Zana Steakhouse in Bradford

Used to be great, got food from here all the time. Now prices have gone up but the quality has gone down. Food is just not the same, chips undercooked is common theme small errors by staff here and there could prevent this. Really need to bring back the old quality and energy.

Awesome value for money. Food was very good. Donner wrap- 10/10 Grilled Chicken Burger - 8.5/10 Chips and sauce’s - 20/10. - Best ever !!!

decent place with decent food but just one thing. the plastic forks can be improved since they tend to break halfway through the meal.

It's a good pit stop for a quick fix, staff are decent helpful and friendly most of the time!!

Horrible place. I remember when it first opened and it was decent because it was fresh, cheap and quick. Now, not only it takes long but staff don't seem to take people's criticism seriously. I found hair in my burger for God's sake, when I took it back to show them, they laughed in my face, took a while and then gave me a new one and continue to look at me with a weird face. The food was just, disappointing, dry chickem, limpy undercooked chips, dry wings that were drier than the Sahara desert and the only good part of the meal was the Tango Orange, WHICH THEY DONT EVEN MAKE. Came in the early afternoon this week got a monster burger meal and a chicken and chips, the food was very good the monster burger is excellent a decent cheeseburger with a mildly spicy chicken fillet inside is a great combo and it was cooked great, the chicken was slightly dry but my other half prefers hers like that so she didn't mind but it was noticeably dry nothing a bit of sauce won't fix and a plentiful selection was available. the staff seemed fine with us but in the time we were there did seem to have a lot of attitude especially towards female customers which we didn't like the look of and have seen from other reviews this can be a general thing by the looks of it. other then that the restaurant was clean and well organised with toilets available aswel.

The staff are very rude I thought I was the only one and the way they speak to the customers I felt like I did something wrong but looking at the other reviews turns out im not alone!. I like my food a certain way my tummy gets upset, I asked them to change my chicken fillet pattie as it looked under cooked for him to say their are all cooked the same! It clearly was under cooked he gave me a new one with attitude after missing my order all together at first!. I asked for 5 meals I received 4 the man behind the counter was extremely rude and didn't listen properly, then blamed me saying I only ordered 4 meals their listening skiills are 0 and they need to learn how to respect their costomers after all its because of us their are getting their wages! Service with a smile wouldn't go a miss the shop needs a good clean and a revamp the foods average not all that the Leeds road branch is a million times better pity its too far!

They don't know how to respect the customers. Very very bad behaviour from the staff making so much uncomfortable. Food is below average in quality. I'll never try again.

Really Rude & Bad Behavior, Poor Service I wouldn't recommend it. I went there and old guy didn't served me properly and behave like a child with me.

I called them and they were very rude. I said that I'll think about it and call them back if i wanted it because the initial call was about pricing and then a few hours later i got a call back from them saying i ordered food which i didn't and then got called a liar multiple times.

Its not great better places out there need to change the oil on more regular basis

Its not my kind of eatery really. I was in a rush and needed some quick food which believe me you will get it fast. The staff are nice people. The spicy burger was OK, the normal chicken burger looked strange the batter was a funny colour my daughter wouldn't eat it. My 5yr old.child needed to use the restroom, I took her in and she looked around pinched her nose and said no let's get out of here 😂. At least keep toilets clean.

Been here few times for takeout, kids like the burgers here, try the spicy chicken fillet burger, tasty and quite filling.

Got a donner kebab in pitta.. the pitta had mould on it! Why would you even serve that though? That was a waste of money as it went straight slam dunk in the flappy bin

Honestly I would give this 0 stars because the service was very bad the workers were treating me very badly and aggressively I will never come back again!

I was appalled at how one of the staff members was talking to the kid that was trying to make an order. So what if the kid couldn’t understand what was being said?? That staff member had no right to be talking down to the kid like that. Train your staff members and learn how to treat people with respect. Especially kids?? It even looked like the kid was going to cry. I can’t believe what I saw. The whole experience was shocking! Never coming back here again.

Food was decent. This worker there, a man who's probably in his late 40s with a stubble kept moaning about me putting sauces on my food. I told him I don't like it to be dry I prefer it saucy and he just pulled a face at me. I mean what the hell. I'm paying for it ? Whats your problem with how saucy or dry I like my food. 😂

Far from the best in Bradford from the Kurdish take aways but I will give a rating due to good service, food is always a consistent 6/10. It is spacious with comfortable seating.

Ordered food for my family bought it home and in the food there was a hair in it when I phoned them up they just Kept putting the phone down I have Reported them to the food Inspectors Do your research on the Government website

I was expecting a steakhouse place not a kebab shop. Don't get me wrong, the food is great, the service was excellent. It's just the name means one thing and what you end up in is another.

I live in Middlesbrough, and I visited this place just once. Yeah, the food is great value, but I wasn't satisfied! They give you a small fork, and you can't even pick up the rice with that fork. I ordered a naan bread, and it tasted as if it wasn't cooked! It was like putty dough! The chicken wasn't all that! The chicken isn't as good as the shops in Middlesbrough!

I've had higher quality fast food elsewhere in Bradford. Premises could do with a better clean.

Brilliant service and good cheap quality food. Staff are generally able and willing. Need to sort the queing system as they have two doors but sometimes people jump the queue and that's not nice. Staff need to be aware. Oh and one Staff member I have to avoid as have had a run in with him over the order

Not sure what has happened to this place but flipping heck. Used to order quite regularly but the last two times I have been I have had such an upset stomach its unreal. Wow, the food was amazing before but I will never be ordering again. Staff aren't the cleanest when handling the food either they take money, touch boxes, rip tissues open and then they grab cheese and put in on your burger. Not very nice considering all they have handled.

Not even worth a 1 star. Don't listen properly when my husband made an order, gave the wrong order. No communication. My husband should have checked but we have a poorly baby at home so he was in a rush. When my husband rang to say they have given wrong order they started arguing, complete jokes, no manners on how to talk, they made the mistake and instead of admiting it they just argued, when asked to speak to manager some kid on phone decided he was the manager. Waste of time and money.

The donner isn't good at all. He needs better donner providers as that donner he sells is hard like card board

Food is okay, customer service not. Was busy when I came in, waited patiently for 20 plus minutes, while I was putting sauces on, one of the workers was tutting saying " oh you not done yet" trying to rush me. If I can wait patiently for 20+plus minutes I'm sure you can be patient for 30 seconds. Next, I asked politely if I could have some lettuce and onions and was abruptly told no, because they was busy. I was shellshocked. No? To lettuce and onions? Wth. He even checked with another worker who said no. I wasn't telling them to pay me money, just a simple request. Did come here regularly but not anymore. It's just the principal of being told no like I've asked something wrong. Very strange and odd.

One staff member was busy on phone and thwr other was busy chatting to a friend. Stood waiting to order for few minutes before I had to ask if they wanted me to order. The man behind the counter said 'well you should have spoken up'. Found it a bit rude and unwelcoming.

Excellent food. Very tasty and quality for money. Customer service is good and cleanliness too. However it does tend to get busy so its better to go at certain times.

Best takeout in Bradford The Kurdish brothers are polite and friendly. MUCH better chicken burger than UKFC next door. Ive gained 5 kg in 2 weeks eating this lol
