Food is excellent, swift delivery, won't go anywhere else

Food tasty, Big portions, food was pipping hot, prices not to expensive, didn't have to wait to long, they only take cash because have no card payment machine but you can pay online before you collect. Need to update front of shop and inside... looks bit grubby. Customer's were flowing in and out and phone never stopped ringing... that's a good sign!

Food is very tasty, always quick and fresh. Would be 5 stars if the appetiser menu was a bit better.

Having just moved to the area I thought I’d try my local Chinese and it did not disappoint. I got the deep shredded honey chilli chicken and it was absolutely gorgeous. Will be back !

Struggle to find a decent Chinese takeaway and when we do order spend up to £40. Been about six months since because of previous disappointing experiences. But tried yummy house last night and the food was excellent, not massive portions but great tasting and quality. Also with the mains you can order soft noddles, young chow fried rice or chilli chips, which adds to the meal. There is a charge but its reasonable. Altogether a lovely meal fed four and enough to feed us again. Will not be long before ordering again. Excellent.

I've ordered from here a couple of times. The first time I got a Salt and chilli Munch box which was lovely and the second I ordered a Wonton soup, the wontons in it were amazing, probably the best wontons I've ever had. They were so flavourful but the soup was lacking flavour and the consistency was quite thick at first, I think if it were thinner and had a bit more soy sauce in it then it would be perfect. I'd definitely order from here again and recommend it.

Okay food but it was a bit not to my taste,but others may like it .

Yummy House is a lovely takeaway and we order from here regularly. The food is always good and delivery times are usually really quick, although expect a small wait during busy times. The customer service is second to none and they are always very quick to rectify any issues.

We went for a 'create your own munchie box' tonight and were not disappointed. Great portion sizes, fast service, and the food tasted amazing! Would highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our meal from here after our friends said they use this takeaway a lot so decided to give it a try and were glad we did Food was hot and of good quality and good portions

Had a munch box. It was absolutely huge. Food was all well cooked, fresh and hot. (I collected it) I dont usually like chicken balls as I find them undercooked in most places but nice and crispy right through. The crispy seaweed was delicious. Only thing I would say is maybe a few extra onions and peppers as there isnt alot of those. But overall we really enjoyed it.

Chow Chow has gone down in quality over the years. We have been ordering regularly for a few months and always order the same things. They are almost always late but that usually doesn’t bother us. Tonight, we had waited over 65 minutes so we used the live chat on their website and the advisor could only tell us that the takeaway had already left the shop which seemed unusual given that the takeaway is a few streets away from us. For some strange reason, they added lots of chilli and spice to the noodles despite not saying anything on their website. We order the noodles EVERY time and they have never been spicy, they are plain noodles and even described as “noodles only”. It was lucky that none of us have allergies. We left a comment with the advisor to complain about it and they refused to apologise or even acknowledge the issue and said they’d “try” to make them a bit less spicy next time. They also always put the drinks in the same bag as the food which is so frustrating as the drinks are always warm upon arrival.

Good Chinese food takeaway and offers delivery service. Limited parking at front of the shop but reasonable off street parking is available. Located on good public transport routes.

Poor service. Food was warm to hot. Rice seemed like it had been in the microwave. Lumpy. Salt n chilli ribs were bland. Not be back.

Took ages to arrive! Said we would get freebies in bag! Got 2 cookies and spring rolls that were cold!

Used to go there all the time when was sick off them 3 times don't know why we went back after the 2nd time

ordered a meal for delivery at 10pm told it would be here within 45 mins an hour and 5mins later rang to see where my delivery was, advised out would be another 20 minutes as when I rang they went down to one driver well sorry they knew that when they took the order but they had my home number and did not ring me to advise I had to ring them...while they were on the phone telling me they were going to be over 45 mins later I spoke to hubby asking if he wanted me to cancel or keep the order to which I heard down the phone "ok bye" and they hung up.///??????????????? really bad delivery service and customer service can't comment on the food as it never did arrive.

I ordered from this takeaway as the menu was varied and very appealing. Sadly the food I ordered was well below the quality level I have had from other Chinese takeaways in the past. I ordered special chow mein, crispy beef, friend rice and chips. The crispy beef was very spongy with large chunks of fat mixed in, the chips were very overdone and tasteless, as was the rice, and the chow mein also lacked and flavour. I will be having beans on toast before I order from here again.

I have ordered from them on and off since I moved up here and I find the food to be excellent.

Wouldn't even give it 1 star, ordered a delivery at 19:40 and at 21:00 still no sign! We only live at the bottom of saltwell road and ordered very little! Chow Chow have disconnected their phone so I can't phone and ask about my problem.. ridiculous!! Sloppy service

Delivery took an hour and a half, we live 0.3 miles away!! food was seriously below average, salt and pepper chips had no salt taste, beef and mushroom curry had 3 mushrooms in it and was lukewarm. I will not be ordering from here again. UPDATE - on checking my money I have also been shortchanged and given a foreign coin amongst it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT

Took my order didnt get a delivery. Why bother could've just said they were closed and i could've ordered so.ething else

My daughter ordered at 21:30, we didn't get it till 23:00. Then to top it off the noodles were hard and all stuck together. My daughters gravy and rice was disgusting. The chips were freezing, I think the best part of our super was the bottle of pop. Never order from them again, my daughter has wasted £30. 5 star rating, don't think so

For ages I've been trying to explain to people what i class as sticky sweet and sour chicken and today I took a chance on this Chinese. BEST CHINESE I'VE EVER ATE! The battered chicken is in a sticky sauce, it has pinapple which is hard to get in sweet and sour these days and the chilly chips are unreal! Didn't like the noodles but definitely coming back for the rest!👌

lovely simple menu, dishes come in those lovely chinese boxes you see in the movies! tried a few of the box deals and they are delicious and also cheap! will be back again :)

Came here with my friends, the food was lush and cheap £3.80 for a box deal! it was Delicious!
