Love the food as always amazing service and delivery. They also gave us free chicken pieces that they have recently introduced to the menu! These were also cooked to perfection. Order from Zaikas guys they do the best food and best customer service!!

absolute best in the business, my friend crunch admitted this, said he was wrong about everything ever including zaika, then sat back and cried as I ate my best in the business garlic bread with cheese

The chicken pakora was horrifically overcooked, beyond dry, and it was served on a bed of what was clearly lettuce that was rotting, slimy and brown. Rest of the food also taste different from usual, and usually it's very good, every place has an off day i suppose but this was a pretty awful one.

Honestly the worst curry I've ever had, blended onions not even slightly caramlized with possibly one tea spoon of curry powder and 6 small pieces of chicken tikka. If u need a lesson on how to make curry give me a shout.

Disgraceful service. Food arrived very late, 90 mins to be precise for a burger meal and a doner meal. Called the place to chase up on my food delivery and they said they'll find out for me but didn't bother calling back. I called back myself only this time they just didn't pick up my calls. Food arrived with a can of pop missing and an out of date "mint sauce" (see picture). Don't be fooled by the logo of the shop. Fix up your service and get a simple easy order right.

Chicken dopiaza was tangy, just didn't look right or tast right, unfortunately it went in the bin. Biriyani was completely different to last week, again a tangy sauce. Won't be ordering again.

We have just had the worst experience I placed an order for delivery at 16.47 and was told delivery would be 30mins, despite 4 phone calls to find out where our order was and being told it would be with me in 2 mins, 1 hour and and 20 mins later I told them to cancel. Will not use again, appalling service.

Curry’s was watery and tasted it ended with me n my daughter being poorly with the runs also I ordered 2 cans of coke I ended up with Barr cola cheap cola

Great food and fast delivery. Excellent service too. I asked for Paneer instead of chicken in my Madras and got a call before delivery saying they’d forgot to add the paneer and that they’d be re-delivering it. Can’t say better than that. Would definitely recommend this place and will be ordering again.

Wouldnt order here again. Sent wrong curry. Told them. Rang up again 25 minutes, its on way. By time the correct curry had arrived my rice and naan etc was flat cold and they only sent a curry no fresh rice or naan. Curry was disgusting too. AVOID!!

Ordered popcorn chicken side £4.29 for few bits of chicken and not even all the same. Some where chopped an shaped bites. Onion roti no onion seen or taste. Will not be returning. Chicken an chips was just about edible did take pictures that's how shocked I was but will not let me upload

It was a little let down that the mix doner and chicken downer had very little salad and sauces. It seemed like the kebab was a little dry and needed some extra juice. Overall, happy with the order

Your pizza's are disgusting, my kids at home make better pizza's. Dry pizza's, no pizza sauce, no cheese and few toppings in the middle of the pizza. I gave you 3 chances, all 3 chances you made pizza's like you don't care. Waste of money, never again.

Used to really rate Zaika but over the past few weeks the food has been poor. We have just received a delivery this evening half an hour late, the chicken was cold, chips rock hard and cold. When I rang to see where my order was, the service was terrible, no apology. Last time ordering!

Food was spot on and they actually remembered to add the missing meal previously forgotten from another order that I requested in the comments,they didn’t forget anything from my order.Food was piping hot and very nice

Delivery time was fab no issues and food was piping hot however the order was wrong and when I rang i was told the exact same thing as I was told on my last order when they got that order wrong too that on my next order they will provide the correct meal that was previously ordered for free which never happens it feels insincere and a excuse to stop a complaint as they never rectify the mistake made which is a shame really as on the occasions Iv previously had food from here when I have collected it the food has been really nice I’d even go as far as to say they do the best with some items on there menu however this is when they get the order right which is not often especially when getting a delivery they then palm you off with a promise that they never follow through with unfortunately

Chicken steak burgers were perfect, warm , wrapped well, very juicy and soft. The whole meal was lovely and staff were polite Jazakallah

Only think I have to say is chips were rock hard and none of us cud eat them other than that food was beautiful

***5/10/23 -- New order I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza, 2x cheese burger meals and chicken donner & chips. Tonight's order rating is 2/5 , and that's being generous. -pizza wasn't a deep pan. -chicken Donner was extremely chewy , and chips were hard like small bits (like leftovers ) -cheese burgers decent , but again chips hards and in bits .Not chips or french fries are supposed to be. Only thing they got right was the request of a change of drinks can. Unfortunately I will not be ordering from these guys again. Everyone who pays good money, expects good service. Ideally I didn't like to put negative reviews. But one has to be transparent and honest.

Ordered 3 curry's and boneless boxes. Absolutely disgusting curry's. Chicken was rock hard. Some pieces cold in middle. Could tell it was frozen cubed chicken. All 3 curry's were inedible. Waste of money. Never order from here again. Absolutely worse curry's ever!

Ordered a curry and garlic sausage pizza. But when it arrived they had given me garlic bread and not a pizza. It was after midnight so no point ringing and asking for correct pizza to be redelivered. Curry was OK but nothing special.

Food was ok, but I ordered a1/2lb smash burger meal but only received a 1/2lb cheeseburger meal. There's quite a bit of difference in the price so was hoping the restaurant would refund or credit the difference in price

While the food was nice and the order came timely I was annoyed as they didn't include my drink. I tried to pop a message through Facebook no response, Called they didn't answer and finally emailed giving them the chance to rectify this review. At the end of the day you should be receiving all the contents you paid for. If there's an issue with that particular item they should get in touch and alternatives should be offered, it was rather annoying how I've essentially been ignored also.

The curry’s tasted soapy and the rice and the chicken was slimey, when getting it out of the bag the curry was all over

Can not fault the food from here it's absolutely beautiful only thing is twice now they have forgotten something on our order but they really quick at delivering what ever has been missing,and very apologetic 😊

Ordered a garlic margarita and a burger and chips, order came after 50 minutes burger and chips were cold, pizza was missing got a loaded box instead. Rang the restaurant said they would sort a fresh one straight away then had to wait another 50 minutes for that. Not happy at all

Service and delivery was perfect. Food quality wasn’t good again. Really think the food should come in tin trays, not pizza boxes, the rice goes everywhere and it make the food look cheap and nasty.

Food arrived reasonably hot and order complete. Chicken Karahi - Generous portion. Chicken was cooked well, I wasn't a fan of the sauce although flavoursome, it was too oily for me and wasn't quite hot enough. Possibly a few too many different ingredients in it. Chapattis we're good and chips were good. Cheesy chips a little expensive at £4.29, probably consider again but with a different order.
