lovely they couldn’t do enough for us. It’s got a lovely atmosphere really clean and cute vibes. We got the mixed hot starter to share and mix grill for main. The prices were really reasonable and the food was amazing so tasty and so much. Asked for some garlic sauce and they brought us a selection of sauces which were all lovely. 100% recommend.

First time here and it was a bit of a surprise. It's not the greatest location and expectations were slipping on our walk up.....but, inside it was lovely and you forgot where you were. Service was warm and helpful and there was an excellent choice on offer. As pescitarians we fancied something different and we weren't disappointed. Flavours were out of this world with fresh, flavoursome ingredients. We went for a range of starters, vine leaves which had a lovely citrusy taste, a roasted red pepper and walnut dip which was unreal, potatoes with delicate spicing and then a real punchy salad. Amazing!! For the mains we shared bbq sea bass and a vegi kebab. Both were full of flavour, very generous portions and cooked to perfection. The one disappointment....too full for pud! We will definitely be back!!

The food was fresh and really delicious. The service was also amazing, very friendly staff that were very quick to bring out freshly cooked food, we were both full but still ordered dessert and were blown away again with the bakhlava. Would definitely be coming again!

A beautiful restaurant in the heart of bradford. It’s real beauty is the authenticity of the food, surrounded by quality pieces hung up on the walls. The passion of the staff is stunningly sincere & is very rare to find these days … it has parking located free outside (if you’re lucky enough to find one) & a paid parking lot right next door. We received complimentary dishes but all in all the food is worth the money. I personally will be looking forward to going back.

What can I say, this place hit the spot for beautifully cooked meat and delicious sides and dips. Five of us went here when it was quiet but it soon picked up. Had to wait a little as think they were firing up the charcoal grill. We didn't mind as we're given free tasty soup which I think was ground chickpea. The food was fresh and the chicken wings were so moist and tasty. The waiter was very good and gave us free cinnamon and mint tea because he noticed my partner was under the weather a bit, such and nice gesture. Gave a good tip and will be going back again soon.

Absolutely amazing experience. The ambience within the building was brilliant, the staff were very friendly and down to earth. It wasnt overly busy but I have to say Tadmur is one of the best places in the North. We got a grill for 2 and it was a very generous portion. We were unsure on where to go, but Tadmur was an excellent choice and will be a no brainer going forward. Lots of love and warmth to you guys doing an excellent job.

Amazing food, best hummus in the UK and friendly staff

Went a while ago but really enjoyed the food and atmosphere the staff were superb originally booked another restaurant and hadn't realised they had moved.so accidentally arrived here and we were happily surprised.

Absolutely gorgeous food, very good prices and lovely, warm and attentive staff. The bread is an absolute delight. We had a lovely relaxed evening.

Tadmur offers first class Syrian cuisine this side of Damascus. With a large menu choice you will be spoilt for choice, Perfect evening was had by all.

Stumbled across this wonderful restaurant whilst looking for a curry restaurant. How pleased we were to find this little gem. Tucked along Wilton Street, Bradford, 3 minutes away from National Media Museum,we were greeted by a very pleasant young man. I chose the grilled halloumi, whilst my husband had the chicken rolls. Both were delicious. My main was grilled chicken cubes, beautiful flavoured rice with my husband having salmon. A really nice change from a curry. A definitely 'return to ' restaurant.

Dined in yesterday and the food was amazing and service was fantastic. The staff were very attentive and polite would definitely return.

THE BEST MIDDLE EASTERN RESTAURANT I'VE BEEN TO SO FAR... I Wanted some low carbs meaty food, so my friend recommended this restaurant, i was apprehensive about going because I'd previously had poor experience at 2 other middle eastern food restaurants. I'm so glad i came, the young waiter was very attentive, he was very patient & spent time explaining the dishes so we could make the right choice as I'm not too familiar with middle eastern food. I believe Good service is more important then the food, but the food was also amazing FRESH and DELICIOUS, and the Price was reasonable. TO TOP IT OFF THEY DO NHS DISCOUNT 🙂 🙃🙂

Visited Tadmur today with two of my friends, I can not express how happy we all were with EVERYTHING, atmosphere, food, service, choice of music, all the starters were soo Yummi, then we tried the mixed grill the lamb was so tender, we couldn’t stop eating till the last bite. I would highly recommend this place 100/10, service with a smile, lovely staff very welcoming and mouth watering food

What a great restaurant! This restaurant is why I love eating out in Bradford! The food was fantastic, totally authentic, full of flavour Middle Eastern cuisine. It’s one of those restaurants where you would wish you could make your way through the whole menu in one sitting such was the flavour and the excitement of the dishes. Service was excellent, seated straight away, the food was served very timely and the staff were super friendly. This restaurant is a must place to eat!

I organised a cultural trip to Bradford last week for myself , my husband and 17 old friends! Tadmur Restaurant fitted into the brief perfectly! We all enjoyed the most splendid tastes of Syria for the first time! We shared hot and cold starter platters followed by grills! Everything was perfectly cooked and well presented! The Tadmur Team couldn’t have been pleasanter or more helpful! We would definitely recommend it to others and may return one day when next we visit Bradford! Thank you for providing us with a delicious Middle Eastern experience!

I had a terrible experience and would NOT recommend -They lie about the menu, there is food included in the menu that isn't giving in the actual dish so are not getting less than what you paid for -the seats are uncomfortable - food took one hour and a half to arrive - the rice was cold and old - the soup given was disgusting

The place has good food and good price

A lovely Middle Eastern restaurant in Bradford. We went and ate in the restaurant, the decor is inviting. Traditional Middle Eastern teacups and lanterns around the building. Staff were friendly. Plenty of seating available and went during a busy time where we got seated quickly. Went for Iftar Buffet, a little steeper considering the amount of dishes available. £22.50 but wasn’t too bad. Every dish we had was cooked great, the kofte kebab was flavoursome and light. The chicken was also mildly spiced but tasted nice. Enjoyed the pasta (creamy and cheesy) and the Kunafa was also lovely. Overall 4* and would visit again.

Went for the buffet today. Wasn’t nice at all lamb was over cooked and dry. Presentation was ok but could’ve been better. Limited starter and dessert options. Service was slow. Would recommend babtooma buffet for £2.50 more than here food and service was good.

Absolute fantastic atmosphere. Lovely staff and amazing food. Best Arabic cuisine and that type of atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend to everybody.
