I had a terrible experience at Cha Cha Adda. It was a warm day, and I decided to get some ice cream. Before ordering, I specifically asked if the ice cream contained nuts. The staff assured me it didn't. I even asked them to double-check, and they confirmed it was nut-free. However, within minutes of eating the ice cream, I started having a severe allergic reaction. My breath shortened, and my throat tightened. I tried calling my family, but no one picked up. Desperate, I asked the staff for help. They passed me around from one person to another until I finally reached the boss. He seemed clueless and asked me what to do. Eventually, he called an ambulance. While waiting for the ambulance, the boss sat me down with a lady. Shockingly, after he left, she started making jokes about me choking. This behavior was not only unprofessional but incredibly insensitive during a medical emergency. I strongly advise against visiting Cha Cha Adda, especially if you have any allergies. The staff's negligence and lack of empathy could have had fatal consequences.

I bought 2 lots of Lavashak . Not for me. So sour. Like eating imli. And so expensive. The place is nice, car park large. Staff member was so hospitable

Ordered food from this place on Friday they accepted the order then 30mins later rang me saying can you cancel your order we are closed knowing that I can't cancel the order I told them I can't cancel it you cancel on your side he just kept saying you cancel then when the driver arrived the finished the job I didn't receive my order and not got my money back

Lovely customers service. Staff greeted with smile. The pods are nice atmosphere. Dessert where nice 10/10 Mocktail was just how I like it 👌 😋 Definitely recommend to others . Would come back again.

Visited today for a birthday party. Excellent customer service especially by Wasim he went over and beyond for us and was really sweet. Would definetly recommend!! Had the charsi kebab and mixed stir fry and it was 10/10.

Got food to take out .Got the kebabs chips and nan deal. Was a little pricey but it was good food and well presented and packaged.Will def go again but only as a treat.Have not commented on the atmosphere as I didn't stay in and it was just after it opened so was quiet. Plenty of parking and I didn't even have to get out of my car .A lovely young lady rook my order and brought it out to me.

Tea tasted horrible. Donuts were OK but took forever to bring tea and donuts even though i was the only customer. Nice place to sit but waste of money for tea.

Since opened I have had food from here nearly 20 times and mostly was dine in. Never felt change except some improvement in flavours🥰🤗 and price 😔😭.

Very very slow service tonight, few of us went for desserts and I can honestly say we won't be going back again, the lady that served is tonight had a serious attitude problem, teas were cold, my crepe was rock hard when I cut it with the plastic knife and fork they snapped, only thing nice on it was the banana, strawberries tasted off!! My mate ordered a.jam.roly poly which she enjoyed, the strawberry gelato was a flop, honestly not worth the time or money..go elsewhere...haute dolci👌

We got sent the wrong milkshakes The doughnuts did not all have toppings on and were salty to the point of being inedible. We spent a lot of money and all of it went to waste due to being awful tasting.

What an absolute gem of a place. Great Tea 🍵 , awesome food and Burgers 🍔, good Shisha, carwash, massive car park and superb service. Everything in one stop. We call it the Biker Heaven as you can just lie down on the Manjiaan (asian style beds) and relax after a long ride, or order some food and enjoy sitting in the futuristic pods.

Service brilliant, food not so. Beautiful concept of the place but if this place was on a normal shop then wouldn’t think much of it. Didn’t like the plastic plates.

Poor service, waited 1 hour for a shisha and when we went to ask the waiter they just nodded their head, like i aint trying to be rude but need to fix service thank you :)

A pleasure to experience eating outdoors yet in our own ''family bubble''. The atmosphere, food and service was as ideal as the summer sun that shone down on us through the enclosed diamond'esque eating area. Thank you to all staff at Chacha's Adda. Lovely concept!
