Lovely food, lovely staff, top grub👌

My fiancée loves Nepalese food, brought her here on her birthday and had an amazing time. The service was brilliant! Can’t fault it! It was a quiet Tuesday night, but that was perfect for us.

Delicious food and great service! Really good veggie and meat options which suits our family preferences and lovely decor. I definitely recommend eating here.

Dead atmosphere, prices on the www are not what you are presented with when you sit down, I understand prices for takeaway may be cheaper but a 50+% hike to sit down is a bit heavy! Good luck in getting people to sit at your prices, explains why you are empty on Friday night at peak times

Food is not bad. And ambience is nice. Just a bit slow service but it was alright as on Tuesday there were barely any people

The food was unbelievably good. I eat at a lot of curry houses, and this really surprised me. I love it how you can rely on a curry house to deliver fantastic food on any day of the week. Would return.

We came at 5.30 so the restaurant wasn't busy so not much atmosphere but later in the evening when it's busy I think it would have a lovely atmosphere

I ordered takeaway for collection, expecting a 30-minute wait, but ended up waiting 40 minutes upon arrival. The staff were rude and dismissive. The lamb chops were severely overcooked, the dhal was mushy and tasteless, and the chicken tikka masala contained only four small pieces of chicken. Extremely disappointed with the £50 spent. I remember dining at this restaurant 20 years ago when it was amazing, but it has significantly declined since then. Will not return and do not recommend.

Wow! Outstanding! I ordered the chicken passanda, pilau rice and a peshwari nan. I always try not to eat all my dinner but this was impossible. The food was fantastic in every way. Hot (heat not spice), fresh and deliciously tasty 😋. The staff were very polite and positive and I didn’t have to wait long. 5 big fat well deserved stars!

The range of standard and special (Nepali and southern Indian) dishes that were available was excellent. We had two fish curries and a chicken curry - all delicious and different from most restaurants. The service was good - we were welcomed warmly and treated politely. It was lunchtime, mid-week, and only two tables were occupied, so quiet. But Yuva deserves to be well-known and it's food is recommended.

Great food and lovely family evening, particularly with kids. Slight clarity about the bill in the end but quickly sorted.

Delicious food at Yuva again. I had a lovely Himalayan lamb shank with chickpea curry and my husband had a delicious chicken tikka masala. We shared a vegetable pilau rice and garlic naan which were also very tasty. Service was great as always!

Yuva used to be our favourite treat, with amazing flavours, but I'm not sure if it's had a change of chef? The last couple of times the food has been below average (chewy, flavours not what we remembered. But last week, we both got stomach cramps (I guess some sort of food poisoning) after ordering a chicken tikka masala and lamb korai (we even ordered more to keep for leftovers, which we've now thrown away) so sadly, we will not be returning.

We hadn’t visited for a while The food was excellent and I can recommend the chefs special prawns Although not one of the cheapest of restaurants the quality of the food makes it a worthwhile visit

Lovely place both to eat in or take out, the dining room can get a little noisy when it’s peak time but the food is outstanding with generous portion.

Have been several times and have several takeaway meals aswell in the past. Tonight was by far the worst experience to date, we had two different chicken dishes which were not of the standard that we should expect. The meat was tough, chewy and grisly when we advised staff they admitted that hey were aware of the problem, the quality of chicken from their suppliers was known to them as inferior yet they still sell it!!!. They were at great pains to inform us it was not the chefs fault and that even McDonald's were having the same issue!!! The staff were of the belief that it was beyond their control and appear happy to loose a regular customer and to receive a bad review.... Enough said.....

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience here. The food is pricy for an Indian so was expecting something special but was really underwhelmed with the quality and flavour. Bombay potatoes were extremely bland and didn't taste fresh. Some of the chicken in our curry was rubbery and tough. My starter was nice, as was the naan bread, but I wouldn't expect the naan bread to be the stand out part of my main meal. We did complain to management, who said they would remove the potatoes from the bill but claimed the chicken is a 'chicken problem' and not their problem. It wasn't about receiving a discount, but felt the complaint wasn't really taken on board and handled well. More than happy to pay a higher price for exceptional food, but the food didn't meet our expectations. Perhaps we were unlucky, but won't be returning.

Enjoyed a lovely meal with excellent service and atmosphere. Chicken Korma and Biryani was delicious as well as the side vegetable dishes. Would definitely recommend a visit to Yuva.
