WOW I had the bonnie blue burger last night and ohhh my days it was outstanding probably the best burger I've ever had.

Best smashed burgers by far. Freshly made to order with top fresh ingredients. Expect delays during peak times, its a small price to pay, but will be well worth your wait. 💯 recommended.

Amazing smashed burgers - probably the best in the North East. Unfortunately they’ve become a bit of a victim of their own success - the popularity of the food sometimes impacts their ability to provide a 5 star service. But that’s not their fault, they always try their very best to keep customers informed on their Facebook page of any delays or shortages. I’m sure as they grow they will get better and better - I’d love to see them open more premises around the area.

I am a regular customer at this place I absolutely love there food. I don't normally write reviews however I've ordered the new curry bratwurst burger today and OMG it might be the best burger I have ever eaten I am so grateful to have a place like this so local.

Drove almost an hour just to be told that they don’t take orders any more even though it was still over half an hour before closing.

Food is lovely ordered a few times by walking in but service is horrendous and front of house staff not friendly. Went tonight for 1 burger and normal fries. Sat outside for 45 minutes waiting for it, wouldn’t mind if it was a big order but for 1 burger and normal fries!

Cute small hut serving burgers and chips. Decent quality burger, slightly dry for a smash type burger. Very good seasoning on chips, which were also slightly dry but had a nice crunch to the skin. Decent value for money.

Outstanding burgers and great value. I had the black pudding burger with Chipotle mayo. Sounds like a strange combo but it was amazing! Will definitely be back. Be aware it is cash only and often sells out earlier due to demand.

This is the best burger place in the North east, been a few times now. Burgers are outstanding, cooked really well and perfectly caramelised. The blurty Loaded fries are the best I’ve had!

For a tiny hut in a pubs car park I was happily surprised at the quality and flavour here. A tiny hut in a carpark but they are doing a good job. Large and flavourful burgers with a decent pile of fries in the box. I liked that the menu was small and to the point. Place is cash only which is strange these days when business owners can get an app and box to handle payments wirelessly. But anyway the food is good which is the point of a burger joint. Well done.

I couldn’t possibly recommend Zahut’s enough! Although short staffed on my first visit, it was so well worth the wait. Burgers are up there with the best I’ve tasted & the dirty fries are amazing. Don’t miss out!

Such a great find, these do amazing burgers and loaded fries it is a small cash only burger hut that delivers big taste and great food. We found this place on tik tok and travelled 40 minutes to try them out and it was well worth it

Tried for the first time tonight. I had the ZaFrisky (black pudding) and the wifey had the ZaBlurty (blue cheese). They were both delicious and the skin on fries were nicely seasoned. We usually go to Five Guys, and the burgers were at least equal but the fries didn't quite match up. Still very tasty, though and a fair bit cheaper. We'll definitely be back.

Simply outstanding, been meaning to try a burger for quite awhile. Typically I chose a day and time it was busy, given that the service etc was excellent and so was the food, much better than expected. Will be back and recommend to anyone.

Cash only. In a fairly remote place with no cash machines around. Ridiculous.

I'm not a burger person but my partner is, he said it was absolutely amazing. I did try one of the fries, they had some sort of seasoning on...phenomenonal!!

Easy 5*. Cash only. Lots of parking. Outdoor benches (or eat in your car). Affordable at less than £8 (the burgers include a healthy portion of seasoned fries). It like splitting hairs choosing between burger joints in the area at the moment, but it's right up there with 2Knives and 40 Ounce. The ZaFrisky was lovely with the black pudding. Reminded me of the old Bleecker Black at Bleecker Street. The fries were super crisp and fluffy and something in the box had a nice bit of heat. I wasn't the biggest fan of the smoked paprika on the fries.

This place is a hidden gold gem! Only went here as a spare of the moment thing and my god I wasn't disappointed. Burger was phenomenal and the loaded fries were one of the best I've had. Reasonably priced 100% would reccomend and I'll be going again.

The food was great, & I would like to try the rest of the menu. However The place had a funny feel, lots of lads hanging round the car park. Staff were OK, it was quite busy but too much happy hard core belting out for me. I would recommend and would return myself

This is the 2nd time I've had a burger from here, absolutely lovely, best I've had!!!! Had the fiery 1 this time and it was oh so tasty with a good kick to it and the seasoning on the fries is fantastic

Best burgers I have had in my fifty odd years and I've had quite a few. Tremendous 👍

My burger was ok, although it could have done with more seasoning and toppings as it was a little bland and dry. Came with a small portion of fries which were seasoned but a bit dry for my liking, would have been ok with a dip however. Prices were around £8 for a burger and fries, although portions weren't huge. Service was fairly quick and staff were friendly so I'd probably give it another try if I'm in the area as other people's burgers look better than what I got so maybe I went on a bad day.

First time trying a burger tonight although I've watched there progress over the last couple months & I'm not going to lie, I swear to God I heard Angels singing as I bit into it...😳

Tried Zahuts Burgers last night for the first time. We were not disappointed! I opted for the sweet chilli Philly special and it was unreal! The chips were really good too. Already thinking about my next burger!

Tried Zahut burgers the day he opened due to the hype on Facebook and have been back twice absolutely perfect everytime and the seasoned chips are amazing. Couldn't give 6 stars so had to give 5. Worth every penny.
