Missing my supercharger dip and my drinks were warm

we were missing a few items and given the wrong items

all my food was found in bottom of the bag not happy

I ordered 2mini filets x2 witch should Ave been 4 in total I only recived 3 which caused an argument with the grandchildren

gravy came but only half the container was full all of them!! was half full in one there was hardly any in it

Totally wrong order came send just one popcorn chicken when ordered to box meals

if ordered around 16.20 and finished job at 19.00 and food didn't came, so went home

never turned up. it showed car on map so I assume it left but I'm guessing some doctor from France decided he was peckish

The driver drove past my house 4 timed and then I could see him parked up the road for 5 minutes before he rang me.

The gravy and the chips was cold wasn’t enjoyable at all

Absolutely shocking, half my meal was missing and so was the wrap.

Wanted a quick bite to eat went in side ordered and received quite quick pleased

won't be ordering KFC through JustEat again. cold and half the order is missing. for this to happen once is a mistake but three times is an absolute joke.

Good experience overall although disappointing that fries always seem to be half full especially on takeout orders. You pay for large I expect carton to reflect the same. That bring said it's KFC chicken nice as always

Good cold things missing and the chips was a very small portion had to give my son my portion to make a decent portion

Just been to drive through. Young lad that was serving was so professional and polite. A real credit to you. Didn't get his name 23th may 19.42pm . Hope he gets the recognition he deserves.

Missing all the chips, i was told it was a busy time for them and this is why. Chicken was dry, check your orders before you take them, some of the staff are a penny short of a pound.

Ordered at 5:30 and time kept changing. Finally received our food at 7:30. The driver knocked twice in the space of five seconds and left the food on the front step, so I had to walk outside to get it on my bare feet, as we don't use the front door

Just wanted to say had the best drive thru experience ever at any drive thru. Connor who was taking the order was a real pleasure to deal with. Not the normal drab voice that clearly could care less, but totally positive and funny and a breath of fresh air. Hopefully the management will recognise this and nurture it. Food was the usual. Just wanted to give credit when it's due.

Regrettably very poor, even though visiting close to closing time, no hot drinks available. The tower burger looked like it had been thrown together, and as for sauce in the actual burger... almost non-existent. There seems to be little focus on customers in this place.

Our food had been waiting on the side after we called KFC to track the food however there was no driver to deliver the food. An hour later the food arrived and it was cold. The chips were soggy and not an enjoyable meal.

I don't recommend KFC here in Barnsley at all,their chicken is burnt and dry, never seen this at any KFC in the UK.

I said I wouldn't go back again but I did and what a different experience e it was. 100% improvement

KFC in general went downhill over the past few years. Now it taste like ordinary southern fried chicken that you can get from any kebab shop. And they started to make their chips/fries now too. What a coincidence. KFC as a name is definitely no longer worth the money!

Not happy. Ordered 4 cookies and was sent extra corn on the cob, popcorn chicken and extra fries, if I’d have wanted those I would have ordered them. The cookies should have been refunded.
