Zak's restaurent in Leeds

Regular customer, foods good but after using the takeaway for a long time, placing an order online and them accepting it is so called hard now, now need to confirm details before they make your order, what a joke of a service, lost a customer who orders 4 times a week, improve on customer service mate

As a long standing customer I've noticed over the last few visits a very poor service. The prices are very high and more than my lahores. We don't get what's ordered and the guy on the counter charges us for plastic bags to take food home. Its very disappointing

This place is diabolical!! Was served rat bones in the disguise of an innocent chicken leg. Rice was AL DENTE and chips tasted like cardboard. Oh wait, forgot about the worm in the rat bone concoction. Also made in his nans front room give her a rest pal. Adios amigos!!!!!!

Got lamb on bone 3 times in three weeks there was no lamb in the plate just bones and fat waste of money don’t bother

I was told by a taxi driver that this was the best curry house in Burley. Me and my mates decided that it's the best in Leeds, Yorkshire , Europe and possibly the world!!

Order came over a hour later and was cold and tasted vile most takeaways in Leeds are actually so low quality these days your a disappointment to your own cuisine and will stick to Bradford food from now. Beware, hidden charges and lack of communication. I made an order online for which the total came to less then what they charged me on delivery. I was charged an additional fee for delivery without being notified and this was not made clear on the order page on the website. Although I liked this place, I will not be going back as this is extremely poor especially considering they had my contact information to call me and notify me if I was willing to accept the additional charges. I have previously had a discussion with a member of staff when they were trying to charge me a fee for using my debit card which is illegal. So there seems to be a theme here. - response. The explanation below makes now sense, as what I am describing are two separate incidents. I have just got off the phone with the manager who was very rude, did not let me explain, spoke over me and hung the phone up on me. I would give zero stars for customer service. And the website does not have any information with regards to hidden fees.

I'm just finishing my burger now, and I am more than 100% satisfied! Zak's special burger is hands down the best tasting burger I've ever had, delivery driver was lovely, everything is perfect. 10/10

Very nice food and very reasonable prices also very honest owners I lost some money a few hundred pounds and a few hours later realised my money was gone I rang them back and they said they have found a envelope with some money. It was really nice for their honesty. Thank you guys will be back soon

This is a Desi style restaurant a perfect Pakistani/ Punjabi foods cooked by experienced Pakistani chief. Try their regular cooked dishes. Probably beat restaurant in Leeds

Worst food ever chicken was pink inside The sauce was all mushy like rice pudding and will be showing pictures of the food that we paid £17.00 for that a chef has supposed to have cooked wouldn't even feed the food to a dog absolutely disgusting!!!!! Food was absolutely appalling and swimming in grease.. infact half of the content was grease. We then waited an hour & a half for delivery to come & when it hadn’t shown we decided it was time to phone them. We were told they hadn’t received our order (through their Zak’s app) as the app “hadn’t gone live yet” and was nothing they could do about it. Eventually they ended up agreeing that they would send our order after us having to show him proof of purchase AND order on the app (through screenshots)!!! Then finally 2 and a half hours of waiting, the delivery driver phoned me to tell me he was outside. When I went out to have a look he was not. A further 15 minutes was waited while he found my street...The guy that answered the phone when I rang to check where my order was, was also very rude!! Will Never order from here again!! Food was appalling, service was appalling & custom was appalling

DISGUSTING! Delivery from this restaurant. The food on arrival was cold, bags seeped in grease and Wrong orders. When ringing the restaurant to ask for advice regarding the quality of the food delivered I was spoken to in a very rude manner by the manager "Ladeen" and requested to send images of my order for "quality check". I did as the rude manager asked and got no reply. With no response i left my home to take the food to the restaurant where I was rudely met by the manager who I recently spoke to on the phone. The service inside the restaurant was even more disgusting than the food delivered. I was spoken too inside of the man riddled restaurant that made myself and house mates very uncomfortable to be informed that the manager wouldn't do anything except a 50% discount. I would not order from this restaurant again if it was the last food on earth. To then have to ring the very helpful just eat company to get a refund So much as the customer is always right !!! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT. Not even worth one star !!!!
