Food delivered was wrong, didn’t listen to a single thing added to the notes or the order kebabs on wraps when specifically ordered on nans, when ringing up was told it was us who had ordered wrong even though I had the order infront on me which clearly stated on nans. Ordered a garlic sauce and chilli sauce, sent 2 garlic no paprika on chips after specifically writing it in the notes to add it, food also stone cold on arrival and had hairs in the chips. Customer service also very rude. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

as a regular customer, I got a kebab in a tortilla, 2 strips, only meat and salad... I don't recommend it, it's a tragedy, not far from it there is a kebab where they serve 3x larger portions for literally 1 pound more...... I'm talking about Maranto's whom I greet.... unfortunately no greetings to Massimo, a customer from Church Street

they are the best any problem they will serve it right there food and dilivery is one hundred per cent there food is fantastic and delivery the same they will help ngood food perfect and try cos there very good it's amazing 😍

Arrived on time however the pizzas were borderline burnt! The calzone was also nearly burnt. The chip portion for what I paid was really small! such a shame as this place used to be my go to!

It was mostly great, apart from chicken wings. They were so dry they tasted like they been cooked days ago. Usually they’re great but not tonight.

Worst pizza ive had in a long time. Burnt to the point it was hard and crispy and mostly black. Garlic bread was lovely though but for a £40 order and only ate the garlic bread

I just received Kebab meat with fries and salad no pitta bread, the pizza toppings (six in all ordered) consisted of 1 piece of ham (ordered double ham) , two slices of mushroom, plain chicken not tikka, spicy beef that wasn't spicy and a few onions, the base wasn't nice either. It wasn't hot either just warm. For £18 I was extremely disappointed to say the least, certainly would not recommend or use again. Should have gone to Dominos.

Well I ordered a Coca Cola and a Pepsi, I didn’t get them and I didn’t get my money back

order came to over £41 no pop came and missed 2 chips off too. I order from here a lot but have noticed they miss something off the order more than they don't. very disappointed 😞

Food was nice but didn’t get exactly what ordered (fries missing) and salad wasn’t really a salad. Some pieces of chicken were also chewy and not edible.

The food came cold the the garlic bread was really dry

I got a notification at 21.04pm that my food was on its way, the takeaway isn't far at all and shouldn't take any longer than 5 minutes drive but 20 minutes later it had only just arrived it came cold. Missing items from my order and overall wasn't the best food last night. Really disappointing

Dry inedible food.. everything overcooked. Kebab meat really thin.. brown salad. Whole lot went in bin after a few mouth fulls.. Just really bad. Dreadful waste of £30. Never again

Simply the worst ever. Seriously the worst meal I’ve ever ad from any takeaway in my life. Once upon a time this was without doubt the best takeaway in the village by a country mile,but after tday I’ll never order again. Burnt,cold & tasteless & if it wasn’t for my missis I would’ve been down in the car & thrown it @ him. Can’t be bothered anymore,he’ll just never get a penny off me again. Standards lower than a snakes belly. Try anywhere but ere.

Chips OK. Pizza was supposed to be a chicken tikka topping. Very little chicken on it and tasteless. Chicken was shredded and so dry after cooking it was inedible. Complete waste of money.

Our favourite place, it was nice before but it’s even nicer now. Best chicken burger, best kebab, nice pizzas. I wish they’d start doing milkshakes it would be the only place we ever ordered from if they did. 5* from us

Ordered a kebab Calzone and it came really fast but it wasn’t even cooked in the middle raw dough and the cheese didn’t even melt trued it and it was like flavourless plastic never ordering again also paid for a bottle of coke and they sent Pepsi don’t advertise coke if it’s Pepsi

Sam is one hundred percent what a lovely guy he is and the food is absolutely gawjus but Sam is awesome what a lovely person he is cannot get any better than him n food is brilliant the 18 inch pizza is lovely and would highly recommend this would highly recommend this pizza place there food is lovely 😊

Food is bang on, no complaints, just every time you order cold cans of pop, they put it in the same bag as your warm food, literally you get cold food and warm cans. Had to put the cans in freezer and food in oven lmao, sort it out massimo's, its pretty obv :P

Ordered from massimoes tonight and I had chips&chicken straps found a blonde hair. Then my brother had chips&burger found another hair. Rang them up and they didn't seem bothered. Not ordering ever again.

This place has lost a loyal customer. We have ordered here for years. Since changing from Just eat to their own app they are constantly getting the order wrong. Sent the wrong items and wanted us to pay for what we had already paid for. When I spoke to the manager he wouldn't sort it and insisted I take the food back. So I did and got my money back. Shame because we have always enjoyed eating here but unfortunately I will never order from here again.

Absolutely dreadful 20 minute late delivery then when it did get here wow 9 pound gets you about 10 chicken pieces if you can even call it chicken. A soggy pitta bread thats like it's been dragged through a bowl of water and some chips that were literally micro chips but charge 1.40 for them. Avoid the place at all costs slow delivery don't even APOLOGISE. then you think ah well food should he nice NOPE Horrible! thought I would kd give them a try being so near nope don't do it pay more and go elsewhere chicken is most obvious not fresh and there chips aarw horrible and the salad was off. Would rate lower if I could just conned 9 quid out of me. Never ever had any problems with these sort of takeaways before guess their is allways a first.

Ordered lamb shish wrap. massive wrap with about ten pieces of lamb floating around. Lamb inedibly tough, no seasoning and I paid £6.90 for that!! Could buy 2 rump steaks for that price and bbq it better myself. Absolutely livid!! Will never order from them again.

Order was 35 minutes late. Cheesy chips were stone cold. Chicken parma was burned at the bottom and tasted like rubber the chips with the chicken parma felt were freezing. Everything in the mega box was cold and one of them didn't have the garlic sauce in. Will not be ordering from here again I will take my custom elsewhere

Ordered food 1hour and 30 mins ago. Rang up said is it flat number 1 no told him flat number when i rang up to place order . Not my fault he got it wrong. And charged me 1 70 delivery to golthorpe from thurmscoe . Never ordering there again

Went there on a Friday night when wife was away, one of the employees stopped making pizza when the phone rang, he took the call and wrote down the callers order, but half way through the call he sneezed into his hand, when the call finished he simply went back to preparing other peoples food, no hand washing involved. I walked out in horror. Please trading standards or Doncaster food hygiene dept close this place down.

Ordered mix kebab(lamb n chicken donna)they forgot to put lamb in it,they delivered it 45 mins after we had finished rest of meal n i geuss they wernt happy because the meat was floating in about 10 millimeters of grease.absolutley disgusting.NEVER again..
