Yummy in East Renfrewshire

Food is excellent! Love the way you can customise your order e.g. chicken curry with or without onions, whether its mild or hot. Never had a bad meal. Thank you guys. Best takeaway in south side of Glasgow.

food is amazing, delivery times is the only let down.

Service very poor, admin fee and delivery charge is £3.60. I live a 5 min drive from the resteraunt and it took 90 min to deliver and the food was luke warm when it arrived...not even an appology....absolutely shocking, I won't be orderig food from there again.

Ordered online via their website as they only take cash in the shop. Told when I went to collect that the prices on their website are wrong and they wanted extra money for the sauce I had ordered. Told them I don't have cash and I don't want my order if they're not going to give me sauce with it so they can refund in full and I'll go elsewhere - bare in mind that I have already paid 60p for sauce, 50p service charge and £1.40 for prawn crackers that you're supposed to get free if you spend over £15 according to their menu, but this is not mentioned on their website. My order came to almost £30 and they wanted to argue over a few pennies different for sauce which was a underchaged due to an error on their website. They finally agreed to supply the sauce and when I get home I discover that the woman who cooks the meals has a intentionally only given me 1/3 of a tub of sauce. Shockingly bad attitude and customer service, petty spitefulness all over an error on THEIR website. Have been using this takeaway for years, will not be back. Plenty of other Chinese takeaways in Giffnock to choose from.

Waited 45mins, called back to see if the delivery would be much longer! Our food had still not been cooked yet! We were told we can collect or another hour for delivery! Apparently they got really busy after my call! Lol! Wouldn't use again! So was recommended happy garden! Fab service, delicious food! Delivered in 30mins! In future happy happy garden always! xx

Have ordered from here several times before, always paid by card on arrival. Made an order last night, showed up and told they only take cash (*cough*tax evasion*cough*). This wasn't mentioned when I made the order by phone. I was going to use my phone to pay so didn't even have my card to withdraw cash, they just shrugged. Very disappointing, I won't be using them again. Shame because the food is decent.

Ordered a chicken satay on skewers and it arrived off skewers, phoned the restaurant and was told a replacement would be sent out for 20p extra charge, to wait an hour and phone to be told they have FORGOTTEN! Rest of the dinner was freezing and customer service was shocking no offer of a replacement and a very pathetic excuse, won’t be back!

Ordered twice from here and twice delivery took over 2 hours instead of up to an hour as stated when ordering. Also paid the £4.50 for delivery! Have had to phone on both occasions to chase up order won’t be ordering again G53 area phoned again order still not here after another phone call told driver was 4 mins away still waiting finally arrived any suggestions for a new Chinese takeaway welcome had to give a star to post unfortunately

Avoid Avoid Avoid. Sent me out soggy, cold food - phoned up to complain - told that they are sending out 6 deliveries with the driver - and mine was likely the last of the lot. Not even an apology - bad customer service - mediocre food - apathetic and rude staff.

This is a great Chinese take away restaurant. The staff are really nice and the food is delicious. I love their salt and chilli tofu. I've been getting food from here for years.

2 hour + wait for a delivery of 3 things but there TOO BUSY to call and let you know so you can cancel. BUT don't give you a refund. AVOID this place at all costs.

Went to get my dinner from there today and I couldn't because like everywhere else they introduce inane Covid rules even though everyone is wearing masks. This time they have flipped it on it's head. Where every one else is wanting you to pay by CARD due to Covid this one establishment insists that because of Covid, you pay by CASH! Just one more nail in the headache that all this madness is causing me and one more nail in the coffin for brick and mortar shops. If they lose business because of Covid they only have their selves to blame. They've lost mine at any rate.

This is the worst service/customer service I have ever experienced. Told on the phone when ordering that it would take 40mins for the food but it turned up almost an hour n 20 mins late (2hours in total) . When we phoned to ask about our food we were lied to told that it would be 5 mins, then phoned back again and told no driver was leaving in 5 mins even though we could here the women in the background telling the person on the phone that she said it would take 5 mins in total. Try to cancel the order and told we were not allowed a refund because the food was made even though the service was shocking and no sign of the delivery. Again shocking service and lied to on the phone. Don't not use and avoid at all cost. Also food turned up and was cold

We used to use yummy all the time and loved it but our recent visit was disappointing to say the least!. The portions were much smaller than usual and the front shop was looking a little tired and dirty, also there was an old cooker sitting out which was of putting. Our last few takeaways have not been great either, and we feel as though it has went a little down hill which is a shame.

My favourite Chinese in the South side. Great menu with a great variety if there's anything you don't like they happy swap it for anything else. There snack boxes are great value for money and they catered for 80 at our party and everyone loved it. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Best local take away around. Very clean and not greasy. Satay sauce is one of the best I've tried.

Fab wee takeaway! The curry sauce, ribs and the salt and chilli shredded chicken are amazing! I ordered this from castlemilk and it was still roasting when we got it delivered, most chinese around here deliver and its cold or half of its missing 😂. 5* will order again definately 😊😊
