Yummy Takeaway in Dumfries & Galloway

My order was meant to be delivered at 6pm but ended up being delivered at 6:30pm!!

2 fish suppers and 1 Haggis supper, 2 curry sauce. Food was lovely and hot and tasty. Delivery driver was friendly and check it was the right address. Will use again.

Pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. We came in as a family 2 adults 4 children. The child portions were generous, adults were perfectly portioned. Chips where crispy on the outside fluffy on the inside. Fish was lovely. Kebabs were good, loved how the salad and sauce came separately. Far superior to our options at home. Could not recommend more.

Usually love this place but all the food was stone cold, 100% wouldn't order again on a busy sat night or will just collect in the future.

Was really looking forward to fish and chips, chips were fine, however the fish was absolutely swimming in the fat from the frier.

It was yummy, not gonna lie fellas. Recommending this to all of my mates. A bird did leave excrement into my drink can but that's good luck. (Didn't drink it)

We had the mixed wrap with cheese, chips and cheese and cheeseburger and honestly its the nicest food we have both had from a kebab shop for ages this will probably become our new go to kebab shop absolutely brilliant taste and wrap was massive👍 look forward to coming here again

The food arrived within the given time but it was all cold. The chips were soggy and greasy, the fish got a big thumbs down, the garlic bread was cold, hard and not very garlicky, basically garlic butter on a pizza base.... and the macaroni "from the oven" was only luke warm...... wouldn't exactly say yummy!

Lovely food! Delivered very prompt, I’d chosen as soon as possible for delivery so it arrived about 20 minutes earlier than the expected time stated which was a nice surprise! The driver was extremely friendly and seemed like such a kind soul. Thank you😊

I normally order from here. Quite often too. Normally the food is top notch however this time the food was extremely disappointing. The chips tasted awful and looked like they had been sitting out for a while. Really wasn’t great at all. Really disappointed.

Won't be ordering from here ever again.. The food was as cold as the can of coke that was wrapped with it.. Sausage half cooked at best, never again. I even tried to heat it in the microwave, it ended up in the bin it was so disgusting. Nothing but a waste of money.. Steer clear of ordering anything for delivery because you'll be disappointed..

They have make amazing food for a family/couple meal. The pizzas our favourite especially the cheesy delicious base. 1000% recommend it, I have tried other takeaways I am satisfied with Yummies the most.

Overcooked crispy kebab meat, from the salad to the sauce, nothing tasted fresh and to top it off the pitta bread was lying under the meat covered in grease and in pieces ! The smell told me to bin it straight away but i tried some meat n salad and spat it back out straight away ! Thought i’d give them another chance after the horrible pizza i got about a year ago but once again it tasted off and granted it wasnt as bad as the pizza but barely edible ! Never again.

The food came cold and got 2 Pepsi's instead of Pepsi and Irn Bru

Food has not been delivered ordered at 815 where’s my food?

Order placed at 1600 for delivery at 1730. Now 1845 and order still not received. No contact made from Yummy Dumfries to update me. The food order was for my elderly parent’s 60th Anniversary. I called Yummy who said the order was on its way. No Apology, No Remedy Offered, just an ignorant male who said they were busy. An appalling way to treat customers. I will never use them again and certain would not recommend them. Poor, poor service.

Chips were quite greasy could’ve been sat draining the oil slightly longer but still nice. Pizza was perfect. Ordered from here before and all food has been delicious.

Amazing hot food and service! Asked for chicken kebab, sauce and salad separate, which they did and a pizza with extra cheese instead instead of pepperoni. Nothing was a problem for them. Delivery driver was lovely and was on time. 😀 Thank you 👍

Pakora was over done and very dry . I couldn't eat the garlic bread as it was burnt

First time ordering from here... probably the worst take away I have ever had. The pizza was delivered on its side... food freezing cold... mozzarella dippers had been so overcooked that they were hollow with no mozzarella in. Battered Mars bars tasted like fish. All for the grand price of £36. Never again. Save your money 💰

Very disappointed with last nights cod fish supper - batter was chewy, fish wasn't white and flaky and the chips were soggy! I loved the first 2 cod fish suppers we ordered and gave Yummy a 5* review! Even told my friends about it! So very disappointed. I will NOT be ordering from Yummy again. JED

Always get from here and everything is perfect. So i was disappointed when a got about 5 dried cold chips and donner was also really dry. They came back with salad but even then me and my friend was disappointed 😞 First bad experience

Fantastic. First time we have ordered from here. Even though it it was tea-time on a Friday of a bank holiday the delivery was very quick. The food was piping hot and the 3 different things we ordered were all perfectly cooked. Will definitely order from again.
