I've been ordering from pacinos for 6 months + and I've never been disappointed, the food is always hot and delivered early. The pizzas have plenty of topping of choice and lots of cheese, and as a treat we sometimes get a ben & jerry ice cream, Pacinos is a great fast food outlet and well worth the money.

The guy there was very rude and I ordered chicken wrap I should pay £7 but he told me I have to pay £8 so I paid and in the menu it’s £7 btw I haven’t had anything to the chicken wrap it’s expensive anything you get from there £8 for chicken wrap haha and I wish that it taste good at least When I want to pay he said only cash and then I told I do not have he bring the card straight away it just feels weird feels not honest .

Cheese on pizzas looked good but tasted awful. This is my usual go to place so I know when sit changes. Was like cheddar cheese and not mozzarella. Even the not so picky kids left it. Sorry picanto. Just lost a customer.

Unfortunately food was not up to normal standards. The wraps were really wet and soggy couldn't eat them. The cakes were very dry

Avoid at all cost my son litterely chocked on a chicken bone in ther pizza and then had the nerve to try and call us a liar on the phone

Absolutely disgusted ordered a chicken and sweet corn pizza my son choked on a chicken bone!! Came to see the bone too it away offered me a 10a for a £40 order that couldn’t be eaten cz no one would touch it after that happened screamed on the phone hung up then sent the delivery driver with a 10a absolutely vile food and customer service avoid at all costs!

By far the best I've had. Food fabulous and delivery spot on. Cracking food and driver good crack. 10 out of 10 from me .

Ordered 1 pizza had to ring up after an hr to enquire where it was eventually arrived over an hr and a half after ordering - on a wed night! Mediocre pizza and tasted greasy- first and last time will order from here

Chicken kebabs are delicious as are the pizza's as is the garlic sauce. Lovely all round takeaway.

Called tonight for first time, my Mum recently moved back to Birtley and tried a few takeaway. By far this is the best I have had so far. A little pricey but quality was superb and no skimping on the toppings. Very clean and everything prepared in front of you

This is my review for Pacino Pizza in Birtley, Chester-Le-Street. The food was very nice, but the prices were overpriced. What struck me most was the very unsettling atmosphere and the unwelcoming reception I received from all three male staff members. I will not be returning here, even though the food was quite good. I only visited because iFry and Leybourne were not on my route. I felt looked upon as an undervalued and insignificant member of the public; there were no pleases or thank-yous from them, even though I made sure to be polite by saying hello, please, thank you, and goodbye. It takes a lot to rattle my cage and prompt me to write a review, but when the experience is bad, it must be shared! In conclusion, the staff need to value their customers more and make them feel appreciated and significant. They need to take a good hard look at themselves and realize that their demeanor and attitude are nothing short of rude. I won’t be returning because, next time, I’ll opt for Sorrento’s. Even though it is the most expensive option, their food is outstanding, and their staff are incredibly friendly, happy, and welcoming to all customers.

Chicken wrap had four chicken nuggets in and a load of salad not at all happy with that the rest was well ok not as nice as normal

I have had a couple of things from here before and they were decent But tonight is the worst takeaway I have ever had. Chicken wrap in a nan. Turned up without the nan in a wrap. Chicken was not cooked, pink. 🤢 this is so dangerous. I called them them say it’s not right, they offered a replacement but it said no. He said the chicken Tikka is cooked rare! I said chicken should never ever be rare! They need to get some knowledge of food before they kill someone. Never again.

Very disappointed, poor service, will not order from here again! ordered an £18 house kebab & they forgot to put the salad in! Was advised I could pick up the salad the following day, not sure if that meant I had to keep the kebab until tomorrow since the whole point of the salad is for the kebab! These are simple things that should not be forgotten or should have been delivered since it was their mistake!

30 minutes earlier than expected, great lamb chops, good chicken and good donner too, nice hot habaneros and enough salad to cool my mouth afterwards. My first ever order from Pacino, won’t be my last A++

Food was lovely but we had a missing can of pop!!!!

Absolutely horrendous service are you spent nearly £30 on 2 pizzas upon opening them I found out there were pieces of shrapnel like splinters of wood or something I followed up by calling the store and requested to return the food. Even after I paid for delivery, which, in case they refused and told me I was a liar. I have followed up with the correct authorities, including the food standards agency in hopes of having this company locked at as I can’t imagine if I had fed this to my kids this could have become a very bad outcome. The staff were rude and did not want to help calling me a liar. I have taken all appropriate photographs and I can only advise that any future customers steer well clear of this appalling establishment, and they’re disgusting food You guys should be truly embarrassed
