Customer service incredibly rude and unprofessional.

A quality restaurant with full of Pakistani taste (not Lahore) Staff is awesome specially female with glasses is very cooperative lady. Lamb dishes and Muttor qeema is super delicious

Nearly authentic lahori halwa puri with a plus of less oily puri and not too spicy chickpeas could do better with halwa but overall not bad for a first visit!

When to. Zaiqa today. Ordered a tawa for 2 so there was only.10.chips.and not enough food for. 1 bad service ever would never recommend it

Customer service is terrible! My brother & sister in law had arrived before me & ordered desi tea so when I arrived I had asked for a cup of tea. The guy had such attitude that he had to make another cup of tea & then suggested we share the 2 cups of tea among 3 of us & even brought us an empty mug to pour the tea into! I didn’t realise that there was only a 2 cup daily limit for him to make tea good job there wasn’t any other customers in the shop wanting tea we would have had to split the 2 cups of tea even more! Also on a previous occasion a member of staff had told my sister in law that if she wants parathas that she can go in the kitchen & make them herself..! Absolutely appalling customer service!

Been there with family and food was great. Portions very large. Large sitting area. I can only complain about toilet as not very clean. Definitely can recommend this place to anyone who likes good food in good price.

It's expensive but my family enjoyed it a lot and wants to revisit it.

We went in at 8.30pm and the owner allowed us to eat as closing at 9pm. the food was amazing. And reasonable price too.

Wonderful food at a reasonable price, their platters are great for serving three or four people, I'd recommend this place for familys looking for authentic indian/pakistani food, leagues ahead of what you would find at a place like Akbars.

The food was good, portions were quite generous as we ordered tawa for 3 but 4 people couldn't finish it. The only thing i didn't like was the can of pop prices, they were too much for a restaurant.

Always pick up or dine in when in middlesborough. Very tasty and clean place. Worth a stop and enjoy desi food.

Great meal out with family. Atmosphere was a little disappointing, felt like a takeaway style setting, could do with better seating and booths for families but all in all really enjoyable meal. Cash only but take bank transfers.

Stay away from this restaurant, my friend ordered food for his daughters birthday, baryani they served was old and smelly and was not fit for consumption.

Been here on a couple of occasions based on the food but little bit disappointed this time food was cold and not very tasty, but on the other hand naan's were excellent and decent size roti's.

NEVER GO HERE. I ordered some rice and once they were done packing it up they said that another customer ordered it before you when clearly I was there first.Then I ordered some fries and they weren't cooked properly. VERY bad customer service I don't recommend going there.

Very hard paya curry, payas were not properly cleaned (had black soot not removed properly), curry was served cold. Tried to complain and return but waitress and counter boy refused and did not even acknowledge that there was anything wrong with the quality of food. Not returning to their shop again.

Ordered a tawa for 4 which is £45 way to expensive for the amount and quality of food you get, grill item has colour but no taste lamb chops i would say mutton chops are tough as rubber dont why I’m leaving 2 stars maybe because raita sauce was nice and naan bread, lamb karahi was okay. Overall quantity was okay but still not £45 worth

I just tried palak chicken but i can't find chicken in the box it's just palak ie spinach for 6pounds

Food is really good and tasty, tried a number of dishes, including Tawa...recommend a visit. Limited seating, five booths cater for families. They do get busy and pricing is fair e.g £4 for a chicken curry with 2 roti dish. Also do 3 roti for £1 (take away)

Gone to this restaurant with friends, this is the worst experience i have ever had, the front house member doesn't know how to deal with customers. Poor customer service. Food is okay. Restaurant doesn't give extra plates to put your rotis into, expects you to eat in the roti basket. if you ever go out with friends, order few rotis, please be prepared to share the rotis from the basket. Lady was kind enough to give me one extra plate.

This review is for the Middlesbrough restaurant. Really nice. We got the tava deal for 2. The tava is large circular metal hot plate. On there was 3 curries that are daal, chicken, and lamb. Also you get sheesh kebab, chips ,nan bread, fish pakora, chicken tikka ,wings, lamb chops. I was impressed and will visit again.

Been to Hamza for first time its amazing! Food was really delicious and quite reasonable price we went group of 15 and all enjoyed alots i will recommends to try once who has not been yet❤😋👍

Fantastic, authentic Asian food with friendly and welcoming staff. We decided to come here after a college recommended it, and it lived up to our expectations. The decor is welcoming, with bight lights and diner-style seating. Curries and samosas are on display, and menus are present on both seating and the front desk. I would highly recommend getting a tikka roll, which is a staple in these parts. For £2, you absolutely can't go wrong.
