Oodles Chinese in Bradford

I paid 13 pounds for large box which should include fried rice, vegetable noodles, katsu chicken curry and teriyaki chicken and received only plain noodles🤬 first time when I bought food from this fast food and never again. DONT RECOMMEND

Was horrible. spent £15 on “large sweet and sour chicken”. got it delivered and there was the smallest box after it had offered us separate boxes meaning me and my friend were sharing a tiny box. also said a man was delivering the food but was a woman.

The manchuria sounded interesting but why is it so sweet???

Had a birthday party for just under 50 people and the staff made sure all the orders were ready when needed and numbered correctly for each guest. Great service and excellent food

Ordered 45 individual boxes of Oodles for my daughter's birthday. Communication with the team was fantastic. When the food arrived it was warm & packed brilliantly. Great portion sizes. The team also provided veg rolls. All my guests loved party because of Oodles!

So I ordered a regular meal and told them vegetable rice and they put vegetable noodles. They were also supposed to be Manchurian chicken as a saucy dish but I can’t see any. They took 10 pounds and didn’t put half the things I told

To be honest if there was an option for 0, that's what my choice would be! So I decided to try this Oodles, I ordered 2 boxes from Oodles and a bag of prawn crackers, first and last time ever... Omg the shock I had when I opened the carrier bag they came in. The boxes were absolutely tiny, like them child size chicken pop corn boxes we used to get So, I called the Leeds Road branch, thinking they had made a mistake, well it just got worse... The guy apparently called himself the manager and yet did not know how to speak to the customer. Instead of being nice about it he first tried to blame Uber eats and went on to tell me how 'Uber eats charge extra it's not our prices, and they choose the size of the box', I'm thinking seriously have you heard yourself blaming someone else for your greed! You're telling me on 1 hand you're the manager but then letting someone else run your business for you, wow, clearly didn't know what he was talking about. Anyway, he then said well you can complain to the owners this is a franchise blah blah blah, I don't care , go ahead and complain! I was thinking wow this guy is so rude and doesn't even care about customers satisfaction, is happy to point the finger at others and not except blame, and this is why businesses shut down because of uneducated, inexperienced wanna be managers. If you look at the picture you will realise all is true, the box is not even half the size of the water bottle and the prawn crackers are the size of a small packet of crisps, a total rip off!! On a serious note, think before you order anything from Oodles. Dragons Den is so much better, the politeness just oozes out and they don't even need to put any effort into it, the prawn crackers are freshly made and you get warm delicious food!

23 April 2024 Tuesday i just went they wasn't busy they served me the cold food its wasn't look freshly made and they whn i complain they were lied i went in shop in the evening i was really disappointed. Bad customer service to satisfy me.

What can i say? The place is clean, the food is clean. The food is yummylicious and always piping hot even when i have gone back home with my food. Always made fresh on the spot. If i want it extremely spicy which i absolutely love, the brothers deliver exactly how i like it (I'm a ghost pepper lover so you can imagine my spice intake) For my children, i get the mild versions which are perfection also. And the service from the brother is absolutely on point. Always respectful and alert to the requests and wishes. Well done my bengali brothers that have served me so far. I've come here time and time again and each time I've not been disappointed. The only thing is recently it has become quite pricey so you feel the empty wallet when ordering for the fam. I understand inflation etc but it would be nice if you could do family meals which are budget friendly for all Thank you Oodles for the impeccable food and service provided each time. Keep it up.

I can’t believe that people have rated this place 5 stars. We ordered because of the 5 star ratings but we were really disappointed. We were told a large box would serve 2-3 people. Ordered two for a family. Around £30 for two “large” boxes. A large box could have been eaten by one person but that would depend if you liked to eat dry rice. The boxes were attempted to be bulked out with rice and noodles. The meat was soggy and some of the food was hot yet some was cold which made us apprehensive about eating it. Far too expensive for what it was. Maybe it is because it was in the evening I don’t know but I won’t be going again to find out.

Ordered on Uber eats. Food was absolutely atrocious, not worth it at all. Chicken, noodles everything was lacking flavour. Never again !!

I went during lunch when it was very quiet. The chips were stale & definitely not fresh. They had that cardboard taste to them.Called to speak to someone, the guy on the phone didn’t seem to care. He just told me their food is fresh and had nothing else to say. Waste of lunch

Had a great dinner. Staff were friendly and helped us with the order. Food arrived fast, was piping hot and portions were great. Actually couldn't finish and had to take home. Schezwan beef was the standout choice, helpfully recommended by the staff. Spicy chips, chilli chicken and Malaysian chicken were also really good. However we were a bit disappointed with the qty and quality of the prawns. Overall though would highly recommend.

Just got ripped off I just paid 10.99 plus delivery for a meal that was not good at all it was really cold when I got it I could not rewarm cause it was prawn n chicken I’m not allowed spice because of health reasons I got sweet and sour chicken chips udon noodles n crispy prawns I thought well it won’t hurt me to try it cold so I had one mouthful n couldn’t even swallow that cause of the spice wouldn’t recommend this place not impressed

First of all, it's Halal Chinese food. So that's a big plus point. Moving on to the food, the taste was delicious. We ordered meal for two. Staff was very friendly especially Kye at the counter who helped us in selecting food. Highly recommended if you are in town and want to eat Chinese.

Wish they would open a branch in leeds.

We went here to get some lunch to take away - I ordered the udon noodles with egg fried rice, chicken in black bean sauce and teriyaki chicken, which was delicious - we were expecting a chinese-style experience from the name and the food on offer but it has more of an indian twist - very tasty, a little more heat than usual too. They don't have children's meals but they were very kind to try to accommodate my requests (and they do have chips!) and even let me know I could get free drinks with what I had ordered as it fit into a menu, which I hadn't noticed. The only caveat is to be careful with your combo choices - my wife had barbecue chicken and caramel chicken and it was a little dry. However, you can see most of the 'sauce' dishes on display in the store so you can judge from that what you'll be getting.

Just paid £10.99 for a box of chips, they only added 4 peices of chicken and 2 prawns which I paid extra for. Overpriced and the food was cold. Don’t recommend at all. When I called to complain the guy tried to tell me that it’s because I had ordered from Uber that’s why it was expensive I told him I’m excluding the Uber charges in total it was around £15

Had food from here today & it was soooo good! Regular looks small but it more than enough for lunch at a really good price! We had 4 different options & they were all great. Dine in nice & clean. The guy serving us was really lovely too. Highly recommend try it. On street parking was fine

One night in town so checked maps for a bite to eat. people seemed to like this place so thought we'd check it out. Aren't we glad we did. Amazing food. Staff are lovely. Our food portions were very generous. Had the udon noodles rice, chripsy chicken with chilli chicken sauce. Spices made our nose run. To bring down the heat we were treated to some little moons mochi ice cream. Tropical passionfruit and mango. Beautiful. If we are ever back in town we'd definitely go back

What a big disappointment. Unfortunately there is no zero rating. Egg fried rice bland. Chips not cooked properly. No taste or flavor in the manchuria chicken or salt and pepper chicken. A waste of £15. I think the owners should go around Bradford to other Chinese food places and see what flavour really is.

Really not value for money,taste wise -1 it tasted like old chicken cooked twice also it was bland and No Chinese flavours at all. Large box was filled with rice and noodles to top and a bit of chicken. Never order it again 👎🏼

One of the better Oodles I’ve visited/delivered to home. Ordered a large box with wings and a wrap on the side. Noodles with the rice were sweet and spicy. Chicken wings the same. Chicken and beef in the noodles were packed with flavor. The service was excellent and the guy serving us (I believe he was the manager) took his customer service very seriously. I have to give it a 5 star when taking into account customer service.

Just want to thank Amir in the Bradford Leeds road branch for going above and beyond for us. Travelled from out of town as I was craving Singapore rice, and turned up to find out it was discontinued. Amir was kind enough to acknowledge we had travelled a long way and offered to make it for us there and then. Despite this being a one off, it was so kind of him to go above and beyond for customers. Brilliant customer service. Thank you Amir. You made our day! :)

To those in the Bradford area, I used to go to Noodle Sing, but they've gone downhill recently, so thought I'd go to Oodles, as I was craving a spicy Chinese. We ordered the meal for 2 which was 2 regular boxes, a portion of wings, a portion of veg rolls and 2 drinks. I ordered the chilli chicken and salt and pepper chicken on a bed of spicy chips and veg noodles, my mrs was similar to mine, but got hers with egg fried rice and crispy chicken. Everything was so fresh, tasty, hot and packed a punch. One of the better meals I've had recently, and I would highly recommend.

Good choice , cheaper in lunchtime hours, therefore its best to get in that time. It tastes nice however also depends how you speak to the staff and if they are in the mood at that time. Been quite a few times since they have opened to see different attitudes, will give good rating anyways because the food is great.

Tasted great but I imagine would’ve been even better if eaten in house rather than delivered. Only criticism is that 4 dishes got put into one box, so flavours got a bit mixed and couldn’t fully appreciate each dish.

I order my own regular box Spicy chips which it hardly had any and they were the left over chips, I though there might be at the bottom but most of the box was filled with noodles, and it was cold and I’ve literally took few spook and I’ve left it not worth it all
