Yummy Plaza in Sheffield

Everything’s great polite when they serve you tasty food ect the only downfall is I use the yummys app and it says because I’m a regular I get 15% discount codes but when I finnish my order and redeem it it says I haven’t spent enough to redeem it but it’s happened on more than one occasion but other than that best pizza shop it sheffield

Full House kebab 2 pices ov lamb 4 pices chicken loads ov kebab meat.and red meat dry bread.this takeaway was so nice last year gone down hill.get old staff back

The costomer service is terrible and very rude staff and forget most of food and then say they will sprt it next time and the next time never comes

Would like to say that this was absolutely yummy for sure, probs best kebab me and partner had in awhile. I personally didnt like the garlic sauce wasnt as garliccy for me lol but was yummy for sure. Partner said donner meat was best and most amazing kebab in sheffield for him.

Wrong order was sent, when I called up they put the phone down on me. Poor customer service and completely wrong meal, will not be using again.

Ordered the full house kebab and mixed kebab, both me and my partner thought these were both amazing, amazingly thin donner meat, incredible shish. The full house kebab worked so well together. Surprisingly better Pepsi somehow than 99% of places. This become our regular for sure. Would highly recommend 👌

Used to be a takeaway I would really enjoy but I won’t be using them again sadly. They’re usually open until 11 but I called them to order just as they were closing early as it was a quiet night (understandable). I ordered a 10 inch pizza with a few toppings and a double cheeseburger and chips. I got a plain pizza, and a plain double burger with no chips. They told us they accidentally made a plain burger, which we said was fine, but when paying full price we expect at least the full meal. When I got back and saw the food, I tried calling but no answer. I would have rather they hadn’t of taken our order rather than have only given us half of it. I also on one occasion caught a member of staff vaping in the kitchen, which for a while put me off ordering here. Unfortunately I will not be ordering from here again, which is a shame as I usually enjoy the food.

absolutely terrible place to order from they take far too long to deliver they usually take about 2 hours to get to you even when not busy would not recommend W

Problem ordering sometimes is quicker to go and fetch your order or place your order in store service is slow I was waiting for 6 mins just to place my order

Absolutely gutted. Partially my own fault passed him 2 £20 notes by mistake which I new has soon has I walked back in the house. Rang them up to explain to be called a lier and the delivery driver saying I didnt🤣 we all know he's going to check it and put it in his own pocket. Food was absolutely awful chips clock cold all the burgers were rock solid and burnt to hell. Avoid this horrible place at all cost.

Do not P*ss on my leg and tell me it’s raining! Delivery due at 8.14 finally arrived at 8.50. Called the shop to be told he’s just left so tell me why all my food was cold! And order not even right. Rubbish service and even worse food.

Ordered food at 19.45 arrived at 21.20 in the meantime they rang to say they had no cheese sauce which was fine and when they arrived they still tried to charge us for it even though wasn't there,chips was rock hard,nan bread was dry,my kids was having food aswell so had to cook them something as was to late for them to eat!rang them at 9pm for them to say we was waiting on fresh kebab meat they've just left and then turned up and was cold,and where 10mins down road if that!

Lovely food but sad to say we found the staff quite rude and unhelpful. None were wearing masks, no social distancing so Im afraid we are unlikely to return

The food took ages to be prepared after we had phoned in the order 30 minutes before. Had to wait another 20 minutes and when we got back, 8 minutes drive, it was nearly cold and the kebab meat had started to go hard. Will never use again

First visit to yummy piaza i ordered 4 chicken pieces and chips told it would take 10 to 15 mins as it would be freshley cooked 3/4 hour later still waiting kept being told would be ten five minutes ,they concentrated on serving ordered meals and other quick ready food , i had to request my order as time passing beyond patience finaly got my order apologise for delay plus £1 and can of coca cola for delay sorry not inpressed by very slow service wont visit again even though very close food was hot and well cooked should be due to long time cooking

I ordered kebab shortly before they were closing. 11PM on Wednesday night. Food was great and delivered very quick. On the other hand person taking my order couldn't possibly be any more rude! Customer service 0 - food 5

How odd! first the food sort of arrived (some of it) the delivery driver must have thought its was too hot, so he just swung it around in the air for 10 seconds before knocking on and handing me the small air cooled bag! So on unwrapping we noticed the kebab had no naan, and the drinks where missing, So a quick call and its coming again! yay! 10 minutes later a guy dropped us a naan bread off and a can of pop! So everything was cold! The naan looked shop bought. But once we assembled it and microwaved it, it was exactly like a Jack Fultons kebab! nice try guys but I think Jack Fultons is a bit more flavoursome....

Food was cold on arrival took over an hour to arrive rang up to complain and the staff member over the phone spent around 20 minutes arguing about it customer service nightmare would not recommend to anyone unless they want a cold extremely stressful meal a disgrace to customer service providers would give lower than 1* had I been able to

really bad place i ordered food over 1hour and 30 mins ago and everything turned up except one thing which was my sons so i’ve rang them up and they were really rude about it

Just ordered from here and ordered a lamb shish kebab and a donner kebab on nann bread ..medium garlic tomato bread and garlic mushrooms in butter delivered inside a hour everything was spot on . Came piping hot cannot fault it delivery driver was also very polite will definitely be ordering again
