I get my takeaways from here once or twice a week but like many places nowadays customer loyalty means nothing. Food took over an hour n half to come tonight, wasn’t usual quality and chunky coleslaw was missing. Rang up to complain and woman wasn’t even bothered really, no apologies and quite argumentative, blamed it been busy…. The standards should remain the same even you’re busy, that’s no excuse. Crap service means you lose customers. If that’s what you want then you may aswell shut shop simple as. Not happy.

Ordered through the website for collection. Using the postcode will take you to the wrong location on Google maps so type the establishment name in. The hand made chops were absolutely delicious. The burger was a little dry though. In terms of value for money I feel it's a little on the expensive side but does have a classy little website! I'm confused as to where the restaurant may be as it looked like a warehouse with a big kitchen once inside? Probably would order from again despite the prices purely because the chips were so tasty.

No food after 90 minutes wait, lied on the phone saying it was out for delivery. Rang up 30 minutes later to say it’s only just gone out for delivery. Won’t be ordering again

Bought a parmo was lovely them bought 2 curry's one chicken tika and one lamb korma the lamb was like pieces of thick donner meat absolutely vile and and both curry's did not taste any thing like what there meant to what a waste never got eaten poor curry

Absolute joke use to have respect for the counter lad but to speak to my girl badly because she rang up. The order is 40 minutes late. I heard what u sed lad u sed it was out at 20 minutes late. And then same again at 40 minutes.

We placed an order on the 6th Jan 25. We didn’t receive any food so requested a refund. No refund received even up to 23rd January 25. Keep calling to speak to the manager “Mark” who is never in to speak to as the manager can only refund orders. Won’t be using again as extremely poor service.

I'm a big foodie and this is hands down the best takeaway I've ever tasted food was fresh and exactly as pictured and ordered bought two munchies boxes to feed 6 people and still had half left prices are unreal aswell absolutely buzzing with the place definitely be a regular

0/10 absolutely disgusting, burger was raw. Parmo was chewy. Donner meat and chicken were like thick pieces of rubber. The cheese was definitely gone off on the pizza as it tasted like it was 10 years out of date.

Parmo 9.2/10 Chips 9.5/10 Tacos 9/10 Sauces 9.2/10 Time and freshness of food 9.5/10 Overall a great takeaway with great fresh ingredients and lovely home made chips , the parmo was elite the sauces was top notch and it all came piping hot and fresh , easily in the top 5 takeaways in the area maybe even top 3 tbh , if the chips was seasoned and a touch of seasoning in the parmo this would be a easy 10/10

Absolute shambles ordered the 3 x12 pizza seafood with prawns muscles cockles red onion and garlic butter only a plain prawn pizza delivered they don’t stock the rest! Also a chicken and ham pizza only a ham pizza delivered the only one they got right was tge margarita pizza paid cash they said we will get £3 reimbursement for 2 items missing? A lot more than 2 items never again!!!

Just wanted to add on to my previous review. This time we heated the oven and popped it in for about 5 minutes, absolutely amazing food. We will never go anywhere else now. Absolutely beautiful food, the best I have had since moving to the area. I have only deducted 1 star because it wasn’t very warm when it arrived but we are a bit further away. In future I will pre warm the oven and stick it in for 10 mins before we eat and then it will be 6 out of 5 stars!!!!!

Didn't realise the name meant the food would arrive by the weekend.... Over 90 minutes to arrive. Also wouldn't let me order the muchbox, the website kept erroring. First time ordering, honestly the food wasn't worth the wait. Won't be back again. Food was lukewarm and nothing special whatsoever.

Parmo pizza hand cut chips and coleslaw absolutely gorgeous

Order was 45 minutes late, then both portions of tacos were freezing cold, had to actually warm up in the microwave. One of the tacos looked like it had been dropped it was that badly presented.

Delivery time changed 4 times …. Called the branch to be ensured food had left 5 minutes ago and would be no longer than 10 minutes … 30 minutes later… driver starts handing me food pizza Parmo and chips all boxes on the side.. so everything had moved to one side … and absolutely freezing cold… 2 hours 10 minutes wait…. £35 to go straight in the bin and order from elsewhere… never will I use either store again ..

X2 Sunday lunches ordered. All meats chosen. Delicious meat & vegetables. All piping hot & very fresh. Cooked to perfection. Desserts ordered too, gorgeous! Highly recommended & will definitely be ordering again! Arrived at chosen time. 10/10!

the original order was wrong they did sort a fresh item straight away which is great but the replacement was terrible, hardly any beef in the quesadilla, not great.

I want to start by saying the presentation of the food is fantastic, when I opened the box it looked incredible. I can see there is great potential in this restaurant and with the right tweaks it can be up there with the best in the area. My only problem with the food is it lacks flavour. The chips although they look great taste like nothing. Same goes with the parmo it tastes like absolutely nothing. I got bored of eating it and ended up throwing it away. I feel the food lacks seasoning, some will say I can add that myself but I feel it needs seasoning during the cooking process mixing with the ingredients to give it actual flavour. I would recommend this place thought as I could have just got a bad batch.

Only gets 2 stars because they refunded the money. Burrito was missing sour cream salsa red onions and guacamole was practically inedible. 99% dry white rice maybe three pieces of unseasoned beef strips even though I requested pulled beef and a couple of pieces of pepper. Shocking for £9. Appreciate the refund but should’ve just sent me what I ordered in the first place went straight in the bin.

Excellent takeaway roast dinner!

Parmo and pizza deal great, nice and hot!! This time decided to get a couple of mini egg cheese cakes as they look great in the pics!!! You will be as disappointed as we were!!! It came as a plain cheese cake with no mini eggs or even chocolate of any kind, I’m not one to complain but won’t be ordered again!!!

Ordered a lamb and slice of all meats! Came as beef and chicken and beef we rang them and they said they had ran out! I don't know why they didn't ring us and ask if this was ok or offer a cancellation and refund! Surely due to allergy's you can't just do that? The person on the phone didn't care or did offer any resolution for this! I had an issue over a year ago and was ment to get a refund as my dinner turned up with no meat at all and I never got it so I will not be ordering again! Mash was gross sooo lumpy, frozen roast potatoes that were barely cooked through. Minted peas were not minted! Will not be ordering again!

Food was fantastic! The large parmo and pizza deal is well worth the money, that parmo alone could feed 3 or 4. Burgers tated great as well and the hand cut chips are fantastic! Really like the flexibility of customising your order. Only complaint on the food is the sauce added to the burger was nowhere near enough. Ordered for delivery yesterday, scheduled to arrive today for lunch. Received a confirmation text in the morning that it would be delivered and to allow 30 mins from the scheduled delivery time. So arrived at 12:30 rather than 12:00 as scheduled so factor this in when ordering. Will definitely order again! #244153

Have ordered from here plenty of times and always enjoyed….however we had a much different and disappointing experience tonight. Parmo’s arrived cold and looked like they’d been stood for over half hour before being delivered. Chips had weird taste as if the chip fryer needed cleaning out or oil changing! Only good thing was the garlic sauce. Won’t be returning, seriously gone down hill. Shame.

They forgot to put sauce on my chicken and donner kebab. Very dry food with no moisture. The donner meat was cold. For £7 I'm very disappointed. The chips were OK. Threw most of it away and won't have food from there again.

After getting a leaflet through the door I thought I would try 4 The Weekend, well, never again. Ordered at 7pm for delivery at 8pm. Parmo, pizza and chicken. 8.15 and no food so rang the shop to be told its just come out of the oven and will be with me in 10 to 15 minutes. 8.55, still no food, so rang the shop again to be told it will be with me "any second now". 9.11 the doorbell goes, and the delivery driver delivers our stone cold food. All our dishes needed warming up. I think maybe they've stretched too far delivering leaflets this far afield. Very dissapoointing and certainly will not be ordering again. Leaflet straight in the bin sadly.

Got a parmo pizza deal. Parmo is disgusting. I’ve had one here previous which was quite nice but the chicken tonight is tough - seems stale a weird taste to it. Definitely not fresh chicken breast. Pizza very salty - had meat feast pizza I believe it’s the pepperoni that’s salty - no much cheese - the chicken tika stuff they put is just not nice regardless. Put me off coming back.
