Sweet and sour chicken balls and chips where very nice and very filling

Not sure what has changed but it's really gone downhill.... Ordered for collection waited nearly an hour and then the food is bland and inedible really. Had a chow mein that only had boiled beef, boiled noodles and a little onion.... Used to be really good but it's a shame they've gone downhill

Not having this anymore. Placed my order...we will be with you between 45-60mins bull. This should be we can't complete our deadlines and could you call back in a hour to see if we are less busy. Fed up of royston take aways all lot of them. Get your house in order. If you are busy say you are busy don't leave kids starving before bed. 2hour knock on door full price do one.

The service here has gone to pot! We waited over 3 hrs for our food. Tried calling 3 times and the phone was either engaged or just rang out? Not sure what has happened as it used to be brill. This is happening too frequently just to let it slide!!! We feel sorry for the delivery drivers having to apologise for it.

Ordered vermicelli Singapore noodles, had 2 hairs in it, offered a refund then rang back and said we need the food back, obviously most was eaten as hairs were at the bottom, no refund given, avoid like the plague

Not as good as it used to be ,prices have gone up and quality and quantities of ingredients have gone down ,but still better than some other takeaways in this area ,

Since the dad left and let the sons run the takeaway it is absolutely shocking service 2 hours to deliver Luke warm food - not acceptable !!!!

Just had Chicken bamboo shoots & water chesnuts, it tasted like wet dog. I couldn't finish it 🤮

1st time trying it as only recently moved in to the area. Food was good, tasty and delivered in 30-40 mins. So no complaints from me

Going down hill. Ridiculous prices, don't match with menu. Forgetting things in order, plus being late over an hour. Mainly it's takeaway not a restaurant, so prices should be with packaging to Takeaway. Always charging me different even when I always order same thing. When questioned it's they're adding packaging charge! What?? Honestly I believe they're just scamming people. I'm gonna switch to local takeaway.

Food was quite nice, some things more so than others. Special fried rice is very very nice though, whereas salt and pepper chicken, not so, and crispy fried noodles were terrible. Will try again though

Absolutely love their food. I always get appetiser for 2 & exchange ribs for chicken wings...which are to die for. Staff are brill..so friendly & delivery drivers are so efficient & pleasant that i always tip them

This Chinese takeaway is seemingly alot cheaper than other local takeaways and the food is marvellous to say the least. We ordered a number of items from the menu all of which were tasty and cooked to perfection. I personally loved the curry sauce, god it's fantastic. When I collected our food I have to say we were met with lovely staff who kindly told me to enjoy our food when I left. Well, we did hench why I am writing this review. In fact we enjoyed the food so much I didn't even get chance to take a photo, the kids devoured it before I really got chance. Well done and keep up the great work.

Best Chinese takeaway in the whole world EVER!! I am watching the clock tick slowly by, to 5pm, so I can ring in my order!! Am like a kid on Christmas's eve!!!
