No burger and no dip absolute joke

did not give me any of my order. not even close. pathetic service.

Everything was good besides the chips, tasted undercooked

Ordered a rice bowl with extra fillet and a drink . No extra fillet came. Was sharing the bowl with a friend so that’s why we ordered extra fillet. So bit annoyed

No fruitshoot with kids meal, also kids burger came with ketchup I didn't ask for nor did I have the options to change this..

Being someone who tends to order from this specific restaurant quite often, i was surprised when my order arrived with 2 items missing, as well as the wrap and burger looking like they’d been assembled by throwing the ingredients across the room. I understand when ordering close to closing time that the food will not be as good as it would be midday, but all the items being present and being made in better quality would still be appreciated.

Half of it missing no sweet chilli bites no hot wings or super charger sauce

The food was delivered quickly - I had the mighty bucket for one, the original recipe chicken was bone dry, which I was surprised by as I ordered as soon as they opened so would have assumed it would be fresh. It seemed like it had been left out for quite a while to go that hard and rubbery. The rest of the meal was lovely, the wings and strips were warm and very fresh, so were the chips. It’s just a shame the original recipe chicken wasn’t as nice as the rest. It just went to waste.

I didnt receige no food at all. Someone else has took my food without the code whoch i had for delivery. Ive tried ringing kfc multiple times with no answer. I would like my money back before i take this further. It is not on

We ordered a party bucket. It was supposed to contain 8 mini fillets. We received 4 and a half, and that was made up of 3 pieces that were torn in half!!! The original chicken was crammed into a small box meaning it was all squashed, and had steamed itself meaning the chicken was all soggy the skin had fallen off, not the usual crispy skin we all know and love, AND PAID FOR!! Chips missing. Refused refund saying that giving the code at the door means they can’t refund!!

Food was freezing, prices have gone up so i expected more than burnt out hot wings when they oil hasnt been changed in weeks, 5 little bits of popcorn chicken freezing soggy fries laid under the hot plate for more than the recommended time on there s

Forgot a bottle of pop I ordered, I went out to the delivery driver to try get his attention but he had drove off. Tried ringing the number on the receipt but it didn’t put me through to speak to anyone. Poor service when you’re charging £3.50 for a bottle of pop

Food was great, still warm and a quick delivery. We ordered from the KFC in Barnsley Town Centre before and that was pool and the forgot most of our order. Thank you Wakefield Road KFC you have restored our faith 😂👌🏻

Unfortunately it was cold and we had 2 small missing items, dip and kids pineapple stick. Wouldn’t normally say anything but we waited a long time and was cold on arrival.

delivery never come out, I received call from driver, I drive to KFC me self, KFC told me that they give my order to driver, but i been there with driver trying to sort there error but they did refuse help us or do anything else, terrible service on KFC, great service on driver

food 5 star, rest of it terrible, order on Just eat, waiting for 2h so far, when restorane 7min away.. AND I CAN NOT CANCEL MY ORDER, there is no phone number to contact, it’s terrible service I ever had on just eat and KFC, first time

This order was not delivered. I ordered to my friends house (my fault) she called me and the driver offered to deliver to the correct address. He somehow guessed the PIN and took the order for himself. I would have collected the order myself.

The address on the map is incorrect, the way this app work sends order to the wrong street, meaning I have to come out and find the driver on a different street everytime. Not the drivers fault- but it is an issue. Also I had several items missing from my order

Shocking service from both KFC and Just Eat. The status page continued to say driver at the restaurant, with the delivery time ever increasing. After an unsuccessful call to the restaurant who informed me, ‘your food left ages ago, the drivers messing about’, my COLD inedible food arrived 15 mins later. A previous order was sent containing NO CHICKEN, when I called the restaurant the manager wasn’t concerned in the slightest and told me raise it with Just Eat. Avoid the hassle go elsewhere.

Delivered it to my dads address which is just round the corner from me I hadn’t looked that it had changed but still fetched it to me

There was not the right amount of chicken pieces in order. Gravey was all spilt out on fries so I couldn't eat any because I don't like gravey so not happy at all reluctant to use again

I went like 10 mins ago and I ordered a bucket meal for me and my friends one of my friends can't have gravy so we ordered beans and they put two gravys instead of 1 tub if gravy and one tub of beans and 2 workers were messing around slapping each other and what not so but apart from that it's fine

some of the chicken is under cooked and pink, I understand these things can happen but you need to be careful with chicken I know as I work in a restaurant

Came round the drive thru, was very busy at the time. But I didn’t have to wait at all, great service and even better quality. Would definitely recommend!

We ordered three meals including drinks 3 cans of pop and only received two meals absolutely shocking. Contacted just eat will get back to us in 7 days want to claim my tip back

Great delivery driver very polite

took 1hr and 45 mins for a trio that is 10 mins drive away (max). in the end had to send my kids to bed on christnas eve with a sandwich. not happy.

My Order was short i didn’t get 6 mini fillets as part of the order and the chips were cold.

Food was delivered in a torn bag and the bottom fell out of it and the food ended up on the floor the delivery driver just shrugged and walked off leaving us with inedible food

I ordered a double gravy bucket and it arrived with mash potatoes and beans instead of the gravy. How can you NOT put gravy in a double gravy bucket?????

this KFC should be shut down as always missing items. last time a tower and this time no gravy in a gravy special

Ok it's not a Michelin stared restaurant but Food was very tasty & the staff were friendly and helpful we got exactly what we expected decent grub for less than £20 👍
