Driver very friendly and polite

The address on the map is incorrect, the way this app work sends order to the wrong street, meaning I have to come out and find the driver on a different street everytime. Not the drivers fault- but it is an issue. Also I had several items missing from my order

Shocking service from both KFC and Just Eat. The status page continued to say driver at the restaurant, with the delivery time ever increasing. After an unsuccessful call to the restaurant who informed me, ‘your food left ages ago, the drivers messing about’, my COLD inedible food arrived 15 mins later. A previous order was sent containing NO CHICKEN, when I called the restaurant the manager wasn’t concerned in the slightest and told me raise it with Just Eat. Avoid the hassle go elsewhere.

Delivered it to my dads address which is just round the corner from me I hadn’t looked that it had changed but still fetched it to me

The order was incomplete. The mash we ordered did arrive, nor did the drink bottle.

There was not the right amount of chicken pieces in order. Gravey was all spilt out on fries so I couldn't eat any because I don't like gravey so not happy at all reluctant to use again

no popcorn chicken and only 2 chicken strips. delivery was gr8 even a couple of minutes early.

I went like 10 mins ago and I ordered a bucket meal for me and my friends one of my friends can't have gravy so we ordered beans and they put two gravys instead of 1 tub if gravy and one tub of beans and 2 workers were messing around slapping each other and what not so but apart from that it's fine

some of the chicken is under cooked and pink, I understand these things can happen but you need to be careful with chicken I know as I work in a restaurant

Came round the drive thru, was very busy at the time. But I didn’t have to wait at all, great service and even better quality. Would definitely recommend!

We ordered three meals including drinks 3 cans of pop and only received two meals absolutely shocking. Contacted just eat will get back to us in 7 days want to claim my tip back

Great delivery driver very polite

took 1hr and 45 mins for a trio that is 10 mins drive away (max). in the end had to send my kids to bed on christnas eve with a sandwich. not happy.

My Order was short i didn’t get 6 mini fillets as part of the order and the chips were cold.

Food was delivered in a torn bag and the bottom fell out of it and the food ended up on the floor the delivery driver just shrugged and walked off leaving us with inedible food

Chicken was dry as a towel and items missing seems to be regular thing with just eat not be using them much longer if it happens again

Many of the food items were missing and the food that did arrive came cold and soggy.

Food was clap cold and and my drink was missing.

Gravy was not sealed correctly and spilled everywhere. No chilli or spicy mayo sauce.

I ordered a double gravy bucket and it arrived with mash potatoes and beans instead of the gravy. How can you NOT put gravy in a double gravy bucket?????

this KFC should be shut down as always missing items. last time a tower and this time no gravy in a gravy special

Ok it's not a Michelin stared restaurant but Food was very tasty & the staff were friendly and helpful we got exactly what we expected decent grub for less than £20 👍

Negative comment 1st they didn’t put my fries in the bag, bought extra gravy for the fries so not happy but it was good customer service when I contacted Just Eat for my money back! Positive comments now- the chicken was gorgeous so tasty 😋, bucket for 1 meal , too much to eat by myself so saved my 2 pieces of chicken and have just popped them in air fryer for 15 minutes, so nice and crispy absolutely delicious 😋

we had a bucket meal we ordered hot chicken wings as a separate addition but the hot chicken was put at the bottom of the bucket spoilt my meal

I got the trilogy box meal. The food was hot and fresh but the chicken in the burger was more like a mini fillet. No fork, no receipt, no napkins, I had to ask for my sauce. It was fast service to say I asked for it plain. The prices have gone up and the portions have become a lot smaller.

Order was pushed back in terms of time. Completely wrong order arrived, phoned the restaurant to be told they have an “experienced team” on. This is AGAIN my order was wrong. To be spending £30+ and receive food that’s not what you ordered is a joke. If I could leave 0 stars, I would!

Driver got lost with the post code

4 pieces of chicken and every one of them had soggy, slimy skin, not a hint of crispy. on checking the meat inside it looked rather pink. I've had to put in the oven to cook & crisp them. The whole point of ordering take out is so that I don't have to cook, yet here I am, cooking your food, that I paid for. Seriously disappointed. The guy that delivered was quick & pleasant so thumbs up to him.

Dined in today, chaos despite it not being busy. Dirty tables, food on the floor. Mini fillet bread dry and stale, the fillet cold. Flaming wrap not even wrapped properly in packaging tortilla not wrapped properly and torn, chicken lukewarm. The only thing that came out warmer than lukewarm were the wings.. A complete contrast to what I get at the Hunslet branch..

Order and delivery fine. However, my address is not displayed correctly on the map, so this makes it difficult for delivery drivers to find me. It happens every time and although the driver rang me to find me quickly, this happens everytime which is annoying. The map needs sorting

Our order never arrived ring kfc and thay said it left over an hour ago but it never arrived and now your app has updated saying it got delivered at 20:10 when it didnt

all the food was freezing cold when it arrived and had to be thrown away £40 worth of food it's disgusting
